KFC denied service

On friday evening after work I decided to get chicken for dinner. So I pulled into kfc drive thru in 3 fountains. Sitting in line that was long about 15 mins. When I got up there I ordered a 12 piece meal. The lady proceeded to tell me to hold on. Came back and said was all crispy ok. I said yes, said hold on. Sat 5 mins can back and said they dont have all in crispy will I take mixed. I said I would take anything. Heard another girl yell and the one lady says you tell her i'm not again. So this other girl said she was sorry but they had no chicken for me then everyone else would be out. Have a nice day. I have never been treated as such and denied getting food after waiting in line for over 40 mins.

KFC product and service

The KFC in Stephens city VA. is the worst. I have been in multiple times for take out. Every time I get home half my orders not in the bag. Tried to get soda from machine, it didn't taste right. Also tried to order some chicken and was told all they had was legs and thighs. The only reason I keep going back is because my 2 kids want tacos .

KFC young man that is working for kfc is stealling an using it to terrorrize me a 61 year old women

first off I am elderly, an now an now going on my 3rd year in the place I live in, the young man that is terrorizing me work's for the KFC off of Nalana here in McAllen TX. he is stilling product that he works around from there! such as spices, bar be cue chicken! the he brings the to my place an plants the in huge quantities around in my home an becomes A regular Dennis The Menace, from the time I have lived here many many time he has broken in my house, when I would leave, he spread spices all over my house, he puts them up in my air ducks, he put them all over my carpet an couch, an an were else he can he takes Bar Be Que sauce in large amounts with chicken an put large amounts in my oven, an then he puts in in my floor where my water heater is an he also has brook my microwave I had to replace it, also A coffee pot an not only that he has sliced up my tent in the back yard that I used for storage an stole many things out of my home an out of my tent I have reported this to the police A lot of things, an he has stocked me as well! do to the fact he is stilling out of one of your resistant I thought you would like to know all of this His name is Luke, you might want to take inventory just to see how much is missing, this young man has actually cased me A home invasion he even contaminates my food, an my tobacco an stills both of that also! the young man live in back of me! all because he tried to sell me marijuana an bars I turned him in for this! this boy is going to cry the sadist song to get out of what ever in gets in to just to get out of it, do not believe him, he is real good At it, this young man sound be told to take the train, first send someone from corporate do take account of inventory that is missing, I am giving you heads up who your thrift is! cheek it out! KFC incomplete order/ rude staff

Today I went to KFC and ordered a fill up. I went thru the drive-thru and it wasn't until I was almost home that I realized that I did not have the drink. I immedicately called KFC and I was told, "you can always come back and get it." She was too stupid to realize that this was an inconvenience. When I asked to speak with the manager, she hung up the phone. Even though I didn't purchase a lot of chicken today, she doesn't realize that it is customers like myself who pay her salary. If we didn't spend the money, she wouldn't have a job. When I got home, I realized that the chicken was crispy and not orignal as I had requested. It didn't make sense for me to call again since I was already hung up on earlier.
According to the receipt, her name was Shamyia. The store number is J6525172, I do not recommend that anyone ourchase chcken from this restaurant.

KFC service

Kfc in bridgeport, connecticut on main street, on april 17th, wednesday, I walked in, the place smelled horrible, manager I think? Mopping the floor with a dirty mop, person at the register grabs the bucket to mop the floor for her, when I spoke up, both responded negatively with nasty attitude, I walked out, wonder why the parking lot has been empty for months, disgusting and unsafe, unsanitary for customers, need to shut it down, next time hire employees who care about good service

KFC there was no chicken!!!

My family and I went to the Rutland, VT KFC at 7:00 PM on April 15, 2019. We ordered a bucket of original chicken. We were informed that there was only extra crispy and not enough for our order. We asked if they could cook more and were told they could but it would only add a wing and a breast. We left with no chicken and upset. Also while we were getting the news of our order not being filled there were customers lining up at the drive through getting the same news. Why would the manager have four people on shift if all they were doing was standing around not making chicken and telling people they are not making chicken.

KFC service

I sent my son to pick up a 12 peice meal with jo-jos and mashed potatoes. We eat dark meat and asked for dasrk meat. They told him he cannot get dark meat only. He arrived home with a bucket of nothing but white meat. The jo-jos and mashed potatoes were cold. Low an dbehold more than half the meal went to the garbage. The store in Brunswick Ohio on Pearl road has lost touch with costumer service. I spent over $30 dollars for dinner which did not get eaten becuase the team at this location took advantage of a sixteen year old.

