KFC two crispy 16 piece meals.

Last Sunday, Mother's we purchased two 16 piece extra crispy chicken meals. This has been our traditional mother day picnic meal for decades. Sadly when we arrived at the park and opened the buckets to see muchy horrible chicken! See the attached pictures . We couldn't eat it. Help?

KFC no chicken available

This evening, May 16, 2019, I attempted to purchase dinner for my family shortly before 5:00pm. When I finally pulled up to the Drive-Thru speaker to place my order, I was told that there was not enough chicken to fill the 8 piece meal I ordered. When I asked how long a wait would it be, I was told that there was no cook on the premises. This was at your restaurant located at 2150 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, GA 30605. I suggest that you look into the management of that particular restaurant. I know that there could be several reasons for a cook to be absent. However, it makes no sense for there not to be a cook available during the dinnertime rush, or to be unable to fill orders. I then had to go out of my way to your competitor in order to secure dinner for my family. I know that I am only one person, but this kind if incident is why people stop supporting a business. I hope the situation at that restaurant improves.

KFC quality of chicken and the service

I recently purchased a 'big box' that had 3 pieces of chicken in it, along with one side and an additional side. It did NOT have a biscuit in the package.
The chicken was so bad that I could not eat it. I tried...
It was so close to burned that while it did not look completely ruined, the taste was horrible. And it had that old grease taste to it. Totally disgusting. And this is not the first time for this location - it's the third time. There won't be a fourth time.
And, when I asked what type of desserts were available, I was told 'cookies, cake, or turnover'. I asked for cake, not realizing it was a Whole cake! I had already paid for the food by the time I realized it was a whole cake, so I unhappily kept it to save me some time. The employee should have said something. I tried calling the store many times that night, but no one ever answered the phone number that was on the receipt.

I would like a refund.

KFC humiliation and racism

Store locate in Gladstone, mo. After leaving Chemotherapy I stopped at KFC on my way home which was 15 minutes away from my home. At 5:32 Pm went through drive through ordered 8 piece meal 2 large mash potatoes 1 coleslaw, 1 large gravy and 4 biscuits. After getting home and taking my clothes off and sitting my children down for dinner, when I opened the box there was only 3 pieces of chicken in the box along with the rest of the order. I immediately Called no answer, so continued calling while going back to the store. I finally reached William on the phone, he immediately started cutting me off and I informed him of my name and that I was on my way back and I asked for his name and he hung up the phone. Arrived at the store awaited 5 minutes before he would even acknowledge me after looking at me several times. I tried to talk William the manager and he stated From a Person Like me I'm a liar and he knows for sure that he himself put the food in the box just yelling this in front of everyone, employees and customers. I was humiliated because of their mistake and discriminated against because of being black based on his words someone like me. My ticket number is 1339 on my receipt. I then state that I needed to speak with someone other them him but no one was able or willing to help me, besides Jackson an employee at the front register. Jackson came and provided me with a napkin because I'm crying at his point because I can't believe I was treated with such, disrespect, humiliation and discriminated against. Jackson then apologizes to me for the behavior of his manager and informed I should definitely contact corporate regarding this manner. Jackson also tried to provide me with a drink and chocolate chip cookies, but I informed Jackson I was not there for anything free and declined his offer and informed him I only wanted my order corrected and that was it. I then asked the lady in the drive through for my receipt as she never gave it to me when I came the first time. She stated she could only provide a duplicate with a ticket number on there. I then tried even talking to her and she told me that she did not mess up my order so why am I talking to her. This is unacceptable all the way around. William, the manager never apologized for their mistake because he choose not to take ownership that they made a mistake and was absolutely sure that a person like myself would Lie. This is the most worst situation I've ever been put in. I was already not feeling well and that just made me even worse. My suggestion to anyone of color Do not go to this store if because if they make a mistake they will treat you exactly the way I was treated. I'm taking this as far as possible because this should not ever have to happen to anyone else.

