the chicken I received
Today I went to my local KFC on Amar Rd and Hacienda Blvd in La Puente CA to buy dinner for my family. I ordered 14 piece leg and thigh original chicken with 2 large mash potatoes, 2 large Mac and cheese, 8 biscuits, and coleslaw. Paying a total of $44.10. However, the chicken legs and thighs were extremely small. I have attached pictures, although we will no longer be going to KFC again.

Went to KFC on 4/07/19, went through the drive through and ordered $20 fill up, with mac and cheese, livers, and fries. Got home and there was only 4 pieces of chicken in the bucket, they where very soggy like it had been left over from a previous day. Called and spoke to a manager, all she says is "I doubt they would put 4 pieces in there." Not very good...

Today I went to get a piece of the chicken we bought. As you can see there is feathers in the chicken. Totally unacceptable and very much sickening to my stomach along with my family. I wanted to address it here and make you aware of it. What will be done about it. Those feathers had to touch other parts. Gross! I did freeze the chicken so if you need it. I went to KFC last night, we placed a big order for our family dinner through the drive thru they had us park so they could prepare our meal after a 20 minute wait we had are food. i was there twice bear in mind i travel from rocklands.the first time i bought a family treat 10 pce i didnt get my chips i complained the lady i spoke to had a massive attitude.after a while a coloured lady came and chatted to me she rectified the problem.but went to her manager to tell her the story she shouted at this poor woman i couldnt believe my ears after this lady helped me so nicely.the second time was yesterday i was helped by a lady who didnt seem interested in helping me i got my slip at 04h10. i told her im going to pick n pay, when i got back i asked for this cashier then the lady that came to the front wasnt even the lady that helped me the order was completely wrong .she apologised and said she would call her manager to void and she would then ring the right order, but remembering what happenned to the same lady with the manager shouting i just told her to forget about it ill take the order as is.they need to get their house in order or they will loose more customers

I went through the drive through.. I orderd 2 box meals .. a big box meal and a white meat 2 peice box .. I then orderd a separate side ..a mash potatoes.. I get home and .. I had only 2 mash potatoes..and no cookies .. I find my receipt and call .. the lady was rude to me pretty much yelled to talk over me and then told me the boxes do not come with...

Today dated 5th April 2019, I am writing about very rude staff member who himself mentioned his name "Mohsen" in KFC branch Salahuddin Ayyubi road in Riyadh near security forces hospital, Saudi Arabia.
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, unethical behavior "shouting".

After arriving there at 10:36 am this morning ( 4/3/) the doors was lock. I tapped on drive thur window and they acted surprised and said they would open doors. Once inside they said it would be a minute, they was just opening. My husband and i waited till 10:53 and still could not be served. I asked dont you open at 10:30? And was told they was not ready. We left. ... This is not right. Food should be ready when you open. This is no way to opetate. We went to arbys and got served. Along with 3 other people who also left.
orders policy
kindly consider this complaint regarding KFC Egypt in general, and (Madinaty Branch) in specific.
One of the worst KFV restaurant management policy ever, they force certain chicken pieces on the customer orders, to force sell undesirable pieces.
The other option is to pay extra cost per piece, in order to get what you want, as if the original ordered meal was for free.
Never seen such thing at any restaurant worldwide, or even at KFC at any country, plus the call center refused to raise it as a complaint, and said it would be saved on their system as a customer (opinion) or (feedback).

Wishing it would be my last time dealing with KFC Egypt.

I was buying at least three to four go cups a day so now I need a snack I got to spend $5 for a small [censored] sandwich with a small [censored] front now I won't be coming to your restaurant anymore and a lot of my people don't either because that's the only reason we came before quick go cup we're not fat people to sit around and eat buckets of your s*** for people that work to go to Jay and me something that's affordable and quick

I was very disappointed with kfc staff at batu kawa. When I walked into the kfc couter at 03/04/19, I waited 20 minutes in front of the counter and no one ignored me. After asking another counter, I was told that the counter I was waiting for was closed. I asked why I didn't notice or gave us a license. We waited for 20 minutes like a fool. The employees inside are only busy cleaning. As a result, she ignored me! I want to say that the service attitude of this family is really rotten. I won't want to step into this store again. Again that staff name is victoria.
$20 fill up box extra crispy
I was totally disgusted the chicken was over cooked and had an after taste to it. We couldn't figure out if it was cooked in old grease or bad batter. I haven't tried KFC in a long time but went because it was close to home. Needless to say I will be driving the extra mile to Popeye's next time because I don't like wasting money. I placed order for carry out and store didn't receive it after 30 minutes in store they told me that your order is cancelled by the store and the store ppl were saying we didn't cancelled so being on call with call centre for almost 40 minutes no body helped and I had to leave without my food. the disabled and ladies toilets were disgusting
Hi My Nan (92), myself and my toddler visited KFC for a bit to eat on Saturday 23rd March at approximate 11.45. Service was slow, chicken was dry and burnt to a sinder. But what I wish to complain about more is the state of the toilets. I went in the disabled/changing toilet to change my toddlers nappy and it was absolutely filthy the changing table was disgusting and I had to clean this before I put my child down, the toilet had poo over the loo seat and caked on the side, it wasn't fresh it had been there a while, the sink was covered in dust with tissues in, again hadn't been cleaned for a while and the floor was so sticky and stained I had to wipe my feet on the way out! No way would i put my child down let alone use the facilities. I told my Nan it was disgusting, she had to use the loo before we went and went in the ladies. I went in after, to walk into a filthy mop bucket sat there while there the floor is flooded with a couple inches deep of water. I put my head into the cubical and the WC was leaking possibly from the waste pipe. There was a considerable amount of water a few inches deep. The toilets should have been closed! Most concerning is my Nan of 92 went in there what if she fell over? She wouldn't have been able to get up while sitting in waste water!I dread to think. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. It was my Nan's 1st visit to a KFC and her last. Such a disappointment. The issues need to be address. There was a 'cleaner' walking around the restaurant who wasn't doing much cleaning as the restaurant was filthy as well, glass had hand prints over it, tables filthy the doors to the WC were caked in grime, the floor was covered in food, drink and dust. The highchair was gross, I had to clean this before I put my child in and so did another lady, staff behind the counter didn't seem to be bothered doing much. Issues need addressing urgently

We found the hair on the piece of the chicken from the bucket, we called the restaurant and was told to bring that piece back. When my husband went there was told that they can only replace that particular piece. My husband told them that we throwed away whole bucket because noone would like to eat something with hair on it, and we actually lost our appetite in that point. He asked for refund but the manager refused it. Very poor and unprofessional customer service!
food late at night
Hungry on Saturday night so we decide to go through the drive through at Mansfield town KFC... I wish I gone to the chippy now instead... food was cold and over cooked... plus it didn't taste good at all so most of it went straight in the bin... please see photo... absolutely shocking to be serviced these food... I did even get a receipt for my purchase which many thanks for you help... Helen pepper
KFC is horrible food and yes, you would have been better served to have gone to your local chippy or picked something up from a 24 hour ASDA.
