KFC refund

I came through the Drive Thru around 11 am on April 16th, 2018. I ordered the 5 dollar fill-up and my total was 5.35, I get to the window and the cashier asked me if I had any cash. I told her no I only had my debit card. The cashier told me their credit card machine was down but she would try my payment. She hands me my card back and tells me the machine isn't working and ask if I am sure I don't have any cash. I again stated no I didn't have any cash. The cashier then says well the card machine is down. There was no sorry, there was no okay lets make this right and just give me the meal. So I had to spend another 10-15 in another drive thru getting lunch. I was looking over my bank account and I was still charged the 5.35 for a meal I did not receive. I would like my account to be credited back

KFC service and food quality

I was at the KFC 7017 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89113, April 18, 2018 at 6:40pm

When I came in to order hot wings, the lady on the register says she needed to make sure they had enough wings cooked. After checking, she informs me that she was short one for my order the 12 for $10 deal. And would I like to wait 10 minutes or sub it for a tender. Nice, so I opted for the tender.

I pay and she takes my cash gives me change back, nice again. She then makes her way to the back kitchen, mine you there is a guy there gloved and filling orders. But the cashier, who didn't bother to wash her hands or even put on a glove - takes the tray og hot wings realizes they are cold drops them in a fryer. NOt nice, then she opens the freezer/ Fridge takes out a bag of hot wings, sticks her unwashed hand in the bag pulling out wings to drop in another fryer.

I immediately tell another worker (the drive through person) that I do not want re-heated wings. Although at first he did tried to deny that the cashier was reheating the wings. But realize I could see everything, I asked him to give me something else which he did.

And as I leave the cashier who still hasn't washed her hands starts to take another order.

I've had issues of bad service here before and simply walked out, but UN-sanitary practices is the worst for me.

KFC was called a racial slur by an employee

Was waiting on food and heard an employee by the the of Teresa call me a " funky cracker". I have never been so disgusted and called such a racist thing. I have visited this KFC many times and have never been spoken about like this. I will no longer be visiting the Deltona KFC on Providence Blvd as long as this woman is working there. Which is a shame because I have always been treated so kindly by other employees and the managers are great

I was called a "funky cracker" by an employee named Teresa. She did not say it directly to me but she mumbled it after I turned around but I heard her. Very rude woman.

KFC customer service

I am very disappointed to overhear two employees mocking a customer in the drive- thru. The sarcasm and inappropriate language used made me reconsider eating at your establishment. The employee that was answering the drive-thru had a name tag that read, Guadalupe. (reddish-brown haired high school aged male)This was the employee that changed his personality from energetic employee to trash talking [censor], then had the gall to smile at the lady he gave the food to.The female employee that took her payment told Guadalupe, "Don't say that, she's right here and I'm trying to help her." As a citizen in this community, I would not tolerate employees acting in this manner. I would suggest that this employee be retrained and understands that it is a privilege to be employed. Customers should never feel as if they are being talked about in a negative or derogatory manner by any employee. This type of toxic interaction should be a signal to management of how employees really act when they think that no one is watching.

KFC service

Really here is the response I received from the KFC Store 453 . Please noticed that she called the next door business who was open and has
worked there for over 8 years miss informed when that employee
specifically told me that they (KFC STORE 453) rarely open on time and they have issues.
I understand they had training (even though there was no signs or nothing)but to tell me that they would be opening at 10AM do to the training and then after us waiting over 25 minutes and still not to open ? why were they not honest with us and say they would be open at 11:30 OR whenever they would actually be open instead of having us wait ? We saw staff going in and out walking around grabbing donuts.. anyway here is there response :

I Do apologize for your experience. We had training this morning on a new roll out. We ran over on our training. Not sure what employee was rude but I apologize again if you feel this was the case. If in the future you come to my store and it isn't open on time please feel free to call me [protected] I am the managing partner here at the store. My name is Courtney Prewitt. Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. As far as the gas station attendant. If this conversation took place she was not honest on the things you listed in your statements as for drug dealers and loitering going on at this store. Actually my supervisor was also here this morning and very aware anytime we don't open on time or have training. The gas station would not have any information on this qsr as we are 2 separate businesses.

KFC please keep well dealing with your customers

In the following branch Kentucky Fried Chicken, Bayerstraße 7, 80335 München, Germany. Last night 16/04/2018; I tride to get my dinner & I don't speak the German language only I'm speaking English but unfortunately the cashier refused to speak English although one of his colleagues mention to us about him; he can speak
We were upset and left the branch & cancelled our plan to get our dinner there.
Please try to fix that silly racist thing that could affect your reputation.