KFC hot wings

Visited the kfc store #k750013 in lagrange, ky on 4/15/2019 and ordered 10 hot wings. When i paid for my order the lady charged me $8.19. I told her that the kfc site on line clearly said they were $7.19. Leticia said i would need to address that issue with the manager that was not there then. I paid her price along with the rest of my order. I feel the penalty should be much more than just the amount overcharged.

I feel that is clearly falce advertising and i should be compensated for their breaking the law.

KFC no chicken available at 5:00.

I placed my order and was then asked if I'd like it in grilled chicken. They didn't have regular or crispy available and was told it would be 13 minutes before it would be ready so I left. This happened at the 1501 Gratiot store in Marysville, MI 48040. I think this is ridiculous! It's dinner time and you haven't cooked any chicken?
It happened the last time I was there also so I said go ahead and I will try the grilled chicken. I did not like the taste at all so of course I wouldn't want to order it again. It tasted like somebody brushed liquid smoke on it.

KFC rude staff

13 of April 2019.
Around 9.15 to 9.30 pm (Malaysia).
KFC KL Central.

I was requesting the staff to change my chicken from breast to thigh. (I know that particular part is not commonly referred to as thigh but as a drumstick. I get nervous easily when talking to a stranger, that is the only word that came to my mind at the time. I heard my friend referred to that particular part as thigh at other branches of KFC and the staff had no problem understanding it.)
The staff then changed both of my chicken parts to the breast. I tried to tell her I want a part that has bones. I want 'paha' (thigh). Then I heard she said, "this part has bone!", referring to the breast part in a slightly higher voice which makes her co-worker asking her what's the matter .
After she change both of the breasts to drumsticks, she said to me, " lain kali cakap la nak drumstick!" ( next time say you want drumstick!), in a high tone which make other people pay attention/ look at us.
I always ate at KFC before and the staffs always spoke to me politely. This is the first time I encountered something like this. I feel like I have been scolded just because I want a particular part of chicken. This event upset me. I just wish to eat chicken. She doesn't have to talk to me like that. Talk politely. If she can't do that, at least talk in a normal voice not in a scolding way. I don't even expect her to smile.

I don't think I'm going to visit KFC for a while.
I hope KFC can improve its customer service.

KFC management

When I was in the store on my lunch break the Shift Leader Raven was in there all in the cooks face trying to fight her. She was cursing and being very rude. I was very disgusted by her actions that was very unacceptable and when the cook told the manager on duty to get the woman out her face she simply stated I don't have anything to do with that.

KFC buffet

Went and paid for 3 buffets almost 30.00 the service of the food was bad no fresh food.. We set for 20 min waiting for chicken okra and chicken fried steak nothing was done... Finally got up and left we will not go back and with social media it will get out about the service.. The place was nasty also... If Wichita wasn't to far we would go there.. But the one here in Newton is close enough... The need to pay more attention to buffet if they are going to offer it..

KFC food service and how dirty

Visited your company in Kenton ohio to eat. .had to standthete while taking my order I asked if they had chicken livers the gentleman said no but don't know why. So being seniors we order the buffet. My husband got his plate and I got our drinks. Had to wipe my table off and then I went to get my meal. They saw me standing there waiting on chicken which was already in your warmer. Finally I said my I have some chicken and everyone headed to the back foot to smoke. After he filled the Mac and cheese he got chicken. I said may I have your biscuit and he looked at me and said I guess. Then I sat down to eat and the dust and dirt on thier fake flowers was unreal. I went back for my second plate and had to wait for another employee walk buy and then yelled for someone else to help me. And it wasn't during dinner hour. So it was very unpleasant to be in. And I felt that it wasn't worth the 20 we spent. I even took picture if you would like to see

KFC good., greasy. and. salty. awful..

Bought. The. Combo. With. Cole slaw. For. $$6.89./this. Was. The. Worst. Chicken. And. Cole. Skaw.not. Like. The. Ones. Made. In. The. South.send. Me. A. $10. Credit. So no many. Choose. My bien off. Around here. In. Mass. Mr. Cleveland Ward. 56. Jacob bay. Dorchester. Ma. 02124. Your. Chicken is suppose to be finger clicking good, not finger non licking disgusting! KFC the chicken I received

Today I went to my local KFC on Amar Rd and Hacienda Blvd in La Puente CA to buy dinner for my family. I ordered 14 piece leg and thigh original chicken with 2 large mash potatoes, 2 large Mac and cheese, 8 biscuits, and coleslaw. Paying a total of $44.10. However, the chicken legs and thighs were extremely small. I have attached pictures, although we will no longer be going to KFC again.

