KFC

On Saturday, May 6, I visit the Corsicana KFC, B/W 4&5 PM. I ordered 5 nuggets. When I returned home, my bag consisted of 5 pieces of reheated chopped, dry chicken, the size of a quarter. I was very disappointed. The young lady obviously knew that was wrong, because she never said anything else to me. For instance, thank you or your order is ready.

Last week I ordered a bucket of the 14 piece of chicken and when I got home, which was 45 minutes away I realized I had only got 7 pieces. I called the restaurant and was told I could bring my receipt back when I was in town again and they would fix what was messed up. When I took my receipt and explained my situation the manager was very rude and told me there was nothing they could do. I explained that I had already paid for the chicken and was shorted 7 pieces and the ones I did get were tiny and tasted terrible. She just kept throwing the receipt in my face saying there was nothing they could do. In my opinion that was awful costumer service and then she ended up telling me to "F" off and I told her I would never be back. There needs to be something done to make this right.