KFC unprofessional behavior

On April 16, 2018 around 4:55 PM at KFC in 516 Farm to Market 2410, Harker Heights, TX 76548 I ordered a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes and the Georgia gold chicken strips. Once I paid for my meal and drove offI realized that I was charged for the 4 piece chicken instead of the chicken strips which cost more. I had my 13 year old son go in to get the strips and a refund for the difference. The manager there who didn't have on a name tag switched his order, but didn't return the receipt or give him his refund. The manager then said that she couldn't find the receipt and that she would just refund what she thought it was and I told her no can't she reprint the receipt and so that she can give me the correct change and she replied with yes, but I have to go to the back and it's going to take some time. I told her it's okay I'll wait. The wait lasted 40 minutes and when I requested for a refund because my food was cold she then went to reprint the receipt. When she returned another manager came up and I explained to her what happened and how long I've been waiting and she told the other manager it's nothing to stress about, it's not big deal, it happens when in actuality it is a big deal. You push a customer to the side and have them wait almost a hour to reprint a receipt and when I expressed my disappointment with the it's not big deal and it's nothing to stress about statement. She replied with that's what I teach my managers because they have to deal with for the rest of their shift. I then replied its about customer service and me coming here to feed my children. She then said well I didn't ask for a refund at first or I would have gotten it then and that's the problem and then she threw her hands up as if it was my problem and my fault that I had to wait that long, that I messed up my order, and that I return the receipt after it was provided. I remember when eating out was a luxury and organizations were happy to receive business because they knew that it provided job security and a way to support their needs and family. Today I felt like I wasn't a customer and that my business was not appreciated or needed. Both managers provided horrible customer service and I won't be returning to this KFC. To resolve the issue I would to see the managers there receive additional training on management and how to provide great customer service.

KFC service at milford, de site

Me and my family went to the Milford, De., KFC on 4/13/2018 to get a 8 piece chicken meal and had to wait for over 30 minutes as well as the people in front of me. The workers there was getting orders wrong as well as making the tacos wrong. The supervisor i believe her name was Christy or Christina was really over whelmed. The drive thru was backed up as well waiting for that same time frame to get their orders as well. With this kind of time frame waiting at a fast food place, this is not good and the business will not last here either since there are new restaurants opening in Milford. This should really be checked into.

KFC krusher

Time and time again this KFC has provided [censor] service to say the least and never has Krusher or and food item on the menu "due to a high demand" as stated on the menu board in the drive thru.

I just feel this KFC is absolutely making a fool of the companies name and just does not deliver the food service KFC is known about, then we not speaking about the ridiculous [censor] service given in the process.I feel unsatisfied to be honest and would like to draw your attention to the matter as I am not the only one feeling the lack of effort from this franchise in South Africa, Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein

KFC pricing - setup of the entire system - scam

I read online that a 12 piece meal (3 large sides, 6 biscuits) was 29.99 See Here: https://www.menuwithprice.com/menu/kfc/washington/lynnwood/68722/

Then I surfed over to our local Lynnwood site - 32.79 (bait and switch?) See here: https://www.zomato.com/lynnwood-wa/kfc-lynnwood/menu

But wait it gets worse! I actually went IN and the menu board said 35.79! How did we go from 29.99 to almost 36 bucks. HUGHLY unprofessional.

It gets better KFC. I decided to google an email address to complain ---- guess what KFC!? From the MAIN KFC main page contact link? KASPERSKY killed it as a Phising site! I a browser pic. I am going to send it to the state of WA, everything that transpired here.

KFC service

I'm not from Baxley, I'm from Hazlehurst and I go to Baxley's KFC all the time. My grandmother loves KFC, so I go get her food from there a lot. I know they were busy and frustrated but I don't deserve that type of disrespect, especially from the manager. His name starts with a J but I can't spell it. He is there almost every time I go there. He had a nasty attitude last night and it seems like he doesn't want to be there. If he can't handle fast food then he don't need to be there. Also he needs to work on his appearance. His eyes were red and it seemed like he couldn't function. He does not look clean and he is lazy. I would like this to go directly to the owner because I want him to know what kind of manager he has working for him and maybe he can fix that problem. Thanks

KFC discrimination

My husband and son went into the KFC on Westhiemer and Kirkwood. They waited for service and never got it! My husband is a Hispanic male and my son is mixed with white, hispanic, and black. The only people that were getting service were obvious black people! My husband and son walked out of the restaurant for discrimination purposes. They are racist there against anyone who is not obvious black. I am a mixed women who is black and white. I did not go in! We went to Church's. Discrimination is not acceptable from any person(s).

