KFC customer service

I am complaining because tonight 8/25/19 I ordered food from our local KFC. First offf the girl that took my order was rude and and acted like she didn't want to take my order. Then she gave me cold mashed potatoes and gravy and our drinks had no ice. This could cause me to never eat there again. The customer service was bad.

KFC customer service and shortage of food

We purchased a $20 fill up in the drive thru at the Kimball Ave KFC in Waterloo, IA. We asked them if we could get a couple dipping sauces and were denied since we did not order chicken strips or anything that required dipping. When we arrived home, we realized we only got 7 pieces of chicken, half of a container of coleslaw and half of a container of gravy. Overall, we were very disappointed in the service and the meal.

KFC service

We are a branch of top 500 fortune companies, we serve lunch every Saturday to our employees, every week we serve different type of food ant once a month we order your chicken, this Saturday we decided to serve pizza and chicken 8 pockets of 16 piece chicken and 25 Papa John pizza, your web site states your store open 10:00 am as well as Papa John Pizza, I drove first to Papa John and placed my order and pay for it to be ready at 11:30 am, then i drove to your place at 9510 main street Houston, TX 77025, i got there 10:20 am i was told the store open at 10:30 not 10:00 am, i was told to call in at 10:30 am and place the order then, i did argue i went back to my office and at 10:30 I called and place the order to be picked up at 11:30 am, I was told by your clerk the order may be late few minutes I said it is OK, at 11:30 I arrived at Papa John and picked up my pizza it took about 10 minutes loading and driving to your location, when I got there I asked if my order is ready the gentleman at the front seemed confuse he said what order, I said i placed an order to be picked up around 11:30 am and now it is 11:45 am, he called a guy from the back tall and big he asked me what is going on I said I an order that is suppose to be ready for pick up, the guy said i have not cooked your order and you have to wait until i am done with i said how long it will take he said i do not know what ever time it takes to cook it, I said but i called in about one hour and 45 minutes ago and asked for the order to be ready at 11:30 at that point your guy went crazy and start shouting and said you have to wait I said no I don't just cancels my order. i went down the street to Popeyes chicken they accommodated my order in timely manner, one thing I noticed and caught my eyes your store had one customer inside while Popeyes chicken had at least 30 cars in the drive through, i know you have great products but your staff is a disgrace to your company, the customer service at this location is the worst i have ever seen. i will never go back there again

KFC food and service

How do it take 35 minutes just to get 4 tacos and potato wedges. Than when the person bring it out was very disrespectful to me when I ask why it take so long just to get my food. Plus my tacos was messed up and my wedges was cold. Get people that knows what they doing or something. It shouldn't take that long for 4 tacos. Than you just got people talking about people while I was at the window. Bring people back so I can get my food faster. Than you have a manger being disrespectful too.

KFC dunked wings

Dunked wings are my favourite serving from KFC. Every box I have bought has been perfect with enough sauce that ends up on my face at time and of good standards. But as you see in the attached picture, these disappointing wings had probably 2% worth of basting of the sauce and it was a pathetic serving of wings. SIES. This KFC branch at Gandhi Square is a disappointing feature even the new so called hot and crispy chicken was far from hot OR crispy. It was without the crust and IT WAS NOT ALL HOT, IT WAS TASTELESS AND STALE. If you gonna copy POPEYE chicken then do it correctly. PATHETIC. I WILL NOT BUY FROM GANDI SQUARE KFC. SORRY SHAME. IN FACT GOODBYE. I'LL STICK WITH POPEYE.

KFC chicken

We first pulled up to get a good meal, started getting rushed through the drive through by the worker, and when we got to the window she was rude. I don't know if it was the chicken, coleslaw, or the mashed potatoes, but it made me vomit tonight after hours of being nauseous. I will not eat at that kfc again. You need to check your kitchens at that location.

KFC chicken sandwich drought

I am heartbroken because I visited KFC in Magnolia, AR on Aug. 19-21 for a Chicken sandwich. I pulled up to the drive through window and the worker told me they are out of the sandwich😳. But for three days...is that possible🙅🏽‍♂️ I was and still disappointed about that so I will be driving to the next town to eat the Popeyes chicken sandwich🤷🏽‍♂️

KFC I was told I could not order any additional items such as a drink

I have been waiting for a call or email from someone regarding my complaint. I cant believe you dont care enough to get back to someone who had their ENTIRE DINNER RUINED AND WAS SO TERRIBLY TREATED AT YOUR WAREHAM MASS STORE . I PUT MY TRUST THAT THE LADY WHO SPOKE TERRIBLE ENHLISH TO ME ON PHONE TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION. AND STILL NOTHING! IF THIS IS WHY YOUR EMPLOYEE TREATED ME SO POORLY THREW MY FOOD AT ME EVERYTHING WAS COVERED IN GRAVY AND POTATOES WRONG CHICKEN THEN TOLD I COULD NOT ORDER A DRINK AT WINDOW. KFC tried to place an order

Went in to place an order. Only one other customer, and they were already sitting down eating. No one was at the counter, so I waited...figure I'd try to get someone's attention. Finally one of the guy workers came out into the customer area, so i asked him how I get waited on...the continued towards the door stating, 'she's in there and knows you're here'...and continued (believe he was going to the men's bathroom)...so I continued to wait. I couldn't see anyone in the little room to the right, but could hear someone talking...so I continued to wait.

