KFC the manager

We live in Big Stone Gap, Va. My room mate works at the local KFC and is CONSTANTLY treated like garbage by her manager. Today we went there to get some food. When we ordered, we had to write down our order on receipt paper (which we didn't mind doing) and the cashier punched it in on the drive thru register. We ordered and my friend was denied her employee discount because our order included a 2 for $6 which according to her manager isn't allowed to use the employee discount on which I know is a lie because my friend has had an employee discount on a 2 for $6 before. When we got home we noticed that we were overcharged and upon further inspection we realized that we were overcharged for a single added side to 2 of our 5 dollar fill ups. They were added at full price instead of a dollar. Then we realized that there was a third individual side that we didn't even order. So that's about $7 in total for just individual sides. The manager was telling the cashier what to punch in over her shoulder. My friend then calls down to KFC and speaks with her manager and she tells my friend that she'll refund her for the third side and give her the difference she paid for the full price on the add on sides. We get to KFC and she only gives my friend her money back for the third side and completely disregards the overcharging for the 2 add ons. This manager has completely had it out for my friend and I'm getting sick of seeing her come home crying every night because her manager treats her like she's subhuman. I'm writing this because she's scared that her manager will fire her if she stands up for herself and no one should ever feel that way. No one goes to work to be bullied. This is ridiculous. This manager has had numerous complaints on her and NOTHING has been done about it. If my friend gets fired soon, I'll know this manager saw this review.

KFC clemmons, nc location complaint

We came to eat at 8:15pm this evening. Hours on the door were until 9pm yet the doors were locked but there were 6 cars in the drive thru. I tried calling the store to give them a chance to right a wrong in any way however no one answered. This location is the worst establishment I've ever dealt with. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
As a GM of a restaurant I understand customer service. I understand the customer may not always BE right however in this case I have complained about this establishment before this as well about almost the same thing. Customers are how the establishment makes money, without customers no money comes in. I'm surprised this location still exist.

KFC customer service

Hello, I live in Tulsa, OK and I normally go to KFC on 4707 N Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74126. This location has very poor customer service. They greet you unprofessionally and not in a timely manner. They either lack the appropriate amount of staff or they lack training. It shouldn't be so time consuming to receive your order. If I place my order in the drive thru I shouldn't have to place it again at the window. When you go inside you have to wait a long time as well. On days there are specials, you would think they would staff appropriately so that customers are not waiting for long periods of time. I have kept going and not stopped due to the lines. At Chick-fil-A the lines are not intimidating because they get you in and out. Not at this location, you see lines, you should run because it's at least 20 to 30 minutes before you are serviced. Managers need to do better staffing and training employees. Workers arguing with each other, it's just so unprofessional. Also I tend to only go on special days because the food is fresh those days. Any other day the original chicken has a funky taste to it like maybe the grease was old or it was cooked the day before and it's dry. I ate at KFC on my vacation in Pensacola and the service was quick and the food was fresh. I would like to see this location do better and acknowledge that customers are the reason they have jobs and stop treating customers like we are bothering them.

KFC 5 dollar fillup

Mashed potatoes were cold, and the chicken was not hot and was mushy, did not taste good at all. Very bad experience and was not enjoyable at all. I am considering not going to this place again, unless quality improves. I hope that the food gets better and the chicken gets better quality, kfc does make good food when done currently but this visit was one big disappointment.

Went to do the drive-through order a 12 piece meal that comes with three large size 6 biscuits and I order two mashed potatoes and one mac & cheese get home to fine only one mashed potato and one mac & cheese call the restaurant I got it from so they could tell me to come and get a free mashed potatoes when I already have paid for it i'm not driving all the way over there for some free mashed potatoes that I already paid for

KFC missing items in order

Hi,
My name is Les. Every Friday night I stop by our local KFC on Davie St. in Vancouver and get the same order. There have been times when the gravy in the order has been missing. When I let them know at the store they usually give me a bigger gravy on my next visit. Tonight when I stop by for my order, I specifically told them not to forget the gravy. Well they didn't forget the gravy this time but instead didn't put in the cold slaw. I am getting tired of missing items from my order. If this store can't get this resolved then I need to find another place for my Friday night dinner. I am very disappointed with this since KFC has my favorite chicken, but if I am not respected as a good customer, I need to find another place to buy my dinner.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at the Roy, Utah KFC/AW location. Ordered chicken and pulled up to the window and decided to order a hamburger as well. KFC mac and cheese and filthy store

Mac and cheese was cold. Not merely slightly warm but COLDER than room temp.

I have never been in a dirtier restaurant... ever ! If the picture does not go thru please give an email and I will resend.

I just tried to submit this but I got a message that if it is less than 350(?) characters it probably will not get a reply. How about this?

