KFC wrong order and quality of food

I've just purchase a meal $30+ at KFC Helensvale Siganto Drive 13th Oct 2018 6.30pm
They got the order wrong, the chips were soggy and uneatable, the bread rolls stale and there was something forgein in the potato & gravy. ( not sure if it was a piece of coating off the chicken ? )
I've never had such a bad meal from KFC.
This is not acceptable when people are spending their hard earned money on a meal that was totally uneatable.
I tried to phone the store several times but it just rang out.

KFC store condition - dirty

First time visiting store E003003 at universal City, tx. I walked into the store and it smelled bad. The floor was really sticky as if hasn't been mopped in days. The floor and windows are really dirty. I saw an employee try to sweep, did a small piece and stopped. He didn't even try to mop. I hope this place turns around because it's right next to a militay base. I will try this place out again within a month, I hope to see it in a better shape.

KFC drive thru

Been to drive-thru at this location 2x in 2 weeks and had my order wrong 100% of the time. $5 thigh/drum Fill Up odered both times; asked for extra crispy thigh &wing with Cole slaw instead of potatoes. Told no problem. First time got thigh & drum- the rest was fine. This time got things and a small PIECE of a wing, original recipe after the girl asked me specifically if I wanted extra crispy & I said yes, extra crispy. Also got mashed potatoes slathered in gravy instead of Cole slaw after being told yes, that's fine to swap for potatoes. Very disappointed...and hungry. >:(

KFC product and service complaint

I went today to the KFC in scottsburg indiana. I had my grandmother with me my uncle and my boyfriend. We ordered the buffet. It was only 11am and yet there was no food in the buffet unless you wanted desert. We sat to wait asked how long it would be before there would be food ready. We were informed about 15 minutes so we set and waited. Then the customers around us said they also were waiting for food. This ended up being a 40 minute wait. 8 people were in line ahead of us and when we did get chicken and biscuits they were under done and bland. The chicken had blood and no flavor. The food at the buffet was old and had flies all around it. We all just walked away. I would like to be reimbursed for paying for four buffets rude employees and under cooked food. Thus is not the first time and I am sure it will not be the last the service and quality of the scottsburg KFC is so horrible we could not eat.

KFC rudeness, sexual harassment, and drugs

I went to your 1922 W. Osage, Pacific Missouri location around September 18 and employees were doing drugs on the property, including the supervisor on duty. They also were all texting on their cells phones. The supervisor is so much into playing grab [censored] with a male employee that she can't control her staff the supervisors name badge said Phala. I was so shocked that they did this in front of customers and children. The staff taking the orders were rude, the used profane language. The one lady her badge said Liz asked me what I [censored]ing like. When I told her there was no need to curse she says who cares we can do whatever we went. Our supervisor doesn't care she's to involved with playing and having sex in the back with the cook Mitch. So she's too busy to help us. I cancelled my order and left as did the other 5 customers behind me. KFC isn't a family friendly place with all this going on. I'm also notifying the Pacific Police, and the better business bureau. This just can't happen in a restaurant. Nor should it get pushed under the rug. Also they are stealing from the restaurant safe. If the employee needs a loan they ask the shift supervisor and she allows this. Just WOW.

KFC bad customer service/manager and employees

I ordered a 20 fill up box. I tried to change one of the sides and was told I had to get it the way it came with no substutions so I ordered another side of Mac and cheese. When I got to the window they did not add the extra side so i was then charged 3.69 instead of the $2 it should have been. When I questioned the price I was told the ticket was already closed out and could not be changed. I asked for the manager Corey and explained the situation and he said that is correct. When I tried to discuss with him all he kept saying was thank you and have a good evening. What kind of customer service is this? I work in customer service and I was always told the customer is always right. This was the worst service. I have gone to other kfc and ordered what I wanted and was given what I wanted. Next time I will drive the longer distance to get better service. Maybe this manager should go through customer service training. I would like a response that you have received this and addressed it. KFC food inedible

