We don't know much about how KFC handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. KFC 2 piece chicken meal

Today 31519 order a two piece drumstick and thigh from the drive-thru. the food looked as if it was there all day biscuit was very very dry and hard chicken is overcooked batter extremely salty. Brown grease from the chicken was all in the bottom of my box. I asked for a side of coleslaw did not get it. Nor did I get my receipt. Ask young lady at the window about cookies. She and turn answered with an attitude. I have not eaten at KFC in a very long time and did not know that cookies came with each meal. This was the worst food I've had in a long time. And I am not traveling all the way back to return it.

KFC service

March 13, 2019. Bad, bad, rude counter server waited on me as I picked up my take out order. After saying "Here is your order ma'am", she literally yelled "NO, NO, NO that is not your order!"...when I checked the bag on the counter to see if it was my order. She then kept repeating this tirade. She embarrassed me and my husband with her attitude and rude behavior. She finally gave me the correct bag and slapped the cup down with "this goes with it". As it turns out, a lady sitting at a table had ordered take out also, but was not at the counter at the time. The counter server needs to be taught good human relations. I wouldn't suggest this KFC to anyone.

KFC no service

Yesterday March 13th 2019 my wife & I had been visiting a patient at the local Hospital it was early evening and on our way home which is about 50 miles we decided to eat at KFC 10103 Dixie Hwy, & Valley Station Road in Valley Station Ky. I realize it was off time about 3:30pm. the restaurant was open we waited for at least 10+ minutes to be waited on there were at least 3 employees talking and milling around and we were never recognized as being present. There were a few cars at the drive thru and maybe 6 persons eating eating inside. I finally asked if they were open for business a woman in the rear of the kitchen ask what i said so I repeated myself. She told me if we were not happy with the service to go elsewhere. So we left we're not ones to expect special treatment but we found this to be rude and with their attitude harmful to your business. Just felt you needed to know about the service they rendered. I'm 84 and wife is 80 years old we love KFC but if this is tolerated we won't be eating there again

My wife and I decided to stop at this KFC store on Dixie Hwy. in Valley Station, Ky. We were told that they only had thighs and legs. They were out of biscuits also. The gentleman in front of me was very upset over not having any breast meat. He ordered something else and when his order came out it was wrong. While I was standing in line to order two senior buffets another lady came up and was very upset about her order and demanded her money back. I like to try to give grace as much as possible but I and my wife have had enough. We stop here every Wednesday night to get a bucket of chicken to take to our potluck dinner at church. About 3 different times they did not have what we ordered and had to make it up with legs. Enough is enough and we will not be eating here anymore. We will also help spread the word of the way things are done here. This is very poor customer service. I guess we will be going more often to Chic-fil-a. I applaud them for not being open on Sunday and understand why. We do get better service and product there.

KFC cold chips, flat coke from soda fountain.

After told we had to wait for fresh chicken fillets we received our burgers with fresh fillets, but that was just about thw only thing that was fresh... wilted lettuce and tomato, our chips were cold and Flat Cole from soda fountain... after we reported this to the managares we were told that she spoke to the quality control person Floors and that he said everything was fresh... Quite frankly I am at a loss for words... it is a hit and miss with this KFC. One good meal, two bad and so the saga continues...

KFC the food

This store either does not clean the oil or are refrying old chicken this is not the first time ive had chicken there but will be the last it always tastes burnt and is dark and does. Nt even look like your chicken if you take it in and complain they give you stuff that looks fresh but you should not have to do that to be fed proper food you pay for it is the worst kfc ive had ever your company should send people as customers to see the [censored] they sell before someone gets sick it should be reported to the health department

KFC service & missing items from drive thru

First, I should never have gone there because they DO have a bad reputation for Rude Service, incorrect orders & extremely long waits. But I took my chances, that I now REGRET. Also when I submitted my poor review, I couldn't believe how many people had also complained about the same problems I had. I guess this owner doesn't care what people think or say about them.
I live North of Sterling OK in the country, about 35-40 miles (one way) from the KFC on #8 SE Lee Blvd in Lawton OK. Last Sunday, Mar. 3rd, 2019, I drove specifically to this KFC because it is a KFC & Taco Bell together. I ordered 16 pc KFC meal & 2 bean burritos with extra cheese. When I got back home, another 35-40 miles, my Taco Bell was missing. I called & spoke to Lizzy, mngr, she said next time I come to town to come by and she will replace it. If she's not there any other manager can take care of me. So today, Thursday Mar. 7 @ 6:40 pm I drove to Lawton for my replacement & also planned on buying more chicken for my daughter's school sports trip to Texas the next day. Lizzy wasn't working so I requested a manager & told him the situation. He first claimed that he didn't know who Lizzy was. I confirmed she had answered the phone & identified herself as a manager when I called. Then he admitted she did work as a manager there. But REFUSED to replace my 2 BEAN BURRITOS. He told me I would just have to come back another day. I explained how far I lived and he could just call Lizzy to confirm if he needed. He refused to do that. He told me I could either buy my KFC but he wasn't going to take care of my MISSING ORDER (that I had already paid for & never received). I asked for his name & he refused to give it to me. I told him I was going to call & complain about his customer service. He said he didn't care, and again said I could either buy something, come back another day or leave it. I'm smart enough to know better than to eat food from anyone who behaves like he did. Needless to say, they can keep MY BURRITOS & I will never go back there again. I also plan to post this on Facebook, Yelp & all other Social Media's, plus send this to KFC Corporate Complaints Office.
The person who CLAIMED to be the manager was a male working on Mar. 7th, Thursday at 6:40 pm. at the KFC/Taco Bell on #8 SE Lee Blvd, Lawton OK. (I couldn't get him to give his first name.) The KFC on 47th & Cache Rd in Lawton OK has always been very accurate and extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it's a bit further, I will continue doing business with them in the future. I have never had a problem, missing or incorrect order, or rude employees at this store (47th & Cache Rd). I'm not sure how the one on Lee Blvd stays in business except that there are very few places to eat in that area & it's in the industrial part of town & easy access from the highway. If more stores open in that area, this KFC will probably sink.