KFC 3 x cappuccino

Good morning to whomever it may concern this morning 12 April 2018 I went to get cappacino for my wife her friend and for myself. All 3 cappacinos were off (milk is completely disgusting and looks curdled). We could possibly still get very sick from this and to make things worse my wife is allergic to penycillan so things could get a lot worse for kfc if anything happens to her related to this off products kfc is giving to their customers. To top it all off the service from the 2 woman making the coffees was appalling the only person that was helpful was the gentleman at cash point. I don't even know why I am bothering to mail a complaint because previously my wife complained on kfc complaints section regarding kfc milnerton about 2 x burgers that the whole meat part of the burger was mouldy she did t even receive a apology or nothing. I really hope kfc gets back to me and if not will be very sad because we spend a small fortune at kfc on a monthly basis. So let's see if they actually care about their consumer.

KFC location safety issue

On April 9th, my partner was crossing between a minimall parking lot to the kfc parking lot. She had just left her optometrist and was going to get lunch. Her eyes were dialated and she could not see the drop of about twelve inches between the two parking lots. There were no warning signs or safety markings. She fell heavily to the KFC parking lot pavement and was unable to move for over 5 minutes. I rushed her immediately to the hospital emergency room since she is on blood thinners for her heart any even a small injury can be deadly. She was at the emergency room for about 5 hours and they had to take the maximum number of x-rays allowed to make sure she hadn't broken any bones or wasn't bleeding internally. Thankfully she hadn't done either, she was just in major pain. We went back to the same KFC to tell the manager about the hazard less than twenty four hours later. Her only response was that since we hadn't reported it at the time of the accident there was nothing she could do. It was very important for my partner to be checked as soon as possible because of her health issues. We did report it as soon as we could. The manager did not even inquire if she was alright. Hmm ... really concerned about your customers aren't you! Attached are photos of the area of the accident so that you can see for yourself the ongoing potential danger.

KFC nothing believe it or not a quality place if you can believe that

I have been to the kfc in titusville only because they are their and they are certified lousy greasy like you would not believe and chicken does not even have kfc flavor it tastes like they left something out never fresh always the pieces are tiny always ive even had to ask for decent pieces which they ignore in the 15 or 20 times I have been their like I said I go because they are their BUT the kfc in port St John fl is everything you would expect kfc to be large size pieces has kfc flavor they serve it hot every time I go and they have an employee name Robert who works the counter he is fantastic very friendly and totally helpful I have dealt with him 4 times and each time he is great I actually go their now because of him I know he will get the order correct I don't have to check the bag before I leave I know he got it right and if you have ever ordered and find when you get home they got it wrong you know what I mean

KFC bad experiences

Well I entered my complaint over 2 months ago I was apologized to but was told id get a free box of chicken coupon. Never came! Its not a big deal but dont lie! I didnt ask for it I just gave feedback! I cant believe coporate actually lies to a dissatisfied consumer. You must be a man! Not someone who cares about your customers! I gave a long speech about I been eating kentucky sice the 80s when they moved near my highschool and never had I had tiny peices and most of a burnt biscuit they knrw when they came out they were not up to par but sold them anyway. Yall food was akways genuine and 100 so I took the time to make a complaint. I guess your caring of my experience was hogwash!

KFC dirty restroom and overdone chicken and illness

KFC 2751 Columbus Street Ottawa, IL 2:45 p. m.
The ladies restroom needs a good cleaning. The corners and edges of the restroom were filthy. Someone needs to get down on their hands and knees with a scrub brush. Shame on you KFC for the filth. The toilet had a dark ring around it making it obvious that no one uses a toilet brush to clean it.

We both ordered the $5 fill up box. I choose regular fried and my husband choose extra crispy. We traded pieces and I ate a wing and a thigh that seemed to not be extra crispy. The coating was hard as if over done. It did not taste fresh.

I did not finish my potatoes and gravy because it seemed to be too much.

Today I left work around noon because I thought I might be having a heart attack. I felt as though I had something in my lower throat every 15 to 20 minutes. I would have episodes of dizziness and feeling faint.

I left work and called my husband who was driving a semi. He parked the truck to meet me at home in case he had to take me to the ER.

When I got home I took my blood pressure and took my daily prescriptions. Within 5 minutes of taking the meds I threw up. My husband told me he has had diarhea all morning. We both decided we were suffering from food poisoning from that chicken. I have been belching bad chicken all afternoon.

Another problem we noticed was that the KFC was not busy at that time. There were 4 tables of people. The KFC girl brought out the meals to a table with 3 senior citizen women and apologized for not having another food tray. She said they were all out.

I counted 4 trays in the whole place. Another embarrassment to KFC

My ticket number was H143013 3 140 3064
The bill total was $10.70

I dont think either one of us will ever eat at another KFC again.