KFC service/product availability

We arrived at the KFC on Hwy N in Gulfport, Ms at 9:05pm on 6-5-19 to find that the restaurant was closed except for the drive-thru until 10:00pm. After placing 3 orders at the drive-thru we were told that the grilled chicken was out. We asked how long was the wait to prepare it and was told about 20 minutes. We told the customer service rep that we would wait the 20 minutes for the grilled chicken. The store manager then got on the microphone to say that there would be no more grilled chicken for the night, as the grill automatically shuts down at 9pm for cleaning. We then canceled all our orders and enjoyed a meal at your competitor. We question the policy of not having available menu items during regular business hours and if the grill truly shuts down automatically at 9pm, then why not close at 9pm as opposed to disappointing and alienating potential customers. The manager was rude and acted with total disregard for the desired orders of her customers without apology. She was more concerned with closing your business, than building the business and helping it to stay open and prosper.

Ordered a crispy sandwich which was Horrible & dried out first I thought they actually put a wing or thigh on the bun it was that hard ! I have a picture if you want to see it! Usually I have great food from this location but not this time !! Yuck ! That sandwich got throw in the trash where it belonged in the first place ! KFC food

I went to KFC on Niagara falls blvd by 67th st and not only waited an hour for my food I had to come back and they were closed. I did talk to the manager she gave me a refund on items missing and said I could come get meal tomorrow. But then i get home to eat my cold mashed potatoes bowl to realize no popcorn chicken like come on I live downtown and they closed early for hood cleaning anyway. This trip to KFC cost me in gas fifty dollars in food and a two hour aggravating adventure . I would like a total refund for 49$ . thank you. This was a bit ridiculous

KFC meal and price

Hi,
Back a few weeks ago I made a complaint that I ordered a meal and when I got home part of it was missing. To resolve the problem I received a $5 coupon to go back. I went back on 5/31/19. 45 Salem Turnpike, Norwich. Ticket #1762. 4:48 Cashier..Joceline

I ordered 3 chicken thighs with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I was offered no drink but that was ok because I didn't want one. I made sure to ask if everything was there as I was missing items the last time and she assured me that it was all there.

When I got home I noticed there was no biscuit included. I have always gotten one before. I checked online and the menu online says a biscuit comes with the meal. I also noticed that I believe I was over charged according to the prices on-line. $6.87 for the chicken, and 2.49 for each side, total coming to $12.60. I thought it was one price for a three piece meal. I did think it sounded like a lot.

I hate to complain but I always loved Kentucky Fried Chicken and this is all making me not want to ever go there again.

KFC service and food was terrible

Good evening, My husband and I went to the KFC on Niagara Falls Blvd. in Niagara Falls, NY, today June 3rd, 2019 at approx. 7:30 pm and we were totally disappointed with the entire experience. I drove thru thinking it was going to be a quick thing, it was not. I ordered the $5 fill up with chicken breast and my husband ordered the 5 piece Memphis BBQ chicken tenders. The women told me there would be a 5 minute wait for extra crispy, and asked me to pull around to the other side and they would bring it out to me, so I did. After waiting nearly 15 minutes and seeing numerous customers go in and come back out, I proceeded to enter the store at which point the woman that took my order then decided to put my order together at that time, good thing I didn't wait for her to bring it out to me as I would still be waiting. Anyway, we go back home to eat our food and it was absolutely terrible. My husbands chicken tenders were so old that the tenders were hard and dried out and the BBQ sauce had separated into what amounted to an oily mixture and a 1/2 inch of what I assume was the spice rub that had actually hardened in the tray, disgusting. That should have not been served to a customer but discarded. My chicken breast was spicy hot when I did not ordered it that way and our drinks tasted like water. This food was so bad that our dogs wouldn't even eat it. We are done with KFC till someone learns how to properly produce a quality product. My ticket number was 2052 and my total was $15.64, a lot of money for food that had absolutely no quality. I am requesting a refund as the food went into the garbage. I am sick and tired of people like you coming to this site and asking for refunds. Because your food was terrible. You ate it so pay for it. You are greedy and giving this site a bad image. What a shame. Most of you lie and claim you never ate the food. This is a business not a charity. Go spend your EBT card wisely and you won't have to worry about food that you cannot afford.

The OP needs to grow up. She went from eating the chicken to throwing the chicken in the trash. Cannot keep her lie straight. She went on from working in another restaurant as a manager, to being a pharmaceutical technician. This woman cannot even keep her story straight. Obviously someone looking for freebies. Where did I say that I threw the food out. I ate most of the chicken. It was poor quality and I returned it. I ate it because I don't like wasting food. I returned with a receipt and they refused to give me my money back. Out of 20 pieces of chicken I ate 18. They said that it was more than half. If they were not such underachievers they would not be so poor at math. 18/20 is not less than half. Half would be 50 percent or 50 pieces and there were not 50 pieces there there were only 20. So how could I eat half the chicken if it was only a 20 piece meal. Reread my post you underachiever. I never said that I was a pharmaceutical technican. I only stated that if I were and I messed up that people could die. You are putting posts which I did not post. I applied for EBT but did not qualify since I am getting unemployment benefits. Go to he77. All of you are a bunch of losers. I ate the rest of the chicken because I did not want to waste food.