KFC food/management

Went to KFC on 4/07/19, went through the drive through and ordered $20 fill up, with mac and cheese, livers, and fries. Got home and there was only 4 pieces of chicken in the bucket, they where very soggy like it had been left over from a previous day. Called and spoke to a manager, all she says is "I doubt they would put 4 pieces in there." Not very good management. My family and I are not returning to this place. We couldn't even eat the food because it was so nasty.

KFC feathers in piece of chicken

Today I went to get a piece of the chicken we bought. As you can see there is feathers in the chicken. Totally unacceptable and very much sickening to my stomach along with my family. I wanted to address it here and make you aware of it. What will be done about it. Those feathers had to touch other parts. Gross! I did freeze the chicken so if you need it. KFC raw chicken

I went to KFC last night, we placed a big order for our family dinner through the drive thru they had us park so they could prepare our meal after a 20 minute wait we had are food. Unfortunately after getting home we were very dissatisfied with what we had be given. The breast from our meal was not cooked thoroughly, the meat had a pink/red bloody center. We immediately called to report what we had received as uncooked chicken can cause serious illness not to mention i have a condition to switch i take medication which shuts down my immune system meaning had i eating that chicken and got a food bourne illness i very well could have been hospitalized and died. When returning with the raw chicken we were told since our meal was large we could only be compensated for half the meal to switch we'd have to wait 3 days to see if it was even placed back to our card. While we wait for the manager on duty to figure out what he could do for this "inconvenience" we watched as the door to which the chicken is kept was left wide open (this lasted maybe 10 minutes as I wait for my boyfriend to return with my debit card to be refunded). I do appreciate the compensation however, i do believe Something more should have been offered and only half of our meal large or not the whole thing should have been replace do to the fact the meat we received could have killed me as well as made my small children very ill had they had consumed it! This is not the first bad experience we've had at this restaurant location, a few weeks prior we ordered 2 fill up boxes the thigh and leg as well as the breast box, the breast box had no breast just wing and the thigh and leg box was very over cooked, extremely hard, rubbery chicken. I have attached below a photo of the raw chicken we received as well as the door to the chicken warmer wide open! I truly enjoy KFC, however with this kind of service i believe we may need to take our business elsewhere. I'm reaching out so this issue can be thoroughly address because it's not acceptable and the elder, children and people sick as myself could really be effected by such carelessness.

KFC customer service

i was there twice bear in mind i travel from rocklands.the first time i bought a family treat 10 pce i didnt get my chips i complained the lady i spoke to had a massive attitude.after a while a coloured lady came and chatted to me she rectified the problem.but went to her manager to tell her the story she shouted at this poor woman i couldnt believe my ears after this lady helped me so nicely.the second time was yesterday i was helped by a lady who didnt seem interested in helping me i got my slip at 04h10. i told her im going to pick n pay, when i got back i asked for this cashier then the lady that came to the front wasnt even the lady that helped me the order was completely wrong .she apologised and said she would call her manager to void and she would then ring the right order, but remembering what happenned to the same lady with the manager shouting i just told her to forget about it ill take the order as is.they need to get their house in order or they will loose more customers

KFC wrong order

I went through the drive through.. I orderd 2 box meals .. a big box meal and a white meat 2 peice box .. I then orderd a separate side ..a mash potatoes.. I get home and .. I had only 2 mash potatoes..and no cookies .. I find my receipt and call .. the lady was rude to me pretty much yelled to talk over me and then told me the boxes do not come with cookies.. since when? Then trying to explain the extra side situation again she got rude .. I told her I'll never come to kfc again ..have a good night and hung up ... she calls me back and said where you done ?! Never in my life have I ever been treated this way and I said I'll call back tmro to speak with management..she then informed me she was the manager and I wasn't listening... I said u know what I'm not doing this I refuse to argue ..what happened to the costumer is always right? ..no answer but she proceeded to tell me im disrespectful and I don't listen ... I will never again eat at KFC..and I really hope for your cooperation sake ..this will be the last time she speaks to customer's this way!