KFC the facility

Dear KFC, I am cutting and pasting what I posted on FB today. We went to your store in Cairo, Ga today March 3, 2019 around 2:00. They weren't terribly busy, but it took a while to be waited on, and a while to get our food. It was downhill from there.

Today JR wanted fried chicken. Dad's favorite food? Fried chicken! I don't have to cook and clean up? Fried Chicken it is! So we drive to Cairo, where really good fried chicken is made. CLOSED. Oh well, JR spots KFC, his very favorite because of the chicken bowl. And now the story really begins. First, the card reader doesn't work. We start hunting for the cash we never carry. Suddenly the card goes through. Only took 4 tries. We get our drinks. Yuck! Only Pepsi products. Ok, I can do this. Get our food. JR had also ordered 4 drumsticks, extra crispy. He asks, "Where are my drumsticks?" "Oh sorry, We're out of extra crispy. Is regular ok?" "Sure, no problem, " he replies. The he asks the girl at the counter, "Where are the utensils?" "Oh sorry, we're out." KFC, whose specialities include mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, and the famous chicken bowl has no utensils. SERIOUSLY?! I asked her how we're supposed to eat. She giggles and says, "Oh, they're delivering some." They didn't. JR gets in the car, goes a block to the McDonalds and get utensils. Plus a parfait. We ate, I can feel my hands swelling due to the amount of salt. We clean up, try to throw the trash away (the can is full), and get ready to leave. Now as most of you know, JR has short-gut syndrome so after he eats, he usually has to go to the restroom. He went in, he came out. It was filthy! He said he thought Eisenhower was the President the last time it was cleaned.
The moral of this story: Don't go to KFC in Cairo, Georgia

My son loves KFC. I have to say that I really never have, but today's experience would really turn me off of it forever. I had to wipe the table down before we could sit down. My son and husband like Pepsi, but people who know me know I don't. I don't really want anything from this, except to let you know that this restaurant has poor management, and poor employees. There really is no excuse for a dirty food facility, dirty restrooms, overflowing trash cans, and running out of basic supplies such as utensils, or whatever they needed to make extra crispy chicken. But if you want to refund what we spent, send it to my son John. He has Cystic Fibrosis and needs all the extra food he can eat.

KFC some workers get breaks and others don't

I seen the workers up front getting brakes carry-on and laugh why the ones to do the buffet and cook chicken has to work and gets no brakes this place needs to be checked out takes a long time to get your orders need more people in the back cooking and on the buffet so they can get breaks it's a shame one person has to do all the cooking and I get no breaks order Buffet no brakes

KFC service

Went to KFC Parow Centre today to get a Krusher, stood in the line for about 15 to 20 minutes, got to the till and the guy told me they don't have Krushers... I asked him if they can at least put a notice or something up stating they don't have Krushers before anyone stands in a long line, and the guy just said sorry... then my hubby and I decided we will go to KFC close to the airport, hubby stood in the line for about 15 minutes, got to the till and the lady told him that they don't have Krushers as well. My husband asked if they can at least put a sign up or something before customers stand in a long line and the lady responded by saying... 'But you didn't ask'... What kind of response is this?... Very bad service from KFC today!

KFC vomited 5 times

On the 26th February 2019, my partners went and got two of the 9 pieces deal. When we returned home there were only 7 pieces in each box this is not acceptable. Two hours later after eating two pieces of the chicken I vomited 5 times. Upon looking at the remains I found one piece to have fresh blood coated on the bone and didn't look cooked very well. I would like compensation back for the missing chicken and also for the raw food being sold causing me sickness.

KFC quality of the the fried chicken, management.

First off let me say that I have always been a fan of KFC, especially when it started the grilled chicken option since I try to eat healthy with minimal cheat days. I have been to the Granbury, TX USA location three times. I have only been three times because the chicken is very poor quality.

