KFC service

After arriving there at 10:36 am this morning ( 4/3/) the doors was lock. I tapped on drive thur window and they acted surprised and said they would open doors. Once inside they said it would be a minute, they was just opening. My husband and i waited till 10:53 and still could not be served. I asked dont you open at 10:30? And was told they was not ready. We left. ... This is not right. Food should be ready when you open. This is no way to opetate. We went to arbys and got served. Along with 3 other people who also left.

KFC orders policy

kindly consider this complaint regarding KFC Egypt in general, and (Madinaty Branch) in specific.

One of the worst KFV restaurant management policy ever, they force certain chicken pieces on the customer orders, to force sell undesirable pieces.

The other option is to pay extra cost per piece, in order to get what you want, as if the original ordered meal was for free.

Never seen such thing at any restaurant worldwide, or even at KFC at any country, plus the call center refused to raise it as a complaint, and said it would be saved on their system as a customer (opinion) or (feedback).

Wishing it would be my last time dealing with KFC Egypt.

KFC go cups

I was buying at least three to four go cups a day so now I need a snack I got to spend $5 for a small [censored] sandwich with a small [censored] front now I won't be coming to your restaurant anymore and a lot of my people don't either because that's the only reason we came before quick go cup we're not fat people to sit around and eat buckets of your s*** for people that work to go to Jay and me something that's affordable and quick

KFC [censored] kfc worker at batu kawa

I was very disappointed with kfc staff at batu kawa. When I walked into the kfc couter at 03/04/19, I waited 20 minutes in front of the counter and no one ignored me. After asking another counter, I was told that the counter I was waiting for was closed. I asked why I didn't notice or gave us a license. We waited for 20 minutes like a fool. The employees inside are only busy cleaning. As a result, she ignored me! I want to say that the service attitude of this family is really rotten. I won't want to step into this store again. Again that staff name is victoria.

KFC $20 fill up box extra crispy

I was totally disgusted the chicken was over cooked and had an after taste to it. We couldn't figure out if it was cooked in old grease or bad batter. I haven't tried KFC in a long time but went because it was close to home. Needless to say I will be driving the extra mile to Popeye's next time because I don't like wasting money. I should have driven back and gotten a refund but was too tired after working a full time and part time job. This was the worst chicken EVER! Store managers need to be on site and making sure the quality of your food is better or you will start losing customers to competitors! Personally I will be driving to Popeye's next time!

KFC inadequate product

Hi, my name is Tony and on March 30, 2019 around 7 p.m. I visited the store here in Muscatine, IA and ordered the $5 Breast box and a side order of a single breast, total cost $8.01. When I got home to enjoy the meal to my utter shock and disappointment the breast were more like the size of a thigh. Neither chicken piece looked like a breast at all and one was so much smaller than the other. Attached are 2 pictures I am submitting for you observation/review. Sad! When I order a chicken breast I expect a chicken breast on my next (and it's a big "If") visit.

I have been to this Location five or six times thinking well I'll give him another chance but every time I go and I get home with my order it's wrong or the chicken is dried out or something and to tell you the truth I'm afraid to go in and complain to the manager for fear that something else might happen to my order A lot of playing go on anon and just nasty inside to you

KFC service

Your new store in Abbeville LA is a disaster. They cannot get orders correctly, and I have tried 3 times. The 4th was tonight with a coupon. After waiting in the drive in line for at least 15 minutes, and two cars drove around me to leave without ordering, your employee asked me now what pieces of chicken do you want? I left and will NEVER go there again. I was so glad to see a KFC open up in Abbeville again, but these people that you hired are an embarassment. You should do better than that.