KFC food and service

My neighbor and my self visited KFC on 4/5/2018 bcuz I received coupons in the mail and had been there about 5 times each time the chicken wasn't redi. On this night I placed two separate orders and proceeded to pik up window to pay the mail attendant after takin my money asked me two pull over two the side and I said no bcuz no one was behind me as he begin telling me he would get in trouble bcuz they had a timer that shows how long it takes to serve each vehicle. The female mgr came to the window rudely speaking telln me how long she's been there etc in a haste to get me out of there apparently she gave me chicken that wasn't cooked fully. Abt 2am that mrng I bcame very ill nearly to the point of hospitalization . I was sick and could have been killed I take this very serious and would like to speak with someone in yr customer service department regarding this matter.

KFC service

I had to wait until today to submit this complaint because I was to angry last night.

At 6:20 last night 4/8/2018, my husband and myself pulled up to the drive up window at KFC located at 501 South Nevada Ave., Colorado Springs, CO. and ordered 8 piece original bucket. We were told it would be 18 minutes and to please pull around to the front parking lot which we did. Another vechicle pulled in next to us shortly after we parked. They brought his purchase to him quickly. I have no idea what he had ordered. We waited 20 minutes and I tried to call the number on the receipt and it went straight to a fax machine. I then went in and was told it would be another 12 minutes and if I wanted we could have our money back. The establishment was not busy and very few people or cars came and went while we waited.
I told her I did not want my money back and wanted the chicken. After waiting 32 minutes we finally go our chicken and brought it home. Guess what no white meat.

Our ticket number was #2781.

KFC race discrimination

Dear KFC Customer Service

I couldn't help writing you this letter to share my terrible experience in one of your KFC franchise point located in an island called Curacao, as I do not know the exact place where to complain because it seems this island doesn't even have head customer service, that is why I choose to send this letter to the USA headquarter Customer Service, and I hope that you can direct me the correct place for this complain if I am in the wrong place.

On 6th April, 2018, Friday 9:40pm (UTC-4), I had purchased a KFC Chicky Pack Menu, in a KFC Santa Maria Curacao, Store Number is 5 for this selling point, Curacao, my receipt number according to my memory is xx2933, I had paid 9.95 Florin (which is equivalent to 5 USD) for a Chicky Pack menu, and it seemed that there is a local promo campagne that if a client fill in a survey online with the receipt number, the client will get a piece of chicken for free as rewards, it always has been, I think, or at lease its written on the receipt that GIVE Feedback Get REWARDS.

However, when I finished filling the survey online, I turned back to the counter to get my piece of chicken, one seller just reacted very rude to me and told me that the promo activity was finished and I wouldn't have my piece of chicken. I was unhappy and I turned back to my seat, I talked with one other client who also just bought a menu, and it seemed that that client also knew about the promo activity, and she was also about to go take her piece of chicken as rewards because she had also finished filling the survey online, indeed, it turned out that she had successfully got her piece of chicken without any problem, I was very upset and I asked the young girl to go together with me to ask why she had it, and why I didn't, because I think it concerns a kind of race discrimination, I am Asian and that young girl is a local resident. Indeed, when we both went towards to the cash counter to ask what happened, and why I didn't have that piece of chicken, that rude seller, her first reaction was unbelievably rude, she said to that young girl " you don't have to tell the Lady that you got a piece of chicken for free", and the rude seller also turned back to say to me, "the young girl had ordered it earlier than you", while in fact in wasn't true at all, I remember that young girl was just 2 or 3 orders before me, not much earlier as the rude seller said, and the rude seller did not only being rude, but also told me that if I want a piece of chicken I have to pay, without even a word of apology. Later another seller took my ticket and explained to me that to profit of that promo, it requires a minimum purchase of 10 fl. While mine purchase was only 9.95fl for a Chicky Pack.. I became a bit calmed down as that lady was at least police when she talked to me, and I also replied to that lady politely that " ok, but you need to explained to me my purchase wasn't enough instead of just sending me away with those rude words, although I knew that wasn't completely true, that young girl who had got the piece of chicken for free also had purchase a Chicky pack menu for 9.95fl, and I am a frequent client of that KFC point and I always purchase the Chicky Pack at 9.95fl and always get the rewards.

Although finally I also got my piece of chicken as rewards after the argument, but I wasn't happy at all about the KFC service, I really want a clear explanation from that Santa Maria, Curacao KFC point
1. On 6th April 2018, around 10pm (UTC -4) Curacao local time, that promo activity was still valid, and not finished as that rude seller said.
2. I am really unsatisfied about this Race discrimination, because this is not the first time I had problem in this KFC selling point, before I also had problem such as, they charged 0.35 cents for extra paper bag, and 0.25 cents for extra package of Mayonnaise. I really want a written apology from this KFC Store from Santa Maria Curacao, Store No.5, I believe all that had happened had been recorded by camera, so they can find out that rude seller easily.

Looking forwards to your response on this matter, as I believe that KFC Company treats every client equally and fair enough.