-Soggy breading/inconsistency
-dried out/shriveled/shrunk skin and meant
-no crunch to the fried chicken skin
-food has obviously sat under a heat lamp for a long period of time

KFC krushers

If you no longer serve krushers at kfc please let us know because everytime I order it the cashier tells me it's not available. Every kfc in durban cbd I mean all, and please fix the speed point issue it's irritating to stand in a que and the cashier tells you our machine is not working, I mean really after a long que!

KFC environmental

Good evening,

I'd like to give some feedback on my recent experience at the kfc on w11th in Eugene Or. My feedback is for the employees and the way they handled a particular incident as well as quality of food. On Feb 20 2019 my family of 5 dined in for dinner during the 7pm hour. We placed our order and waited quite some time. I watched as the drive thru was served and others placed order. We enjoyed a few drinks from the soda machine and our food was called out.. we ate some food which was subpar. Mac and cheese cold and our chicken was super dry. I went to get more soda and noticed an ant. Then I saw more I'm like oh no.. so I got the attention of one of the employees and informed her of what I found. She sent out another employee to look at the ants. She brought with her cleaner and napkins.. as she saw the ants she yelled OMGGGGGGOD and smiled and opened her mouth in shock.. she began to spray the area and then noticed the ants were crawling all over to the back of the counter where all the employees were and food. She was like omg guys looks they are everywhere! And was laughing and smiling.. mind you this was while we were eating. She went to the back got more napkins and cleaned the rest and then proceeded to ask the male employee if he wanted an ant filled napkin and put it in his face while laughing.. doing this in front of customers while they eat was pretty unprofessional and it ruined our experience to say the least. KFC chicken breasts

Want to order 2 or 3 original chicken breasts. Without checking box, received 1 small breast and 1 small overcooked sorry looking wing with bun.
I did not order this. I
Also paid for a dr. Pepper
Which I hate! And did not receive anyways.
This happened two times.

Manager did sorta make do by once again — received 1 small breast and 1 small overcooked wing bun plus a medium pepsi which was good.

Please place on menu: 2 or 3 breasts with or without a combo at a reasonable price. Oh yeah don't overcook chicken.

KFC service

Today I visit the kfc named above and customer service was really bad and even one of the employees got nasty with me. I trully believe someone from the corporate office should gove them a visit. Its awful. The cashier name on my receipt is Naisa not sure if its the same colored girl that took our order and got nasty with me or if its the managers name. Hope and wish something is done asap.

KFC the staff refused to take the order

It is exactly when I planned to have a meal with my bother. I reached at the venue by2:15am
As the order taking on call was going on, I asked them open the door and why are the door being closed when phone call delivery was goinv on. They dealt with an unprofessional manner.
As a client I request to investigate the whole situation feedback is required on my email address.

KFC buffet

The problem I have with this KFC is the buffet is always empty. I have been in there several times I keep saying I'm not going back, however, I always give it one more chance however today I went in about 2:30 ish the buffet was it look terrible there was nothing there old dishes that needed to be refilled the people were just terrible I asked one lady a question who had on the checkered shirt and I know she was a manager and she says oh I don't work here. So no ice tea this is the third time I've been in when there's been no ice tea that's ridiculous. So I would like to draw this to someone's attention becauseu this store just has to shut down or give it to a different manager. Thank you

KFC unethical behavior, poor customer service, lies, rudeness

I went and ordered a number 12 which consisted of a Popcorn Nuggets Combo: Wedges & Medium Drink. I ended up getting the potato wedges, a biscuit and cole slaw but NO chicken. So I went back and told them that I didn't get what I ordered, I got NO chicken. The girl at the microphone proceeded to tell me that I was lying and that they did give me what I ordered. I told them I wasn't lying and in fact I brought back everything they gave me in my order in the original bag. I drove right back there after they handed me my order and I saw that it was incorrect. All I really wanted was just some chicken. After I told the girl again on the microphone I didn't get any chicken, they had me pull forward and talk to the manager. The manager was rude when he approached me and gave me a tiny little kid sized popcorn chicken and continued to accuse me of lying. So, I handed him back the bag that contained my original order, so he could see what they gave me was incorrect and that I was in fact NOT lying. In addition I also gave back the kids sized popcorn chicken he gave me. The manager then proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me because I gave my items back to him and threatened me that I better "be careful because people in my position can get slapped in the face". I told him he had horrible customer service and that I was going to report him, he responded that, "he doesn't care if he loses his job". So not only did I NOT get my chicken or a corrected order which is what I was asking for, I also got threatened by the manager who was working during this evening. I will NOT be going back and that is NO way to treat people.

KFC poor quality of product

Bought a Zinger box meal from KFC Albany Road, Port Elizabetbh and shocked at the quality of the item i received for the amount i paid..This is not the 1st time but probably more like 6th time of poor quality.. So i am really starting to think i should stop supporting KFC and advise my friends and family to do the same if this continues. KFC staff in general at most branches i noticed displays very poor customer service

KFC product price

Every time I go to kfc I want to get the $20 meal deal that is advertised on television and online. But every time I go they say it is $23.99 because they are a franchise restaurant.
