KFC product not available

It's been over two weeks now that I have been going to the kfc in maponya wanting to buy krusher but all the time it's never available I'm told there's something wrong with the machine what I don't understand is why would such a big company advertise products they hardly have .its one thing when you go buy something and are made aware that it's not available and another when you waste your time in the que for something that's advertised but not available.worst part other branches are 20-30 minutes away from me.its so disappointing.
The staff also just carry on like nothing wrong since I'm told they called someone to fix the machine but he fixed the wrong part like are they even using unqualified people to fix their machines too?

I order a 10 piece hot wing on Sept. 18, 2019 they were hard and cold. I also order a coleslaw on the side which that was good. I'm very disappointed that I spent my money on this meal when it suppose to be fresh. I will never go back and I will never tell people to go there. KFC dining area

I walked in KFC, Tappahannock store and as I am waitress, noticed food all over the floor, food in the chairs, and tables not wiped.
I asked the young man (Cashier) if he would mind having someone to sweep and wipe the tables down. He wiped our table for us and began sweeping til customers came in the door.
There was another employee sitting in the dining area I suppose on break but he did not offer to help. Other customers who were seated inquired to the cashier sweeping, if he had no other help. They had already wiped there table themselves. Upon entering kfc we came across a piece of chicken on the sidewalk.

The food is always excellent but the up keep of the dining room is very poor.
Plus conversations in the work area were heard throughout the store and let's say it wasnt appropriate.
I'm submitting this complaint because I love kfc foods and hope to see a difference the next time I visit

The cashier who was very polite and kind was named Johnathon. He's a keeper. I have another picture of the chicken on the sidewalk but it wouldnt allow me to post it.

I ordered the 4 piece chicken with biscuit which should have been a breast, leg, wing, and thigh. I received 2 legs and 2 thighs which were dry. I even ordered an extra biscuits. The biscuits were so dry and hard that they crumbled into pieces. I've contacted the company already and no one has emailed me back. See the attached picture of the reference...

KFC service

I pulled up to the drive thru window to order lunch, sat there for 5 minutes, no one answered for me to order? So I pulled up to the window to order, sat there for another 7 minutes while the employees walked back and forth starring at me?! Then the lady taking orders finally comes up to the window and was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a drive up window, so instead of asking me what I wanted she just sat there and said I need to order from the pull up speaker area? In which I told her it was not working, she continually just sat there without taking my order! So I just pulled away! What a freaking joke I will never go to another kfc as long as im alive! This took place at 1:50 pm in the afternoon on 9/16/2019 at the kfc on 196th st in lynnwood, wa. Good thing theres an ezell's chicken right across the street that I can get my chicken from! Good by kfc.

KFC packaging

Please do not package the cookies in individual plastic containers. As a customer the packaging is annoying, I like the paper pouch. As a concerned person for the environment, I also prefer the paper pouch. The plastic wrapper feels hard to open after eating fried chicken with my hand. The plastic pouch also gives it a nasty taste, like the aroma of the plastic gets fused into the cookie.

I used to look forward to getting this cookie. The paper pouch made it feel more home made. Now with the plastic pouch I feel like I'm eating some mass made pathetic snack that doesn't taste anywhere near as good as the cookie when you just had it in the paper pouch.

KFC worst customer service

I will NOT be going back to the KFC in Millbrook, AL. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I gave it 1 star only because it wouldn't allow me to post the review without selecting a rating. I ordered 3 pot pies last night and the drive thru worker told me it would be 10 minutes. I said "that's fine, I'll pull around and wait". Twenty minutes later, no one had brought my order out so I went inside. After standing at the counter for a couple of minutes, the girl working the drive thru came around from the back and saw me and said it would be another 15 minutes. What!? You told me 10 minutes 25 minutes ago. The excuse was they forgot to put them in when ordered. I asked why she hadn't at least given me the courtesy to come outside and tell me. She gave a half-hearted apology and basically just stood there staring at me. I'm not an unreasonable person. I understand things happen but, when something like this occurs, the right thing to do is try to make the customer happy. So, I expected an offer of a free meal or at least a discount. Nope. Neither. I asked for the manager and she said, "I'm the manager." Really? You're the manage, you are responsible for this fiasco and yet you aren't even going to give me a discount? She replied, "No ma'am." After giving her a couple more opportunities to make it right and her refusal to do so, I got my refund, asked for her name, and left. I've never experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction and I would not recommend this location to anyone! I've heard others complain about the service at the Millbrook KFC and now I understand why. I hope someone in upper management pays attention to reviews because I doubt I'm the only customer they have lost.

KFC employee

I am right now sitting in the Fredonia, New York location. I was waited on by a young girl coughing and just couldn't keep her fingers away from her nose. I dont think that she felt real well, but boy was she grumpy. I would hope that if she didn't feel well that management would let her go home, but I didn't see her ask anyone. I was thankful she wasnt working with the food directly, but shes close enough at the counter touching things. I didn't get her name, but she was the only one cashing people out.
I dont normally complain, but this being a sanitary issue. She could also use some people skills.

KFC my order

I ordered a popcorn chicken meal with a large mashed potato and gravy, large wedges, large string and several kfc hot sauce. When I got home I realized the biscuit was Dowie, I did not get my large drink, and my popcorn chicken was not even 3/4 of the way full in my container, and I got no sauces. I have attempted seven times to contact the store and not once did they answer. I have had problems in the past and at this point I'm very discouraged and not sure if I will ever go to that location again. I would really appreciate a response send a call back at [protected]..

KFC the entire store

I went to get the new mac n cheese bowl, after waiting 15 mins in drive thru line. I was told they did not have any and I could wait 30 min for them to make it. Returned the next day again no mac n cheese and no soda, cashier was mopping floors and said that due to corporate cut backs they did not have these items. returned 3 rd day and was told they still did not have mac n cheese or soda, but if I wanted to wait 30 min they would make some. This is the last straw 3 days in a row !