The KFC close to where we live is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. In the past we have purchased from both. The food has been bad in the past, but tonight was the worst. I asked for a 2 piece, dark meat, original recipe dinner, with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn on the cob. I was told they had no legs and no corn on the cob. This was at 5:00 PM. What chicken establishment has no drumsticks at the beginning of the dinner hours?
Still, I tried to be nice. I then ordered 2 thighs with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. This food turned out to be inedible. The thighs were very under cooked, the mashed potatoes and gravy were dark and tasted like they had been cooked days ago. The green beans were floating in grease and tasted awful. Even the biscuit was doughy. I also ordered 3 chicken tenders that were so over cooked they were impossible to chew.
This place needs someone from the main office to try eating there. My receipt says it is Taco Bell # 019164 located at 6694 Highway 431 Owens Cross Rds. Al. 35763 Have I said yet, that this is the last time I will waste my money at this establishment

KFC chicken

I stopped at the KFC in Beaver WV. Friday Oct 5, went through drive through around 4pm. Ordered the $20 bucket meal. Got home and the Chicken was so dried out, even my dogs wouldn't eat. And my dogs love chicken. Biscuits were hard as a rocks. Needless to say everything went into the trash except the mashed potatoes, gravy and the coleslaw. So I paid $20+tax for mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. Someone left the light on too long. They shouldn't be selling meat that's laid under a light that dries it out to such extreme. Plz correct this because I don't get to eat out that often and I feel it'd unfair to your customers to pay for something they can't eat. And I was so happy to get to go there thinking I was gonna get a great meal just to find it unedible. BTW. The service was fine and the employees very nice. Now I know they were laughing a good one as I was driving home. Jokes on me I guess. Plz correct this situation. Thanks, and I'll be looking forward to you reaching out to me asap.

KFC no chicken/ no pot pies

For four weeks in a row we have been coming in on Monday & Wednesday trying to take advantage of your great specials. However when we are told they are out of Pot Pies and have no more to cook or sell. And on top of that we are told it will be 45 minutes for original recipe chicken only. I can not even begin to tell you how frustrating this is especially when your trying to feed the family of 4 and no chicken. Can you PLEASE do something about this KFC Never having chicken. I couldn't even get popcorn chicken for the 2 year old!

My wife and I just had ordered 2 chicken Pot pies with absolutely no chicken in the pie. Not even a small morsel to be found! What's up with that?

The KFC was in Pickens, in Picken's County.

KFC $5 box

I use to always buy the $5 box until they changed the prices. The commercial always say $5 box and with tax it's like $5.51. For over a year the prices changed to like 6 something close to $7. My 9 year old always laugh at me when I see the commercial because I always point out that is false advertising. Even if it is some type of private ownership whatever how you put. That's cold because I always loved my KFC. From the chicken to the gravy.

KFC service

Today me and my family went I ordered 10 piece half grilled half extra crispy. Got my food it was a 10 piece original took it back told them the mistake. They proceeded to tell me that was what I ordered. Then a young man in a hateful voice told me (we are not doing anymore grilled chicken so I said I have to have grilled because I am having stomach issues with fried food He stands there looks at me and says well it will be about 15 to 20 minutes I say ok. He grabs the bucket of original recipes shots me a (look) dumps it out and mumble's something I go back and sit down 30 min later they bring me 5 piece grilled no breast in it. Throw it on the table and walk away I then go back up there and say I ordered a 10 piece half grilled half extra crispy and then I am told thought u got the extra crispy I say no it was a 10 piece original u gave me I brought it back y'all throwed it away I still need my extra crispy they grabbed a box throwed in 5 extra crispy no breast very disappointed disatafied with the service felt like I was a piece of trash because I ordered grilled chicken 😡😡😡😡

KFC customer service

I ordered a two piece meal, wing and breast, biscuit, potatoes and gravy, drink...after 22 minutes of waiting I asked why it takes so long for two pieces of chicken and I receive personal service...finally received my meal, drumstick & thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy...no biscuit...[censored] KFC...DONE

KFC poor service didnt even receive my food.

Ordered from the call centre at 7:36pm and yet I didnt even get my food and the store is now closed, absolutely pathetic that [censored] [censored] happens all the time. Try to call the store and the call centre but nothing! And then when you dont tip they get pissed as if it's a mandatory thing, I'll actually never be ordering from kfc again, one in the pen centre nasty as [censored] get sick nearly everytime I've ate food from there.

