Ken Stough/gator general contractingdoesn't pay his bills

Ken Stough does not pay his debts. He hired me to help him with a property he said he owned(he doesn"t) He said he was short on cash and couldn't pay right away (he refuses to pay for the work I did). He rented the home several months ago and went on vacation instead of paying the people who did the work for him.
He also refused to pay the plumber and electrician.
Now the home is being subjected to lien and Stough is due in court on 12 November, 2009 on this matter.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

This is a complete fabrication of the truth, and has NO merit. This issue has been dealt with in court, and the complaintent's case was thrown out by the judge. The person posting this complaint was never "hired" to help on this property, and has been trying everything he can to slander my husbands name. He is also saying the name is Gator General Contracting which it is not our registered name.

The home is NOT subject to lien as indicated. The plumber WAS paid in full, and there was never an electrician hired for the project, as Ken Stough did all the electrical work himself. Anyone who was or will be in the future "Hired" to do a job get paid. Ken's excellent quality of work speaks for itself. We have many references if anyone wants them.

Our said vacation, was to visit and stay with my parents who live out of state, which had been planned and scheduled almost a year in advance.
