KFC service

My husband was at the location in Milford ma tonight. When he got there he ordered a drum stick and breast combo. They were out of drumsticks and biscuits. He then went to get soda and three of the sodas in the machine were empty, as well as the ice. They were out of small containers so sent us home with four huge containers barely filled. This is unacceptable. You should not be out of this many things at one time. We had not been to this location in 6 years and now we know why. We will not be returning and I am very disappointed to have had this experience.

KFC 12 pc dinner extra crispy

I purchased the 12 PC dinner on 10/29/2019, after eating 1 piece of chicken and my husband eating 3 pieces of chicken we both became very sick. We were so sick that we could not sleep, we were up almost all night running to the bathroom and in pain from it all.
The chicken "looked" cook through, and the thing we could figure is that the chicken was bad before it was cooked. I would like a full refund of 32.00!

KFC chicken pot pie

I went through the drive through on my lunch break to order a chicken pot pie. When I got to work to sit and enjoy my lunch, I discovered that the pot pie was made with some sort of bad tasting breaded chicken. It was basically un edible. I was very disappointed.
If this is a new way of making the pot pie, it was a BAD DECISION. If it is a result of cutting back costs, I'm sure it worked since there is almost no discernable chicken in it, however, it is a sure way to lose customers.
If this is not the KFC way of making the pot pies, then Faith at the Canal Winchester KFC lied about it.

KFC 🍎 apple pie and mashed potatoes

on October 4th 2019 at approximately 5:51 p.m. I went through the drive-thru of the Popeye's restaurant on Central avenue in East Orange New Jersey I purchased two apple pies a three piece chicken meal once I arrive home I proceeded to eat my meal I open the apple pie bit into the apple pie and there was this dark brown dried up substance on the inside of the apple pie I place that down I began to eat the mashed potatoes the mashed potatoes had some stringy meat particles inside of it after those two encounters I stopped eating the food I have a video of this and pictures if you would like to see them

KFC service and food

First, I don't normally ever look to complain and appreciate food service workers and their hard work and efforts. However, on sunday the 27th, I had a coupon for 12 pieces of mixed chicken (12 piece meal deal with white and dark) and 3 sides with bisucits for 23.99. I was excited to order for my family just prior to the sunday night football game. My sons were coming over and we were going to have a nice dinner I thought.
I went to the store and I ordered my chicken, and then asked what pieces came with the order after I paid for the chicken. She said it was all dark and I said that was incorrect. She said there was nothing she could do about it and I asked to just pay for the difference in white since I thought she might be right about the coupon.in short, she said their was nothing she could do about the order, and proceeded to help the next 3 people in line. She refused to even show me the coupon since she said it was already in the register. I waited patiently for her to help those other 3 and used the restroom during the time (restroom was absolutely filty and disgusting) I did not even mention that to the staff. Upon my return, I asked if she could ask the manager and she just started helping others out. I was never rude, outspoken and very pleasant with her. Finally someone filling the orders and I assume the day manager came to the front and I asked him on my own about the chicken. He said he would check, rolled his eyes as he walked off.. Again, very pleasant to him, just wanting to get a mixed order of chicken that was extra crispy. I was simply just checking on my order, more than willing to pay any differnce, etc.. Finally they just brought the food to the front. I had to ask again about the chicken and he sounded very irritated that I even asked. He said he gave me 3 of everything and walked away.. The other customers waiting as well were in disbelief by their attitudes and actions. One even asked me how come I was still so pleasant to them.. Anyway, I grabbed my order and went home.
When I got home, we had to coupon sheets with the exact same coupons on them. The coupon was clearly marked 23.99 for a 12 piece meal deal, white and dark (mixed).. I feel like the cashier lied to me and was not even willing to show me or pull out the coupon and clear up my question. I then just assumed I was wrong and was more than happy to pay any difference. She would not even allow me to do that or change my order and told me it too bad, it was already ordered and paid for.
Now when I got home, it was for the sunday night chiefs game here in kc and the game was about to start. I opened the bucket of chicken, it was all dark and not even extra crispy, but original. It was too late to go back and I did not miss the game.. My sons ate the chicken and I fixed some sandwiches.
In short, it was a horrible experience and I use to love kentucky fried. This is the second bad experience at this particular store. I was treated like I did something wrong and I just wanted a mixed bucket of chicken as my coupon said..