KFC my service and meal

I ordered number 10, big box 3 piece meal with a drink and 2 sides, a 4 piece wing meal with 2 sides and a chicken little NO sauce. My ordered came to almost $18.00. Get in the car the man didn't put the lid correctly and it spilled. The chicken were so tiny for that price. And the chicken little had sauce that I'm allergic to. Had to wait for so long and man had an attitude. This is not the first time, it's awful. Someone should watch and you will see a lot of not so nice things going on in this KFC. KFC dunked burger

Ordered a drunked burger. Opened the box and found what looked like a piece of wors. It honestly needed a hot dog roll and not a bun. Zinger wingers were as dry as cardboard and the other dunked burger had a flat patty but was borderline inedible due to the dryness as well.. even with the dunked sauce. Very disappointing. KFC poor management

Why is this still an on going problem. Do you follow up on complaints? There is drug activity, and sexual misconduct going on between employees and drugs being used on the property. My 5 year old had to walk with me and pass two female workers smoking marijuana and a guy doing some syringe drug. My 5 year old said to me mommy what is that bad smell. I told him it was just a cigarette. I asked to see the manager only to learn she was out there smoking the marijuana. So I told her I didn't need anything and left and called the local police. Don't know what if anything happened. But this kind of goings on I would think would give you all a bad business report and maybe put you out of business at least at this location. Just poor judgement in hiring such employees. Thanks for your time.

KFC wrongful termination

Can somebody contact me at ur early convenience, my number is [protected] so I can farther explain my experience and what happened. Thanks u so very much. I was working at kfc and my daughter was over medicated and poison bye here school. I have all of the doctor excuse to back up my reason for missing one day of work. The manager toto and lyn were behind it all. Toto know that I was a married man n had lyn to tried to hook me up with her. She sexual assault on me, told me to bring my husband so she can hire him as well, but I soon realized that that was a lie, n she told me about her hotel in which she was staying at n what she can do to me. N when I didn't comment a adultery on my spouse which leon hickman she tried to make it seemed like I was bring him to work with me n keeping me from doing my job. Lyn n toto plotted against rita and got her transfer to another job and I can explain to u n detail about that issue as well when you contact me at ur early convenience. Again thanks u so very much for taking the tyme to receive my complaints n I pray that some body get back n touch with me. Again thanks u so very much.

KFC service complaint

I work for AutoZone and all of management and employees patronize this location. I have visited this location several times and there is always an issue. They do NOT have chicken, or it is not ready, or the drive thru isn't working. This particular day I was on my lunch break. I pulled up to the drive thru at 4:07 pm and ordered 2 piece white for $5.The manager said, "It's going to be 16 minutes on that chicken" and I replied, "Ok, I will come back". I left and returned at 4:34 pm. I placed the same order. By this time, there was another young man was taking orders at the drive thru. I pulled to the window and paid $5.46 for my order, then the young man tells me it's going to be 6 minutes on the chicken. Please pull forward and we will bring your order out to you. I explained to him, I am on lunch break so please do not have me waiting over 10 minutes. He laughed and said we won't. I sat there over 10 minutes, there was no one in the drive thru so I backed up to the window and asked the young man what was going on? He said, "Aw it's going to be another 4 minutes. I replied, I will just sit here at the window then. I was still being patient and courteous. The manager came to the window and asked, "How can I help you?" I was totally confused at this point, so I responded, "I am waiting for my order". He replied, "Aw it's going to be a few minutes, pull forward and he closed the window. I just wanted my food and my lunch break was almost over at this point. I pulled down again and all this time I did not get out of character, but the manager had an attitude and did not mind showing it. He has a smug, rude and obnoxious attitude. I sat there and waited and waited until it was literally 4:53. I went inside and coming from the back with a smirk on his face is the manager with a bag. He hands me the order and turns and walks away.Bad and absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I completed the survey a few days ago but I have not heard from anyone. I will contact your corporate office.

KFC pricing.

I was over charged by the cashiers. I purchased a famous bowl in the meals, ($6.49) and 2 chicken littles ($1.68) each. I was charged 12.84 total. Cashier never offered me a receipt, put it in the cash drawer. Continueing on to getting my order. I was called up, recieved everything that I paid for however I ended up get someone else's receipt. The transaction on the receipts states that I paid with $20.00 cash, which I did not. I paid with my debit card. Also none of the items were correct on the receipt compared to my actual order. Just makes my visit seem like there is something a little fishy going on behind the scenes.

Sounds like you might have got charged for a drink. Should've asked them for the ccorrect receipt.
