KFC - product and service

My daughter and I decided to get KFC this evening around 9 p.m. Sounded very good. I entered the parking lot and there was one employee outside of the building and I could see another one inside the store and she threw her hands up like she was mad we pulled onto the parking lot. I got to the menu and we decided on a $20 bucket. She then told us she only had a few thighs and the rest was dark meat and I said that will be ok. We got to the window and the young girl that was working (and apparently mad that we pulled on the parking lot) was very rude did not smile. As she was preparing our food she was grabbing biscuits and just throwing them in the box and I could see pieces flying out of the box. She was not friendly and just said my total. The other employee I'm guessing assistant manager took over and she was just as rude and she finished preparing our
food. I could definitely tell that they were upset that we were there. We have not had KFC in a long time and I'm very disappointed in the service and the quality of the food. might I mention when we got home the biscuits were a mess I already knew that but the chicken bucket had 2 tiny wings instead of legs or breast and thighs and it was just not very good. Overall not good food and absolutely horrible service.