I ordered the 5 dollar fill up 3 piece tenders meal and this is what I got. This is not worth $5.00 and very disappointed. KFC late delivery and cold food

ORDER NO.: [protected] on October 24, 2019

The order was delivered to me cold after nearly 2 hours. I had followed-up on my delivery 3 times at an interval of 10-15 minutes, after the initial 45 minutes.

The second time I called, the customer service agent at the call center was abrupt and said yes, that I should complaint. He did not have any solution from his end and neither was he sorry about what I was going through. I felt that his attitude was rude to top it on my frustration of a late order and hungry kids enquiring.

KFC service

11:20 Sunday night 10-26-19 - KFC corner of Manchester and Lincoln. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through line, I was made to wait at the intercom for 10 minutes just to find out they run out of chicken. The girl offered no apology or explanation. I had people to feed back at home, I was not happy!

I told her they ran this place awful, the worst, that they run this place like [censored]. She told me I should just leave. I said of course I'm leaving because this is awful. I do wish I had not used a cuss word, but I was not happy that she did not seem to care at all about not answering the intercom for 10 minutes and telling me that KFC is out of chicken... I don't believe for one second they were out of Chicken. They just did not want to cook any more because they wanted to go home. You pay these workers $12 per hour you deserve better performance from your staff.

As I drove away the girl at the window saw fit to flip me off. Cute,

I guess the customer is not always right.
None the less, I left KFC and went to Jack and the Box, worked out well. I'll go straight there next time unless you can tell me why I should return to KFC.

Thank you for providing this forum for conversation.

Hope things improve over there, used to be my family's late night favorite.

KFC wrong food was delivered

Yesterday I had filed a complaint regarding the wrong food being delivered. My fiance had placed a order while I was at the store when I got back I had made it in time for the delivery driver. Once upstairs opened the bag and seen that the order was wrong. Now the restaurant or the delivery app wants to take blame for the screw up. I want my money back. I added a picture proving that I was given wrong order.

I ordered green beans and Mac/ cheese.what I got was 1 order of mashed potatoes. Unfortunately I live to far to turn around after getting home and making this discovery..restraunt # 6135517. Ticket#1979. Chashier - Shakesha. It’s not brain surgery, it’s not rocket science. It’s taking an order through a drive through.

I stopped it at KFC this morning after church to pick up a meal for my family I got a 20 piece original it came with slaw and mashed potatoes gravy biscuits I eat at this KFC all the time but never really had that bad of an experience there this afternoon I picked up our meal brought it home are chicken was pitiful that was three legs look like the chicken fell off of it before they cooked it and then they was some thighs that Courtney Bend to bites on it and then some great big old pieces of thigh which was fine and the biscuits were smashed inside our bucket knotted in its own container they was in the bucket with the chicken smashed I pay almost $30 for this 10 piece chicken meal 4 four of us there was enough chicken there luckily defeat two of us the bisket what even worth eating couldn't even cut them to put butter on them which remind you know butter even came with it I'm not going to pay $30 for pitiful looking chicken like I had this is the pictures of the chicken and the one big one is the normal size shows you how small are chicken was maybe two bites we had to fix other stuff to go with it just to have a meal

I bought a 20 piece original chicken meal this afternoon and my chicken was pitiful looking they was approximately 3 wings that maybe had two bites a piece on them they was three chicken legs that didn't even have meat on them all crust very little meat looked to me like the meat fell off of it before they fried it. We bought Mills their Time After Time never really had a big complaint till now most of the time really satisfied but when I got home with the mill the biscuits were in our chicken bucket and they was smashed usually the biscuits are in their own container the chicken wouldn't even feed us all day was four of us we had to fix more food to go with it I spent almost 30 bucks for this 10 piece chicken bucket this KFC store is in New Boston Ohio I feel like taking this chicken back get my money back my phone number is [protected]. KFC very bad customer service

Dear KFC,

I made an order from KFC from an iPhone application that takes my order and then sends it to KFC.

The order that I made came wrong so I went and called both the application's customer service and KFC call center in Egypt requesting that they send me the correct order. KFC call center informed me that the branch manager near me will contact me in order to rectify the issue, however after 15 minutes of waiting no on called me. I called the call center again to make another complaint and they again informed me that the branch manager will contact me in order to send me another order, yet again after another 15 minutes no one called me and I called the call center for the third time and it has now been a total of 40 minutes and no one called me to correct this issue.

My complaint is about the very bad customer service whereby its taking them more than 40 minutes to make one phone call to fix an issue with a client.

I really hope that you could help me out with this issue or find a way to address this issue with KFC Egypt.

