A fraud company, fraud with employee
I left kepler healthcare pvt ltd in aug 2015.I worked there around one year.Company suppose to give me rs33000 .I have fulfilled all formalities to the company.In month of jan 2016 they had send the settlement paper mentioning gross salary 33000 and deduction due to company property 43000.And asked me to submit 10000.So in reply i submitted the property details.And after complete 9 month kepler healthcare send the settlement paper again mentioning the amount to be given to me 11900 instead of 33000.The gross amount is now 26000 as they have deducted bonus and lta.They have again deducted minimum guaranteed incentive 15000 . I have asked for justification and they are now not replying my mail.
Settlement of my salary
i left Kepler Healthcare PVT Ltd in aug 2015.i worked there around one year.Company suppose to give me Rs33000 .i have fulfilled all formalities to the company.its complete 8 month still Kepler healthcare is delaying my settlement.Many times there is no response from company.In month of march they replied "Due to March end your settlement is delayed"In April they didn't response my mail on 11th April.i talk to a senior person of Kepler and he replied that in this week it will settled.Buti didnt get any amount.Today on 21st april again i mailed .Now HR of Kepler replying that it will reach in this month end.This company seems A Fraud Company and they do not want to do my settlement.So guide me by which i will get my pending salary.
KEPLER HEALTHCARE PVT LTD IS A FRAUD COMPANY LAUNCHED 2 YEAR BACK.CHEATING EMPLOYEES LEFT
As per full and final settlement mail received dt 24-11-2015 from KeplerHealthcare pvt Ltd(AHEMEDABAD Pharmaceutical company)my earning was Rs 33630.00.And there was deduction of Rs43960.00 due to companies property which was incorrect.So i submitted all distribution list AND RELATED DOCUMENT of all property to company.So now i suppose to get Rs 33630.00 .the only and only change to be made is wiping out deduction part.But again the company has send incorrect settlement copy mentioning no bonus and Minimum Guarented Incentive deduction of 15000.But this Deduction was not there in previous settlement paper.So BOTH ARE NOT MATCHING and it looks Kepler Healthcare intentionally deducting ant not interested to settle my account.And its total 9 nine month i left.The delayed process and regular incorrect settlement paper itself indicating company want to cheat .its completely cheating and fraud with me. i had send a mail for giving justification of such deduction .But there is no response from them.
Its just 2 to 3 year old company doing such cheating.