After about 30-45 seconds, I just left.

I understand they may have been on the phone...but with only one other customer in the whole store...SOMEONE should have acknowledged I was there, and how long it would be...something (I'm on a timed lunch 'hour').

Again, I finally left and went somewhere else...but wasn't happy, and it will be some time before I go there again.

KFC food

I placed my order no IS 809561. M completely dissatisfied with ur service delivery. It is delivered after one hour and thirty minutes wait. Since my residence is just 3km away frm ur outlet. Meal is nt fresh. Drinks r hot. Even after this long wait i m to pay extra because the person has short change with him. I m regular customer of kfc bt this time feeling sad on my decision choosing it late nit. I hope the authorities will take my complaint seriously.

KFC secret recipe + chicken breast orders

Good Day.

I am a KFC Lover since I have reason of my childhood until these days (46 years old). Ordering KFC since then I had a great memories of the real secret recipe taste that KFC offered me in the time being and since decades I can assure you. However, working in different countries and ordering in several locations around the World I am observing the failure of the recipe giving me a full dissatisfaction of the taste. Countries like in the Middle East receiving Chicken not from natural KFC and using even especial treatment to supply grow breast chicken or other section of the chicken altering the system inclusive making it bigger size the piece itself.

In the other hand like in Russia where I am at the moment, if I want to order Chicken Breast, unfortunately there is not a single piece I can order in the Menu which makes me again with full dissatisfaction of it. Taste is very important and as a Mexican Citizen the KFC taste in the USA and Mexico are similar and love it in, but I have to bring in my idea the non consumption out of others KFC Worldwide could be It`s a pity because I have been saying to many of my friends that KFC is not the same for every single country and bring me down the real and secret recipe down of the expectations.

I hope you can read this as a major and important complain having for KFC.

KFC 7pc chicken bucket.

First off let me start by saying that I order from this KFC at least five times a month. I always order the same thing, the 7pc chicken bucket original. The family loves it and each piece is important. You get 3 legs and 4 thighs. That just enough for the all of us. However lately over the last few months we have been getting shortchanged. Today my order of 7pc came with three thighs, one wing and two legs. Two weeks ago it was two thighs, 4 legs and one wing. I'm getting tired of being cheated like this. I order after work and don't always check it and by the time I get home I'm to tired to go back out and get it sorted out. I know the lady who handed me my order must have known she was giving me the wrong portions because she said it would be a ten minute wait, and then she told me to drive up to the window to pay and when I got there I payed and she promptly handed me my order. I said "Oh I don't have to wait?" and she replied " No we had just enough to fill your order." This is getting old and I'm more then a little upset. Love your chicken and was so happy when you opened the KFC in Eunice but the service is spotty at best. Don't get me wrong, they aren't rude, they just don't always give you what I order and what I PAY FOR!

KFC our food was not edible

I try calling the number and it doesn't except calls. Our food was not edible it's so burnt it's disgusting. Looking at it and you know it had been theyre for hours. My poor daughter can't eat this and neither can i. The chicken pieces are so dried up and burnt there is no chicken in them. Mashed potatoes were not good. Our whole dinner was ruined. We had to go get something else

KFC product and service

Hello I just stopped by one of your stores and I have never been so disappointed in my life. First of all the lady that took the order although Im sure she had a cash register right in front of her telling her how much change I should receive she gave me the coins first and about 5 minutes later the paper money. Then when I got home I was surprized to see 2 thighs with little meat on them, a lunch made maybe for a 4 year old and a leg which had more meat than the thighs did. What happened to the breast that you used to serve with a 3 piece box. For $8.79 that was the worst lunch I have ever had. You should be ashamed of yourselves no wonder you arent as popular as you used to be, I know I will never eat at any of your stores again might as well starve because I will never get full on your crap. And I am going to tell all my friends what a crappy place you have.

Thanks for nothing now I will go to Popeyes where a person can actually get full.

