KFC kfc stores management, timeliness of service, and store cleanliness

I am a long term fan of KFC and love your original recipe chicken, coleslaw and biscuits. I have encountered very similar but disturbing issues at 2 store locations in Omaha, NE. The first is at 3949 N 132nd St, and the second location at 6512 N 72nd St, Over the past 6-8 months I have experienced on multiple visits to each of these stores extremely poor customer service, standing at a cashier counter waiting for someone to even come to the counter for 10 minutes, while staff stood talking in a back room, or taking 20 minutes to get my food after it has been ordered. When I complain to the staff about issues they are very dismissive and could care less about anything other than themselves, including the manager on duty. Both of these restaurants are not that old and were very nice when opened but both are extremely filthy and no one makes an attempt to cleanup tables for new customers to sit to eat. The state of their cleanliness is like a interstate rest area or an old truck stop bathroom, truly disgusting. I continue to return hoping something will change as I love most of the food but find it more repulsive each time I return to either store. I don't know if both of these are franchise stores and maybe owned and operated by the same person? Which would explain why they both have similar problems. I ordered the $20 fill up extra crispy legs and thighs. And wanted Mac and cheese for the sides. Well needless to say at 7pm no max and cheese and my chicken was breast and wings. No thighs and legs. I don't know what is going at at that place but this isn't the first time I have been there and they were out of everything. I don't believe I will be visiting them again.

KFC $20 fill up meal

at 4:50 pm on May 03, 2019.

This I my third bad experience at this location. This is the second time in the prior month and now, that they have no chicken breasts. Both times I was never told when it would be available. They just said "Sorry" and gave me 2 thighs instead.
This is the time of day when us working ladies go by to pick up dinner.

Several months before:
My other bad experience was when they were out of biscuits . They asked me and others to wait ten minutes. They put them in a small box. When I got home, I was shocked to see what they gave me. They were most certainly were not light and fluffy. They were hard and flat as hockey pucks.

KFC service

On 4/13/19
I called about service at KFC and was told I would be contacted which still has not happened very disappointed with both.
I have worked and managed business and would have answered right away. This is unacceptable in business.
The service and cleanliness of store was horrible. Now I will put the care of Corp in the same place.

KFC kfc of egypt have a very very bad service

Today at 5:09 I have made delivery order from KFC Egypt by online website
The order not arrived till now and no apology has been made or any thing seem as the order already arrive. Really I am very upset from KFC Egypt now more than 6 hours ago without any reaction from KFC Egypt my wife and little children wait more than 2 hours hungry angry waiting a meal.
Really I'm sorry but I'm very annoyed angry.
And I want compensation for this inappropriate tampering with the famous big companies.

KFC service and product

I went to kfc/ long John silvers I Glen Allen va on broad st I waited 30 minutes in drive thru I don't know what was going on inside but one of the employees was outside on the phone I guess talking to one of his coworkers on the phone because he fussing about how management sent employees home early and he ain't like how his manager was talking to him then they finally take my order I get to the window the window was open and the female I guess was a manager she said I don't give a [censored] ! [censored] him and turned around looked me dead in my face and said it again didn't care I was at the window this was the most awful service I have ever received any where I will not be coming back there kfc would be lucky if I come back to any of their restaurants my food was wrong she didn't give me my receipt which I told her I needed one she said it was in the bag food was cold stale there was a guy inside with her that was the only one whom seemed to have some since and was polite when he brought me my drink but to look at me and still continue to curse tells me like she said she doesn't care she didn't even try to close the window to hide some of curse words she did not care a very awful experience I couldn't eat my food when I got back from my lunch break this happened around 330

KFC having food ready for the customer!!!

Most nights I stop by the hueytown kfc after i get off to get one of your chicken pot pies. I usually stop at least four times a week. 75% of the time they say they don't have any ready. I stop by at the same time every night. This has been the case for over a month. Something needs to be done about this. If I dont want to sell chicken pot pies take them off the damn menu.

KFC kentucky fried chicken south salt lake city

This is ftom the 3900 South and State Street location inn Salt Lake City, Utah. I called and called and called and no one would answer to take my order. Finally someone did pick up and I asked for an additional side or something for the long wait. I was told "NO" they couldn't do that so I asked for the manager and was told that she was the manager "Joanne" then she passed off the phone to a gentlemen named "Alderman" or something like that. He said he could do something but then hung up on me. I called once again and a lady named "Liss" answered and she said no one by the Name Joanne nor Alderman were managers or went by that name. I was then expressing my concerns that they were not being forthright and honest and she did not validate my concerns or try to resolve my request to take my order with an extra side. I was also told on the very first call they had a special $20 Fill Up with 8 pieces of chicken 3 Lg Sides and 6 biscuits then was told it was only 8 pieces of chicken 3 lg sides and 4 biscuits but the sides must be mashed potatoes and one gravy and a Cole slaw. Do you don't get to choose your sides. The lady And the other staff that said they were managers all said that they could not do anything and were very rude. I expressed my outrage and told them I was recording the call and they didn't care. Do not support KFC nor the store on 3900 south State Street in Utah. Very rude staff and dishonest. I believe in exchange in abundance to take care of your customer to always ensure a positive experience and review. I hope KFC corporate responds to my upset and makes this right. And please train your 3 managers to be more on the ball and honest and polite. You know a gift card at this point would not hurt either.