This email is not so that I could receive the correct order but for how insulted I am regarding how even after making 3 complaints within 30 minutes and still no one tried to contact me.

KFC my order

On sunday (today), october 27th my wife and I decided we wanted kfc for our sunday lunch. Our closest kfc is in rincon, georgia, just 8 miles from our home. We were so excited for kfc to come to our community. We love many items on the menu and support this location frequently. Today was the third time we have had a very negative experience. Keep in mind, we realize mistakes happen and we will not stop supporting kfc, but, you need to take measures to correct "order mess ups" because they cause a great deal of inconvenience.

My ticket # for today is: #1561. I drove 8 miles to pic up kfc lunch, then 8 miles home ready to eat to find not one thing I ordered, wanted, expected was in my bag. Totally another person's order. I packed it back into the bag, drove 8 miles back and asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager. His attitude was excellent! He apologized, and personally fixed my order. It was perfect and even put in some extra chocolate cookies! Then, I drove 8 miles home, again, and enjoyed my dinner.

As I said, this is the third incident. This is a new business and our community deserves better service. Please, bring this to the attention of those who are managing and training employees. There must be more attention to details and caring for each order. Some kind of checking the order with every receipt to be sure everything is correct. That is important.

I compliment the manager who properly took care of me with great skill and compassion. But this time, I am asking your office to compensate me for this tremendous inconvenience. I spent $18.60 but I did not enjoy my dinner, the food was good, but the experience took unnecessary miles driven and what should have been a 30 minute round trip turned into an hour and a half of frustration.

We will continue to support this kfc just because of the attitude of the management.

KFC order was wrong, managment could care less.

Date of incident was 10-25-2019 Ticket# 1418 Receipt C750059 2 321 1418.
I went through the drive through and ordered the fill up meal. I asked the guy taking order to please sub thighs for any wings or legs. He said no problem. I proceeded to the window and Samantha took my money I asked to please make sure I am getting the thighs instead of legs and wings. She told me yes they took care of that and assured me the order was correct.
I got home and my order was wrong. I only received 7 pieces of chicken, there should of been 8 pieces. I did NOT get my thighs instead of wings and legs as I specifically asked for, and reiterated at the window. I did however receive two very over cooked wings, and legs. I reached in the box of biscuits, they were so hard that when dropping them on the counter they sounded like a rock! My son could not even bite into one. My hot wings that I ordered in addition to fill up meal was all over cooked, very chewy, and leather like.
I called immediately asking for a manager. I told her what the problem was, she told me that I should come on down now because they just had fresh chicken come up. I explained to her that my work day starts at 3AM, and I am finally home now at 5PM, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in my car and drive all the way back to get what I should of got in the first place. I told her that I even asked when I was handed the food, if I got the right pieces. I was assured the order was correct.
The manager said to me "Well I am not sure what you want me to do about it" I felt like she could of cared less and I was bothering her with my issue. I said "can you remake my meal another time, or send me a gift card, or write my name down for another time?" she said "for what? 4 thighs and some biscuits?" I was so upset I just gave her my name and hung up the phone.
I am a single mom of 1 and make only $10.50 hour so spending $26.50 is a lot of money for our household. I can only afford to treat once in a very great while. This experience was very far from a treat! I have no desire to ever go back to this KFC.
I just moved to Caldwell from Meridian, ID. I have never had problems with the Meridian KFC location. Meridian is FAR SUPPERIOR service all around compared to the store I had to deal with.
I am so very upset that they could not listen to what it was I wanted to order, they did not check order accuracy, they did not even count the right pieces, they over cooked everything, and the manager did not care one bit about my satisfaction as a customer! She never apologies or tell me that she wanted to make it right. She did NOTHING! So I am reaching out hoping this will go to someone above what I had to deal with on Friday night. I would like a refund, or for someone to want to make this right. PLEASE look into this I do not want another person to have to deal with what I went through.

KFC food & dishes

Hello. We are honestly glad that you as the customer enjoy the chicken and sides for your meal. However, a few of us are unhappy with the amount of dishes we have to do each night, the whole store! It takes us 5 to 6 hrs to clean up and I am trying to understand why our team is now 6 employees at night instead of 14 like in the daytime. I don't mind doing some of them but not all of them by myself! Hire more people for the ones we just lost. Please. We are tired and want to go home on time.

KFC staff at kfc have a don't care attitude.