I am complaining about the lady manager, spanish lady at the howard beach place. Shes is very disrespecful with customers. Laughs at the customers and gives them attitude for no reason at all. She also makes jokes with her co workers while taking care of customers. The howard beach store use to be more nice experience with pleasant workers now feels not welcomed! please take your time when can to check this out and i am sure you will also agree! KFC complaint

Last night I came trough the drive trough! I ordered a family meal and added a few things my bill was almost $40 which is perfectly fine if I would have received all my food I ordered an paid for. Was told I could only have 1 breast I would have to pay for more if I wanted more breasts. That's never happened to me before. Was out of wings. Would have to wait if I wanted them. I ended up getting most dark meat. Didn't receive any of the 2chicken littles I ordered or my green beans an was missing my cold slaw as well. The lady in the window was the rudest i have seen in a very long time. I know dinner time can get frustrating but the attitude an eye rolling should be set aside. Not put in the customers face. I just wanted what I paid for. I called 4 times in which once I was on hold for over 10 min. Then was hung up on. Second two times no one would answer.. I'm thinking that I won't be back. Saddens me. I love the food. But I love the correct food that I pay for more.

KFC drive thru

Today 8/21/19 at 4:25 I put a order in for a 12 piece meal. I asked for original with 3 sides that came with the meal potatoes gravy coleslaw and corn. Now mind you I have gone thru this drive thru around dinner time and have always had fresh food. When I got home and took things out of the bag and opening the containers I was very very disappointed as this costed me $43.52. The corn was shriveled and chewy like it gets when sitting out to long. The chicken wasn't even close to be hot nor warm. The meat on the wings was dried out the breast didn't have any juices once I took my fork to it like it has had in the past. The skin tasted like the chicken had been sitting for a long time. I felt these items were taken from the buffet- who knows how long they had been sitting there. It was dinner time and fresh food should have been made. The amount of gravy given in this meal was a joke. 1 of my grandson could have devoured it and it was suppose to feed 6-8 people. VERY VERY disappointed customer. KFC chicken quality

I went to the kfc drive thru around 8pm. I ordered hot wings and was told it would be 20 minutes of a wait which I was fine with. When I got the wings there was a feather cooked in the breading. It was very noticeable so I dont know how this was misses when being thrown in the fryer. Once I got home is when I noticed the feather after eating 2 of the poor quality wings that I ended up waiting 20 minutes for. I tried calling the restaurant to tell them about the feather I found and I didnt get an answer. I live 2 min from the kfc so I decided to go up there. I thought they should know what i found and wanted to tell them to be careful. I was very nice, I asked for different chicken on exchange for the hot wings I got with a feather in one of them. The person just threw it away. I figured they might wanna keep it to show the company whoever packages the chicken what happened and to be more careful. I'm only writing a to the company because I feel like my experience isnt being taken seriously. Im mainly upset because I gave my 2 year old chicken that was contaminated with a feather on it. I got home and I live only 3 miles down the road. I opened the box of chicken they gave me and it was so old. I used to work at kfc and the people I worked for would tell us to throw old chicken away all the time. It sucked for the company but we couldn't serve old food. The chicken I got was breaded very poorly and i could tell it was 5 hours or more old. I was given 2 small sides of potatoes and mac and cheese with the chicken for the inconvenience. I understand I went late at night and I know at a certain time chicken stops being made. It was so old that I just threw it away. Instead of making my experience worse I wish they would've just said they didnt want to serve me old chicken. I used to tell people that sometimes when I worked at kfc. I even got cold fries and a watered down hic. I'm very dissapointed.

KFC service

The manager had people waiting in the pass thru lane to get to the drive thru so I had to go inside. They then informed me it was a 12 minute wait. I waited for my to go order only to find that it was not complete when I got home. I ordered 2 five dollar fill ups with chicken pot pies. I did not get my cookies. My kids' dinners were complete but the 2 chicken little sandwiches I ordered for myself were not in the bag. There were only 4 other customers. There was no reason for the horrible service. I live 2 miles away and I will not be back.

I didn't call yet, because they're closed. but I'm going to call in the morning because I haven't had KFC in a long time and I've been craving it for 4 days and finally I went to the KFC by my house in Glendale Arizona and went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before closing I get home I plate up my food put my sauce out on the plane like I always do I mixed honey mustard and barbecue. Anyway I take a couple bites of the chicken need a couple of the potato wedges and all the sudden I got into the chicken and not only was there one hair you my chicken there was a clump I'm here in my truck wrapped around it as if somebody put it there that's never happened to me one of my first jobs was KFC also in Glendale. and just so happens that the last time I went to this KFC they also got my order wrong. even after the 16 or 17 year old person in the Drive-Thru read back my order they still give it to me completely wrong. Please have some secret shoppers go to this location. Review the store as deeply as you can to see what goes on there. Your time and letting me leave this review. I did not take a picture because the hair fell in the toilet and I was vomiting it out of my mouth.