KFC cost of goods

So I got charged $13.77 for a 5 piece Nashville hot tenders. The 5-piece Nashville hot tenders was $8.50 but since I did not get a combo I was charged $9.60 for the tenders and $3 extra for the Nashville hot sauce. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she was extremely rude and told me that it was cheaper to get a combo and since I got the tenders I would be charged more. This does not make any sense

KFC service

I went to the Marianna, FL KFC and had the worst service of my life. I waited over 30 minutes for a 3 piece strip meal. Then when I was waiting for my food, the girl working there said, "idk where her food is, just make it and get it the f*** out of here." Worst customer service, worst food. This place is a hole. I won't be back and I will warn everyone that even thinks about going there.

KFC customer service and manager

I purchased two tenders plain and two tenders with honey mountain bbq sauce on them. I ordered mashed potatoes and green beans and soda. I received my order. The sauce was on the side. Not on the tenders. So the girl huffed and took it back and threw the sauce on ALL OF THEM not just two. And I didn't get my mashed potatoes. She got them for me. Now I tasted the sauce. The sugar was still granulated and not melted in the sauce. I asked for the manager. I told him all my problems. He took it back and made new sauce. He said. When he brought it back to me. The sauce again was on all the tenders? Are u kidding ? No! I ate one and the sugar content was so hi I asked the girl at the counter to let the manager know and to throw it out. At that time I ordered the original chicken meal. So I spent $7. Then I spent another $10. The manager was just as incompetent as the counter help. Manager did not offer to refund my money for the first meal I threw out. Very disappointed in kfc.

KFC chicken

WHY are you no longer using the Colonel's recipe? Not good! Are you going to change the name too? The chicken is like everyone elses, and is not as good as the original recipe! Havw you had other complaints? Was wondering! The colonel would not like this recipe either! This is the Dickson, Tn store I have purchased my last order! CHANGE IT BACK...

KFC not honoring sale advertised in the window

Sign in window, advertised the chicken sandwich as part of the $5 fill up. When I placed my order, I was told they no longer had the sale. So I brought it to the attention of the Cashier(Melisa) and the Manager(Lazhet) that the sign posted says $5 fill up and the chicken sandwich with side and drink were an option and that's what I wanted to pay. The manager went and took the sign down before I could take a picture of it. I know sales have end dates. (I did not take notice of an end date on sign if there was one) However, by 1pm in the afternoon the manager should have been aware of any signage that needed to be updated. i was told there is no button on the cash register to give me the order for that price. Highly disappointed in the customer service. Plus the manager and cashier conversed in Spanish while I stood there. Very rude.

KFC service

On the 5 of April 2019 I went to KFC to buy fries and Two deductions were made from my account whilst using my debit card for payment and it is taking KFC ghana for ever to refund my cash. I reported the case the spintex KFC where I got the food and they confirm yes I was wrongly deducted twice. However they cannot do anything about it. They claim even though the money is sitting in their account. My bank should write a letter to their bank(how will i even know their bank) to request for the refund.

It's not good service. If you confirm my funds of GHs37 is in your account, what prevents you from refunding it. What has my bank got to do with it. I have my receipt to prove I was only served one meal and charged twice.

It's over a month.

KFC cleanliness

I was at kfc when they opened the door at 10:30am. There was dirt and toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom, and crumbs all over they place, they clearly did not sweep or wipe the tables the night before and there is mold on the drink machine grates. And on top of that they used the coleslaw scoop for my cheese on my famous bowl fill up. I had coleslaw in it and fed the entire bowl to my dog.

this afternoon I witnessed 3 things that have when on in the diner of one of the KFC's here in Austin Texas. One, the unprofessionalism of the shift manager towards another employee who subsequently quit because of her 2 the soda dispensary had mold inside of the filters as well as around the Soda dispensary had water and ice everywhere and 3 the cashier...

Have realized that my complaint with service at a KFC locations was handled effectively by a Robo-response. Effectively..."Your complaint was duly noted". Disappointing, I thought this company stood for more in that area. Sent email to them to just get insight into corrective action taken. I don't think that is too much to ask as a loyal customer. We will see what happens...

KFC $5 fill ups

I ordered two $5 fill ups one being the thigh and leg meal which I changed to two legs and the other being the two chicken little sandwiches that I had in the smokey mountain bbq. From KFC in Pomeroy ohio. The chicken legs we overcooked and severely dried out. I couldnt even eat the breading because it was to overcooked and unchewable and the meat itself was tasteless and super dry. The mashed potatoes were very watered down and nasty. The chicken littles one sandwich was ok and the other was all crispy breading had absolutely no meat in the tender whatsoever! As well as the wedges being burnt. KFC plastic in famous bowl

I ordered two famous bowls In Florence, SC. The KFC on Irby Street and the service was fine and everything was right but as i was eating both of the bowls there were big pieces of plastic in both of the bowls. These pieces of plastic were so big my girlfriend that was eating it choked and I had to do the heimlich maneuver to get the plastic stuck from her throat.

Kendallville Indianas store has got to be the worst in the country. If there is a special and they dont want to make it, they tell you that they are out.
