Purchased Frosted Strawberry Pop Tarts with expiration date June 5, 2021. There is 12 in the box. When I opened the box to try, found out they are hard as a rock. Can I get a refund sent to me? We love these pop tarts with all the flavors. If this happens again we will stop buying these.

My son opened it this morning and ate a bowl of it. With milk. Afterward he told me there were a few ants on the table. I was horrified, not knowing how they got on the table as it is an acrylic material and ants/ bugs can't hold on. I spent the entire day scrubbing, spraying and scrubbing my entire kitchen, twice and I am 68 year old and arthritic.. About an hour ago, my son was going to have a snack of raisin bran crunch and milk and it was then he niticed many little ants i. The bag. He immediately got very ill, I am fairly sure from anxiety. This is not acceptable. I is also fairly expensive. I will bring it back to the store, but I threw away the receipt please make us whole again and fix this, situation

Opened a brand new box yesterday 8/18/20 morning and poured myself a bowl of raisin bran. Put my milk on and began eating after a few minutes started noticing bugs floating and moving in my bowl, needless to say not happy about this. I understand some bugs will happen, but looks like kelloggs has a big problem. I thought about posting a pic on social media but did not so here is my pic. The box being unopened as well as inner bag being well sealed makes me wonder if you have a problem in manufacturing or supply.
Not sure how you can resolve this as I won't be buying raisin bran anymore. Please let me know how you wish to resolve. I did not get any numbers off the box as had not really thought I would file complaint, however I did check date use by, and it was still in date.

My parents found bugs alive and kicking in their cereal. They found them kind of too late, so I'm disgusted they were eating this cereal the whole week! One started flying as well. I have no proof as my parents threw it away before they told me this issue. Defintely going to hold off on buying this brand!

I am so sick to my stomach to think that I had consumed your Cereal with bugs inside.
I just served myself a bowl, and left it on the counter for a couple of minutes, usually I eat it right away, and what do I find little tiny bugs crawling on the side of my bowl. I just opened this bag yesterday, I keep the cereal in plastic container for easier handling, went to plastic containers more bugs on side of it. Totally Totally Disgusting.

I was eating a bowl of frosted flakes and something cracked on my tooth I pulled what I could from my mouth it was something that looked like a piece of frosted flake but hard like a rock I really didn't pay any attention until the next morning when I was brushing my teeth that I noticed my tooth was cracked and a piece was missing from my tooth and it does hurt a little i'm pretty sure over time it will get worse I wasn't going to say anything but I think I should in case it does get worse over time

We opened our box of cereal to find bugs alive and doing well. There were to many to count so we threw the box out and took pictures.

I have always loved this cereal because it held up in milk and the cereal clusters were a yummy bonus. Now you've gone and "improved" it by giving me slightly sweetened Rice Krispies w candy marshmallows. What a sorry improvement. Bring back the original, this sucks. Now I've got to figure out what to do w this stuff. I guess make my own Rice Krispie treats. 😡😞

new box of kellogg mini wheats contain some kind of very hard substance in the cereal pieces. It looks like a popcorn kernal, we have found them in 2 different bowls...so it is not a random seed, stone, kernal or whatever it is, I've bought mini wheats forever and not had a problem like this.

Check it out and send me a replacement box as I didn't break a tooth but it could happen with the hardness of the kernal.

This commercial airs incessantly. That girl is the rudest and most disrespectful little brat. My husband loves raisin bran and used to eat a box a week. Since this came out I told him no more. I now buy an organic brand at Kroger. What ad agency would think THIS was a good idea. Pull the ad. That child needs to be snatched off her bike, grounded, and have her mouth washed out with soap.

Please put the weak dad and the smart alec girl on the bicycle back on The Simpson's where they belong. As a parent, it's hard enough teaching my three daughters about respect without watching it constantly on your boring unmotivating commercial. I can't even focus on your product for just wanting to change the channel as soon as it comes on! Fire your marketing department and start over. Get someone with some creativity.

I was thinking some Raisin Bran would be nice so I grabbed a familiar box. When I went to eat some cereal OH MY that was not what I was expecting. It didn't taste anything like the Raisin Bran I knew and enjoyed. I'm not one to return products! Each time I had some cereal I would pick out as much oat things as I could find. My point is I was looking for the original and in stead got something totally different. Maybe you could change the box enough so people can distinguish between the two types of cereal.

My concern is the cherry pop tarts because I have purchased over quite a few years and for the last few times I have received them something has been a miss. The icing looks like it was finger painted on, whether it is machine or person the icing job is unsatisfactory because it looks bad and it doesn't even cover . So I have pics for u to see and I know I'm not the only one who has noticed but to me kelloggs surely would want this matter improved. Hello. I recently opened a box of Corn Pops that I purchased last month and they were completely stale from the first bite . Normally I would just return the product to the grocery where it was purchased (Publix in Neptune Beach, Florida) but I LOVE this cereal. Its been my favorite all of my life, going back to "Sugar Pops" days. I figured you would rather know about the issue than not. I'm not looking for anything out of this besides fresh cereal when I open my next box.

No more for me. When any company uses children to push an agenda via perverse groups such as GLAAD then I'm done with them. Good luck trying to indoctrinate our future. There's no reason for this cRap to be pushed because somehow companies feel like they're doing the world a favor - it doesn't sell and I will certainly pass this to as many friends and family I can. Ridiculous.

New box of Special K fruit and yogurt cereal, pulled up plastic sealed bag to cut open, it had moths inside ! Alive, crawling around ! Purchases Oct 10, 2019 and the expiration date is June, 27, 2020 . the bag is still sealed, and the moths are still alive ! Makes me nauseated . I called them and they were going to email me so i could reply with pictures. Never got the email !

Just found my cereal full of small round bugs crawling inside and outside the box. Not the first time I noticed this with Raisin Bran. I've bought 2 other cereals with the same things, and brushed them off thinking it was part of the cereal. I'm disgusted realizing that I've been eating these critters. This will likely be the last time I EVER buy this brand again.

I bit into the Rice Crispy treat and I had bit into part of a worm. This is absolutely disgusting!
I hope that I don't get ill from this, these were new, just bought yesterday at a Kroger store in London, Kentucky.
I will be passing this along to others that buy your treats so they can be checked before eating.
We need to discuss what happens from here!
I'm completely disturbed that I ate a worm, what are you going to do about it?