KFC everything about this particular restaurant

The KFC here in the town of Madison NC 27025 is a terrible excuse for a restaurant.
The employees are rude, lazy and do not seem to even care if they mess up or not.
There are a lot of people that refuse to go to this location. Oftentimes you can smell marijuana while you are sitting in line at the drive thru with the employees laughing while they are doing drugs on the clock and no one inside taking orders. When you do get to order they are saying they are out of chicken, really.
KFC is a chicken restaurant, how can they be out of chicken. They over charge, and short you on your orders. I feel this location should fire the entire crew and start all over. Drug testing is probably a good idea also.
When you have a problem and ask for the manager you are told they don't have time to talk to you. I am done. I am not the only one.
KFC has got to notice this location sales are down. If you order a chicken little they make you pull up and wait, if you order a drink they make you pull up and wait. Something needs to be done.

KFC $5 drumstick/thigh fillup box

Sister went to the kfc on 36th street in ogden utah and she got three hard legs a biscuit and that was it no sides no honey or butter for the biscuit told her to stop going there it is always a rip off and they never seem to have breast ready always at least 12 to 14 mins wait so sad because I use, to love, going there but poor people who work and want to pick up something quick at the end of their day need to find something else because you are KFC only with a " U" added when they cheat you like this

KFC service

I want to ask why in KFC restaurants in Mexico always the people who works at the front desk cheat you with the number of pieces you bought at least in 5 times (today the most recent) they gave me less pieces today I bought a bucket of 18 pieces and I got only 16 last time 14 in stead 16 always they took at least 2 pieces that is a scam please pay attention on that issue because this is happening in all stores that is not a mistake this guy's do this on purpose i been scammed in all the locations in my city Toluca México and that's not fare my question is where can I be complain in Mexico because I know maybe this is not happening in US locations

KFC old, hard, tasteless chicken

We bought a 10 pcs box, got it home and found all of the chicken was cold, dark, chewy and the crust was really hard and there wasn't any taste to it. We were there about 6 mos. ago and were really disappointed with the service, they couldn't count to 12, we only got 1 pc in the box, and went back twice to resolve it. We won't be going there any time in the future, there's plenty of other, better, less expensive chicken restaurants in our area.

KFC unethical behavior

I had visited your location on 05/10/2019 about 6:30 and placed my order at the drive thru. At that time, I had noticed that the Big Box was priced at $6.00. When I pulled up to pay for my order, my amount was more than I expected. I inquired why it was so much. At that time, the drive thru teller informed me that the big box was not on sale. I asked for a price match since the sign was clearly displayed showing the meal on sale. So I requested to speak with a manager. The manager came to the window and indicated that the box meal was showing to be on sale. I informed Alicia, the manager, that the there was sign that showed the price. She went and check to see if the sign was displayed. She came back to the window and insisted that it was not. I honestly felt like she was calling me a liar. I was so frustrated on how she was treating me and my husband. The sign clearly stated the special price. I did not see a date displayed. At that time, I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I have visited this location on several occasions. I have never experienced this before. I am an office manager myself and I would never have handled a situation like the way she did. I love the food from KFC, but on this day, I left disgusted on how I was treated. Unfortunately, myself or my family will never revisit any of the KFC establishments again.

KFC regarding behaviour and attitude

I went to bahria town phase 4 kfc and ordered chicken and chips in which i asked them to put more fries and eventually they rejected stating that we cannot provide more fries then i told them to call your manager.After few moments manager came in and asked us about the issue after listening to us he also denied stating that we cannot provide more fries
When i came home the fries were cold and soggy fries and there behaviour was so bad instead of apolgzing to us the manager told us to launch complain about the fries
I m very much disappointed by there attitude and not going to this branch again

KFC bad management of the facility at 434 central ave. east orange, nj

I am dissatified with the management of the facility located at 434 Central Ave. East Orange, NJ. Just about every time I decide I want grilled chicken, they are frequently out of it. Out of, maybe, --12 times, that I've gone in to purchase the grilled chicken, I"ve only gotten it maybe-- 2-3 times. I went in on Mother's Day (5/12/19) and the facility was again out of grilled chicken. Not everyone eats batter fried chicken. On this day, they were also out of chicken pot pies, biscuits, breast chicken pieces and several flavors of soda. The facility is not being run properly. If the facility can not service the community properly, it needs to be sold and a more appropriate facility needs to take it's location. I assume each facility is independently owned but this facility gives KFC, as a whole, a really bad name and reputation. It's a shame how this facility is managed because it is the only one in the area and, when I do get the grilled chicken, it is usually good and tasty (although much smaller than the batter fried chicken). I hope that there is a major change at this location.

