KFC late provision of takeaway food (40-50 mins) / uncooperative staff/

I went into you satellite town today 6-7 pm (5-11-19) and ordered 3 ‘zingerathas' and had to wait 40-50 min to get my food. No information was given to be about the wait while I ordered and the staff was very uncooperative after and kept saying 5 min more every-time. Very unprofessional attitude, the manager was in back office and didn't paid heed to come. Very disappointing experience, hope I am kept posted on the remedial action you take.

KFC total store.

The buffet was totally nasty, foods all mixed with other foods. All areas around containers covered with food. For this reason we ordered our food at the counter, service was ok, chicken was awful, dry, overcooked and hard. We eat what we could, went to empty out tray, garbage was full, could not put anything else in container. No sweet tea and floor wet all around drink area, no signs of clean up. Finally went restroom, matched rest of store, gabage full and falling on floor and floor wet all over. A good health inspector would shut down this store. Usually love kfc, now have doubts about how much corporate office check stores. Thanks for your time.

I spent $46 on a 16-piece meal. Got home and was looking for the wings and legs. They were so small!!! I thought maybe they threw in a couple extra pieces as the size was literally miniature. No. I have never complained to a company before, and if it wasnt $46, I probably wouldn't have. I LOVE KFC! It was just very disappointing on game day. If the Vikings lose, I blame Col. Sanders (kidding). Thanks for listening!

KFC service was extremely poor our order was like 1 hour 30 minutes late and they made so much fuss about refund

Management totally messed up they spoke rudely with me and burgers were totally cold as if they were left out for a day or two I went to the counter to ask them for replacing it as they managed to do it and we didn't received our order back in time it was 1 hour 30 min late and when i asked for a refund the manager just fused the worst behaviour ever seen

KFC poor management

Look at the managers hair net in her back pocket! I went in with my wife and an employee for lunch today and there was no food on the buffet. After repeated requests to put some food on the buffet and being ignored I finally asked for a refund. The manager took her time in first told me she was not going to refund anything I persisted she then took another 15 minutes to give me a refund which was short less than the amount they charged me for lunch that I never received. She refused to give me a receipt and walked off which forced me to call the police and make the police report. My guess is she scamming the register. Another gentleman came in just before me ask for his money back she refused to give it to him and he left losing all of his money he paid for lunch. I have seen some bad customer service in my time but nothing this pathetic. She even made racial statements to a coworker. I was going to leave them a bad review but not sure at one and two stars it would have made a difference... Do not eat at kfc loganville. The officer that made the police report said they were there all the time due to bad management and problems.

KFC closing drive thru early on friday night

Better half went to kfc on u s hwy 278, hokes bluff, al, 35903, drive through to order chicken fingers at about 10:55 pm this evening (friday, 11/1). Was told the drive thru was closed. The hours shown on the internet are close at midnight! When he got home, I double checked internet, then called this kfc location and asked what time did they close. I was told that kfc/taco bell drive thru closes at midnight, dining room closed at 10 pm. I asked the young man, "why were we told when we came thru the drive thru about 20 minutes ago that kfc was closed. He then said, kfc drive thru was closed, tack bell drive thru was open. I told him"you need to get your story and your hours straight, then correct them! Y'all have a darn good place for a restaurant!" I was being very facetious with my last statement — we live in a small rural area, and our choices are kfc, sonic, subway, huddle house! Not a happy customer and will drive the 10 miles to gadsden to get past this place — - never to go there again! Tired of rude, impolite employees!

Ticket 2158. Paid 40.36 for sixteen piece meal and only received eight pieces of chicken and it was old and soggy Restaurant number J625253 2019 11 1. 6:22 pm I live to far away to go all the way back to the restaurant to fix mistakes and waited in line forever in the first place. KFC employees

I went to KFC tonight to get dinner for my family. I went inside cause drive Thur was busy . The employee that was in the back was cussing and punching the board by the food station then he went in the men's restroom yelling [censored] and punching and kicking the wall me and my 9 year old daughter was standing at the counter so I will never eat at this restaurant again my daughter was scared and outside on the side walk a lady employee and male employee was smoking and the male was cussing up a storm when I was walking to the door with my daughter.

KFC refused to be served...

I recently became a professional truck driver, so being able to have familiar foods available on the road is comforting. My trainer and I stopped KFC, this particular franchise is near the Indianapolis Airport. Apparently we missed the opportunity to use the lobby of the restaurant since they closed that section and only the drive thru was open. Since we could not drive our tractor and trailer in the drive thru, we approached the window. The staff members instructed us that they couldn't serve walk ups. We, in turn explained that we could not drive our tractor trailer up to the window. It simply would not fit. The manager was rude and make a ridiculous statement to us suggesting we had guns since we didn't drive up. Seriously, criminals can't rob a KFC if they have a car? A criminal can't multi task enough to operate a motor vehicle and a hand gun? My trainer and I only desired some fried chicken and we were treated like criminals. I intend to post this everywhere I can to maximize the degree of stupidity and arrogance your corporate policy has tarnished your image. Stick that in your bucket!

KFC no product!!

Lobby closed at 8 o'clock on halloween night! The last 4 times we've tried to eat there they have been out of just about everything! They actually stated they were out of chicken! Makes no sense may as well close this location because the staff is completely incompetent and there is no management! This kfc/atco bell location has been a total waste of time for months now!