KFC service

I placed order for carry out and store didn't receive it after 30 minutes in store they told me that your order is cancelled by the store and the store ppl were saying we didn't cancelled so being on call with call centre for almost 40 minutes no body helped and I had to leave without my food. Store manager name was akaram call center guy name was Ahmad and marwan. I order from my account which is registered under this number [protected]

KFC the disabled and ladies toilets were disgusting

Hi My Nan (92), myself and my toddler visited KFC for a bit to eat on Saturday 23rd March at approximate 11.45. Service was slow, chicken was dry and burnt to a sinder. But what I wish to complain about more is the state of the toilets. I went in the disabled/changing toilet to change my toddlers nappy and it was absolutely filthy the changing table was disgusting and I had to clean this before I put my child down, the toilet had poo over the loo seat and caked on the side, it wasn't fresh it had been there a while, the sink was covered in dust with tissues in, again hadn't been cleaned for a while and the floor was so sticky and stained I had to wipe my feet on the way out! No way would i put my child down let alone use the facilities. I told my Nan it was disgusting, she had to use the loo before we went and went in the ladies. I went in after, to walk into a filthy mop bucket sat there while there the floor is flooded with a couple inches deep of water. I put my head into the cubical and the WC was leaking possibly from the waste pipe. There was a considerable amount of water a few inches deep. The toilets should have been closed! Most concerning is my Nan of 92 went in there what if she fell over? She wouldn't have been able to get up while sitting in waste water!I dread to think. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. It was my Nan's 1st visit to a KFC and her last. Such a disappointment. The issues need to be address. There was a 'cleaner' walking around the restaurant who wasn't doing much cleaning as the restaurant was filthy as well, glass had hand prints over it, tables filthy the doors to the WC were caked in grime, the floor was covered in food, drink and dust. The highchair was gross, I had to clean this before I put my child in and so did another lady, staff behind the counter didn't seem to be bothered doing much. Issues need addressing urgently

KFC chicken

We found the hair on the piece of the chicken from the bucket, we called the restaurant and was told to bring that piece back. When my husband went there was told that they can only replace that particular piece. My husband told them that we throwed away whole bucket because noone would like to eat something with hair on it, and we actually lost our appetite in that point. He asked for refund but the manager refused it. Very poor and unprofessional customer service!

KFC food late at night

Hungry on Saturday night so we decide to go through the drive through at Mansfield town KFC... I wish I gone to the chippy now instead... food was cold and over cooked... plus it didn't taste good at all so most of it went straight in the bin... please see photo... absolutely shocking to be serviced these food... I did even get a receipt for my purchase which many thanks for you help... Helen pepper

KFC 12 piece meal

Placed order inside restaurant for a 12 piece meal (3 KG Breast, 3 KG Leg, 3 KG Thigh, and 3 KG Wings. When I got home (a 15 minute drive) to feed my family lunch (a family of 6 today), I saw that I had received 5 thighs, 4 legs, 1 breast, and 3 wings. This was not enough food to satisfy my family. I want a full refund since this has happened before.

KFC the false ad on tv

KFC if making it look like you get a big bucket of chicken on the $20.00 fill-ups. When in truth, half of the big bucket if filled with styrofoam and making it look like your getting all that chicken for $20 bucks. For example, the KFC Crispy Tenders has only 12 pieces of chicken in the bucket that you buy for $20.00, the commercial looks like your getting 30 or 40 pieces. This is false advertising, KFC.

KFC poor customer service

I went through the drive thru at 9:15pm on Thursday March 7th. The first thing the employee said was "We have no boneless or bone-in chicken. The wait will be 20-25 mins". I said "Nevermind" and left. The next night at 9:12pm I was told the very same thing. The store was open until 11pm so I would assume they had food available since it was almost 2 hours away. I told the employee I would wait the additional 20-25 mins and was told to pull around and my food would be brought out. My food was brought out to me at 9:45pm, along with several other customers who were waiting on their food. I was totally disappointed in the poor service, the quality of food (smallest chicken breasts I'd seen in a while). It seems that your employees at this store are trying to get out of work early and deterring customers in the process. My family loves KFC and this store is close to my work and most convenient for me. However, waiting 33 mins on food in a drive thru isn't acceptable. Please address this issue. Thanks!