It has taken a lot of frustration and a lot to send this email regarding the way your customers get treated at KFC.
On the 25/10/2019 I told my co-worker that we must try out the new KFC on line ordering site. Well never to be repeated again.
We put through our order just before 1 and got a confirmation that the payment went through but got stuck on that screen and did not allow us to go further but the money had come off my account.
We called the call centre and spoke to Lavern who was going to call back and give us feedback well what a wait it was I eventually called back then same story waited and I called back gain as I was hungry and it was going for 2.30 already.
She said the branch was emailed and the matter would be sorted out but still nothing. We then went over to the KCF in Greenpoint as it is across the road from us, after giving proof the payment went through with a ref no [protected] they totally refused to give us our food the money was not even asked for. I then called and spoke to the team leader at the call centre that promised me everything would be sorted out. Well nothing was again walked over to the KFC and again was told sorry your proof is not enough and we can't give you your food. It was now 4 in the afternoon still I had not eaten and I had to leave also no call from the team leader.
This morning we called in to the call centre and they said everything was arranged we can go get our money. Walked over just to be embarrassed and told that we cant have any money back and they want a bank statement to prove we not lying this is from a branch manager. Called the call centre again spoke to Alice and Alice told me that everything must be sent for approval because and she will send a email. By this time I was angry and yes did say words but really to be made a lyre after showing proof to the store and then told that a investigation will be done. She told me she will call back this is a hour ago still no call. Asked for the franchise owner no she told me they do not have numbers for them she will only provide me with the store number.
We then again walked over to the store this time to again be put under question by the store manager telling us that sorry a full bank statement will be needed and we must take this further does not have time for this we just want money. Also we then asked for the franchise owner number he then said he does not have it and even if he did why would he give it. This needs to be taken up with the franchise owner because it just tells you he knows of nothing that is happening in that store.
Little to say this is all to do with R60 but its not about R60 it's the way we got treated a customer that spends money in that store every second day and made a payment to have lunch and got mistreated from Head Office back to the store.
This is not the standards of KFC and the people you put in the call center to look after customers abuse the customers and don't even call back.
This has become much more that a R60 complaint its taken up my time to send this email but to me customer service means nothing to KFC Greenpoint or your call center at all.
I have attached my proof the same proof I showed them, you can see I have done a previous online order as well, my bank statement is my private property and will not be given out.

KFC wrong order

I went through the drive thru and received the wrong order. I ordered 2 popcorn chicken meals. A 4 piece tender meal, and a three piece meal. I only received one popcorn chicken meal and the 3 piece meal and received a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich instead of the other popcorn chinked meal and the 4 piece tender meal. I tried calling the store and they were not helpful. That order cost me over 30 dollars.

KFC restroom usage

I am a federal employee that has worked in this area for several years. I have visited this location on numerous occasions and have never been told that I must purchase something in order to use the restroom. If this is an official company policy, it should have been enforced since the first day I requested to use the restroom. Has something changed in the past few years that I am unaware of? The manager on duty has allowed me to use the restroom before. Today, she abruptly advised another employee "uh, tell her she can't use the bathroom useless she buys something". I do not, nor have I ever had an issue purchasing an item, I just was in need of using the restroom. When I mentioned using the restroom without purchasing an item, her exchange was very disrespectful. As a result, I will never visit this location again. I have also advised my coworkers to never visit the location again. I am uncertain how she maintains a job with that attitude and she should be spoken to about it. If she were professional, she would have known that I was buying lunch there as soon as I used the bathroom. However, she lost that sale and all sales in the future. Thank you!

KFC chicken

Out of all the KFC's I have eaten at this was by far the worst chicken! It was dry and greasy and did not have the taste of the original recipe. Not even the crust taste right!
I actually threw the breast out to the birds, maybe just maybe they will attempt to eat it!
After throwing it out I actually feel bad for them!
So what it looks like was that the chicken had been reheated and or had sit for an extended period of time. But still didn't taste like any that I have ever purchased from KFC.

KFC poor service/ lack of attention to detail

I am reaching out because this is the second time that kfc has forgotten my food. The first time I left it alone because they alone forgot my cookies, but the second time they forgot my potato wedges and my biscuits. I would just like to say I won't be returning to that location again, the service has been terrible. I however would still like to be compensated for my food I did not receive. The employees seemed to be goofing off and had poor lack of attention to detail. This happened about 8pm on 10/23/19.

Y'all suck! The rudest [censored]ing workers I have ever met! This stupid [censored] named amber had a straight attitude with me and told me to do math on my phone. And on top of that she forgot 2 main entrees of my order I will not be going back. Who ever hired this [censored]ty work staff and not wearing gloves making food need to be fired.
