Online order not delivered, ordered on 4th May
This is a scam business. My order placed on 4th May is not delivered. No update, not answers when checked. The address on the website is misleading and their phone numbers are based in Calcutta. Looks like i have lost Rs.6389. It is more than a month now and no answers when asked for a refund. Don't place any order on this site, they will cheat and just take your money.

The above mentioned site is operated by Frauds. I have made an order for delivery for Cake & sweets to be send to my dearest in india for their Birthday on 10th October on 7th October, For products mentioned by them to be delivered in same day. The purchase was made through my Credit Card for Rs2 .Later I go confirmation order are send & be delivered on 10th, Later on 10 th I got whatsup message from another no +917980092029 the delivery are hold due hand delivery not possible & I need to choose alternative and it will be delivered after 5 days by courier. They haven't answered call in +919230721098 and other no. Please take legal action against to block the same site and future operations by same fraudsters .

item not delivered
Hi
I have order two items from this (www.keralaflowersgifts.com) site. I got the first item on the second day but the second item was missing. I followed up may times. They are sending copy paste messages every time. After 20 days they replied I gave the wrong address that's why its not delivered so I have to pay around 300rs to deliver it again. They didn't even call my numb to deliver. And I got the first item at the correct time, then how my address will be wrong. Then I called their customer care. They cut my phone after hearing everything. Please take action against this fake site.
non delivery of the product ordered
I have ordered Christmas and Birtheday gifts to my parents on 22 December 2012.
1. Fruit Cake
2. Rose flowers
3. A Box of Chocolates
The delivery was mentioned on 25the December 2012, and paid Indian rupees 2534 (two theousand, five hundred and theiry four) withe my credit card, by using theeir online transaction facility, (Order No, HKfg-[protected]). But until today thee items has not been delivered, or theey returned to me withe any clarification, theough i tried to send repeated reminders by making use of theeir online customer service facility. I try to call theem, but theat phone number given in thee advertisement is fake. I am attaching thee photo of my order published from theeir website (it clearly shows thee delivery is pending). I want to know thee reason and a refund from theem.

I made a purchase from this site and the amount was debited from my credit card immediately. Subsequently, I recieved a mail on the order.
But the order was never delivered. When I tried calling the numbers, one keeps ringing with no response while the other is switched off.
Repeated mails ahve got no replies. thus they took the money without delivering
Avoid it at all costs. It is a fraud