KFC chicken pot pie

Wife and I went to KFC on Memorial Drive in Pickens, SC and ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and found NOT even a morsel of chicken in either pie.
"Yes " not even a tiny small piece of chicken.
Some carrots, (not many) a little bit of potatoes and a couple of peas.
NO Chicken! I see that more people have experienced the same problem and posted the same complaint.
If I go there again I will certainly speak to the manager and lodge this complaint along with a couple of times the chicken was undercooked and was mixed up with crispy and original chicken. I think that store is under poor management and the employees don't like there jobs to even care about the customers food and quality of the merchandise. To pay them more is a mistake and only puts the burden on the customers due to a obvious price increase and poor quality.

I ordered a chicken pot pie today. All I received was 1/3 cream and a large crust . What is going on at KFC ? There was as no chicken or vegetables in the chicken pot pie. I took the chicken pot pie back and the second chicken pot pie hadt 1/3 cream , a large inflated crust, 2 carrots, no chicken and no potatoes. KFC should be shame.

KFC 2 piece chicken meal

Today 31519 order a two piece drumstick and thigh from the drive-thru. the food looked as if it was there all day biscuit was very very dry and hard chicken is overcooked batter extremely salty. Brown grease from the chicken was all in the bottom of my box. I asked for a side of coleslaw did not get it. Nor did I get my receipt. Ask young lady at the window about cookies. She and turn answered with an attitude. I have not eaten at KFC in a very long time and did not know that cookies came with each meal. This was the worst food I've had in a long time. And I am not traveling all the way back to return it.

KFC service

March 13, 2019. Bad, bad, rude counter server waited on me as I picked up my take out order. After saying "Here is your order ma'am", she literally yelled "NO, NO, NO that is not your order!"...when I checked the bag on the counter to see if it was my order. She then kept repeating this tirade. She embarrassed me and my husband with her attitude and rude behavior. She finally gave me the correct bag and slapped the cup down with "this goes with it". As it turns out, a lady sitting at a table had ordered take out also, but was not at the counter at the time. The counter server needs to be taught good human relations. I wouldn't suggest this KFC to anyone.

KFC no service

Yesterday March 13th 2019 my wife & I had been visiting a patient at the local Hospital it was early evening and on our way home which is about 50 miles we decided to eat at KFC 10103 Dixie Hwy, & Valley Station Road in Valley Station Ky. I realize it was off time about 3:30pm. the restaurant was open we waited for at least 10+ minutes to be waited on there were at least 3 employees talking and milling around and we were never recognized as being present. There were a few cars at the drive thru and maybe 6 persons eating eating inside. I finally asked if they were open for business a woman in the rear of the kitchen ask what i said so I repeated myself. She told me if we were not happy with the service to go elsewhere. So we left we're not ones to expect special treatment but we found this to be rude and with their attitude harmful to your business. Just felt you needed to know about the service they rendered. I'm 84 and wife is 80 years old we love KFC but if this is tolerated we won't be eating there again

My wife and I decided to stop at this KFC store on Dixie Hwy. in Valley Station, Ky. We were told that they only had thighs and legs. They were out of biscuits also. The gentleman in front of me was very upset over not having any breast meat. He ordered something else and when his order came out it was wrong. While I was standing in line to order two senior buffets another lady came up and was very upset about her order and demanded her money back. I like to try to give grace as much as possible but I and my wife have had enough. We stop here every Wednesday night to get a bucket of chicken to take to our potluck dinner at church. About 3 different times they did not have what we ordered and had to make it up with legs. Enough is enough and we will not be eating here anymore. We will also help spread the word of the way things are done here. This is very poor customer service. I guess we will be going more often to Chic-fil-a. I applaud them for not being open on Sunday and understand why. We do get better service and product there.

KFC cold chips, flat coke from soda fountain.

After told we had to wait for fresh chicken fillets we received our burgers with fresh fillets, but that was just about thw only thing that was fresh... wilted lettuce and tomato, our chips were cold and Flat Cole from soda fountain... after we reported this to the managares we were told that she spoke to the quality control person Floors and that he said everything was fresh... Quite frankly I am at a loss for words... it is a hit and miss with this KFC. One good meal, two bad and so the saga continues...