KFC the restaurant in winchester ky

On Saturday May 11, 2019 at 9:45pm I pulled up to the drive through to place my order and no one came on the speaker to take my order so I drove to the window and they were in the back so I drove around to go inside when I got out to the door it was locked, so I called KFC number and a girl answer I told her I was I. The parking lot and would like to place an order and she said we are closed I said it's not 10 yet why are you closed she said hold on a minute then she came back and said our clocks says 10 so we are closed. I said my clock on my phone and car said 9:48 she said well our clock shows 10 and hung up. This is not acceptable. It was very rude. It upset me very much but I did not call back or make a seen I just left. But I did want you all to know what happened.

KFC feather in chicken and poor customer service

I am Atul John, I am a regular customer of kfc and I have tried it from UAE, India and Canada .I noticed a feather in the chicken recently and brought it to the notice of a team member in kfc. The guy told me as like I did a mistake and told me such things never happen and just took that piece and returned another piece. This is not how to treat a regular customer.

KFC service and product received at kfc restaurant #g135413 on monday, 5/9/19.

I will start by saying that my husband and I love KFC original chicken. On, Thursday, 5/9/19, at 7:35pm, I went to store #G135413 and ordered an 8 piece bucket with a valid coupon. After I had paid, I was told that there were no "original" breast pieces and that I could substitute "extra crispy". Since my husband and I do not like "extra crispy", I declined and asked for 2 extra pieces. I was told that was not possible because it would mess up their count. My receipt says "2 OR breast, 2 OR leg, 2 OR thigh, 2 OR wing". I left the store with 4 OR thigh, 2 OR leg, 2 OR wing along with the biscuits and sides. I felt that I was cheated because there is not as much meat on a thigh as a breast. My receipt says the cashier was Brittany but it was a man who cashed me out at the register. The woman who told me it would mess up their count was impolite and went to the back of the store with her pony tail swinging (without a hairnet) and started talking to another worker and my order was finished by the man who originally cashed me out. The man was polite but she was rude.

KFC take away

I travelled 5 miles to your outlet at cathedral walk Wakefield and spent over £25. Bargain bucket, boneless banquet for 1, large gravy and 3 ice creams. When I unpacked my bags there was no boneless banquet or accompanying drink. I am not happy as I would have to travel back through Wakefield city centre in rush hour traffic. This is not the first time although last time it was only the drink which was missing.

Kfc in west point ms.
The chicken tasted spoil, my mashed potatoes had hair in them.the biscuits was not done.The people in there can not cook period.oh and i saw a insects in the building( Roaches).who ever they have prepping the food is not doing a good job at all.that building is not being ran rite.its alot of issues that need to be corrected asap.and there are convinced felons working there.i do not feel safe eating there in the restaurant.

KFC chicken

I recently bought chicken from a kfc location. It was the dryest chicken i ever had really hard and inedible.. I honestly feel as if prices are going to be that high the least we can get is chicken we can actually eat! I honestly believe we got old chicken that was sitting under the lamp because no way would fresh chicken be that hard.. Not to mention order was not accurate

KFC drive thru

Wanted to order a famous bowl through the drive in at the KFC on m139 in benton harbor mi around 630 on 4/8/19 and the woman that answer responded so nasty said I have to come in and order. Well I didn't. If workers there at KFC can't use professional customer service when dealing with the public then they shouldnt work there. Is it my fault that she is working a dead end job with no room for advancement? The answer is no.

I ordered the 3 pce with extra mashed potatos didnt get my extra side or cookie and when they asked me what sauces i wanted they threw completely different ones in the box, on top of that my buscuit was burnt and I spent 20 min waiting in line and there was 1 person infront of me. The only thing they even got right about my meal is the lemonade. Worst customer service ive ever received
