KFC Fried chicken & assistant manager's behavior

Evening of 1/2/22 purchase of 2 12 piece buckets from the Gate City Blvd Greensboro NC location (order 3146532), the chicken had a burnt electrical fire odor, called the restaurant & was told the fryer was being repaired, return the chicken (uneatable) for a refund. 1/3/22 returned the chicken, assistant manager Latisha Townsend said I would need to get a refund online since the order was thru the KFC online app. I explained what I was told, Latisha seemed to take this personally, became very unprofessional & her loud behavior became scary. She refused to give me the online phone number, contact information of the store manager & tried to bring a customer who was waiting for his food into the conversation. She was wearing a KFC uniform & was at that time the picture of KFC to me. Her behavior needs to be addressed by management at the highest level. I'm a registered nurse & think the chicken that was allowed to leave the restaurant on 1/2/22 was potentially harmful to eat, I'm working with the local Health Department about that. I left with the chicken, no refund and a very bad image of KFC. We average getting food from KFC about 2-3 times/month.

Desired outcome: Would like the $45..88 refund, the management to address Latisha's behavior & the staff to understand the harm of letting potentially unsafe food leave the restuarant.tion

KFC Recent visit to KFC in Maple Shade NJ was a disaster.

Went through the drive in. Ordered six Chicken tenders and french fries. Also indicated I would like barbeque sauce. Gave my credit card and they handed me a bag. Sadly, when I got home there was no French fries or barbeque sauce. I did not receive a receipt so I do not know what i paid for.
All I know is that Popeyes is looking much more inviting.

I called local store, no answer.
I call customer service, still ringing.. No answer.
Highly disappointed...

KFC Sexual harassment

On 24th of November we had a Christmas party with the colleagues since we closed early, we were all drinking and happy the I went to the toilet to pee an my supervisor followed me and closed the door, I tried to fight for him to open the door, calling help and the door was banging
My other colleagues could see but didn't open cuz the assumed were sleeping together. now my life is a living hell, everyone is talking about it and I can't concentrate at work anymore because of the traumer

Desired outcome: I want my supervisor to explain to everyone at work the main reason why he followed me in the toilet and refused when I wanted to come out, I want him to apologize in front of all our colleagues and for me to gain my dignity back

KFC Service at KFC Gulf Mall.Gharaffa Branch

We have ordered Dipping boxes and our number was 84 .We were in the queue for more than half hour and I was standing there right at the desk and they ignored me and went on till 90 .Then I had to raise my voice to get mine done .They did mine but many of the items mentioned in the order was missing.They even served the drink on their choice.We had to get up from the dining table to the outlet twice asking for the missing items. This is such a ridiculous way of treating a customer.It clearly shows how racist some people are, especially the two lady Philipinos counter staff.

My strips are old they have been refried and are chewy. Now I'm starving on my lunch break. Fries are cold why are they serving left over food? This is unacceptable

KFC LACK of wearing masks. Covid-19.

Sunday 19th December, 4.15pm.
Location KFC 208 McGuinness Boulevard, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Staff not wearing mask at 208 McGuinness Boulevard, Brooklyn, NY 11222. Store is clearly labeled that ALL employees and guests to wear masks. Staff are exposed to food and customers. No managers were present.

Covid-19 cases are on the rise. UNACCEPTABLE.

Desired outcome: Staff to be reprimanded.

KFC Refund me

Ordered a zinger box meal with corn and an extra chips instead of a drink and a zinger meal with extra chips instead of a drink

I got a zinger box meal and a zinger burger with 2 portions of mash potato?

Who wants mash with a burger? Not me!

If they'd run out of chips I'd of been happy to wait rather than get home to be disappointed

Poor service KFC Keighley

If you've run out of something just tell the customer and at least give them the option don't just give them something you need to get rid of

They did manage to put in half a portion of chips with the zinger box meal which is what makes me think they'd run out of chips

KFC Dining room closed

You KFC location in Forest City, NC has been closed for a long time. It is crazy-why can't you open it? We have not eaten there since it has been closed & will not until it is open. No excuse for keeping it closed. A lot of elderly people live here & they do not like to use the drive though. If you are not going to open the dining room-they close the store down! We have Chick-fil-A here now & Cookout is coming. Chick-fil-A dining room has been open since they opened! Shame on you KFC!

Your KFC location in Forest City, NC has had the dining room closed for a very long time now & we are fed up with it. We now have Chick-fil-A who's dining room has been open since they opened-that is where we go now. Will not eat at your place until dining room is open. A lot of eldery people live here & they do NOT like using the drive through. We also have Cookout comiing so we will not need to give you our money anymore.

KFC I was shorted 4 pieces of chicken from the 12 pc meal

Drive through ordered and charged for 12 pc meal. Went to our destination for dinner and we were short 4 pieces only 8 in bucket. It had a negative effect on the dinner party.

KFC Fill up meal

Went through drive thru and got a fill up meal. The chicken was not done potatoes were cold and I paid 26.29 for it. Could not eat it and usually the food is good. Would appreciate another meal because I had to throw out. We buried my aunt and it was our dinner. But didn't get to eat ir. Thank you

KFC Local store

My husband went to KFC 1410 North Expressway, Griffin, GA 30223 on 12/05/21 and picked me up a meal that was incorrect. I ordered mashed potatoes with no gravy, sweet tea with no ice and mac n cheese. They left the mac n cheese out, they put gravy on the potatoes and ice in the tea. He gave it back to them to correct and did not check it when leaving because he assumed it was correct after having given it back to correct. Someone purposely put their black curly hair in the food. There was so much in there it had to be placed there. I am an RN and my husband a Paramedic. We work hard for our money to pay for nastiness.

My husband went to KFC 1410 North Expressway, Griffin, GA 30223 on 12/05/21 and picked me up a meal that was incorrect. He gave it back to them to correct and did not check it when leaving because he assumed it was correct after having given it back to correct. Someone purposely put their black curly hair in the food.