I paid for my food in the drive-thru, took it home and it was inedible...so YES, I want a refund. KFC is establishing themselves as the worst fast food out there when they used to be the best. When the food is horrible, people don't eat it, they just throw it away (not that you would know since you don't live or eat with them, right?)

Thanks for making this site look bad by demanding a refund. It is people like you who make the site look bad. What a shame. If you wanted a refund why did you not return the food that was "unacceptable". it is a shame that scammers like you are allowed on the site and ruining the site for everyone else. You are making the site get a bad reputation with our demanding free stuff. If you have an issue with the food go back and there to get your refund. Otherwise eat the food and keep quiet. You can claim that you did not eat the food all you want, but these places know that there are liars and scammers like you out there trying to get something for free. Even lying for getting free stuff. You made a big mistake of being rude and demanding. What shame. You are ruining this site for honest people and rude to those that tell you off. Shy don't you all shut up and mind your own business. I never said that I did not eat the food. Why is everyone saying that I claimed that I never ate the food. Why is everyone making false claims against me. I ate the food because I DID NOT want to throw it out in the trash. The chicken was terrible, but because I did not want to waste food I ate it anyway. I had my receipt and brought back 2 pieces. They said that since I ate more than 3/4 that I will not get a refund. I admit that I did eat more than 3/4. They also claimed that I ate more than 75 percent. The said that 3/4 is the same as 75 percent. I said no it is not that 75 percent is 75 pieces. That 50 percent is 50 pieces. I age 18 percent since i only got 20 pieces and ate 18. That is 18 percent. It may be more than 3/4. But it is NOT more than 75 percent. Then these idiots (like you, Mark and Peter and squirrel they went and told me that 3/4 is the same as 75 percent. They argued with me and I did not want to leave until I got a refund.I got into an argument with a parent who would not keep her brat quiet. Threatened to shake the baby to death.(I would never do this) I refused to leave unless I got not only a full refund but a gift card. They called the police on me. They must bribe the police with free food.

For everyone that is bashing me. You don't understand how this made me feel. I was so angry at them that I went in the restaurant to complain. They refused to give me a refund. I was so angry at this point that when I heard a baby crying I told the parents that if they did not keep the baby quiet that I would shake it to death. Yeah I was upset. Then they called the police on me. It was embarrassing. They made me leave with handcuffs on. I did not do anything wrong. I was just upset and that parent would not keep their baby calm. I was told to leave the restaurant at first. I refused. I admit i did push an old lady with a walker out of the way because she was not moving fast enough to. They called the police on me. All I wanted was a refund. What a bunch of losers. I then got into an argument with my husband. I told him that if he did not shut up i would lie to the police and say that he beats and rapes me. To give proof I said that I would hit myself hard enough to leave bruises and claim he did it.

KFC eating area

On June 2nd around 2:00 pm in Shelbyville Tn. My wife and I went inside to order an eat.
After receiving our meal we proceeded to sit down and noticed the eating area was quite filthy, food and trash on the floor area all the tables appear not to have been wiped down in quite some time there was food crums and lots of stick surfaces. The air conditioning was either not working or turned way up. We probably will not be returning anytime soon there's a Popeye's and a Bojangles right up the street.

KFC service

I went through the drive thru at your store (#G135641) in Clarksburg, WV, today, June 2 2019, at 11:31 am. I ordered a $20 fill-up and a 5 piece hot wing. I was told at that time that it would be a 9 1/2 minute wait on the hot wings and I was asked if that would be okay. I replied yes it would be.

Because of other customers in front of me it was 7 minutes before I got to the payment window. I thought great, I won't have to wait on the hot wings. However, after the girl completed my transaction, she told me that I needed to pull over around front and they would bring the hot wings out to me.

I waited until 11:50 and no one brought out the rest of my order. So I had to go inside, was able to get someone's attention, and told them the problem. The guy got a panicked look on his face and said... just a minute. He then went in the back and finally came out with the hot wings that I had ordered 25 minutes earlier.

After this wait, by the time I got home, all of the other food had to be warmed up before it could be eaten. Cold mashed potatoes, cold gravy, cold biscuits... and yes... cold chicken.

Oh... the young man did throw 3 cookies in with the hot wings for the trouble I had encountered. Seriously?
