I got a roof installed by the said company in August 2010, and after various attempts they still have not fixed the roof that is still leaking, and damaging my property. Attach you aslo find the last message I wrote to them, they did however send some one out on the the last day (Thursday) but have untill now not done anything yet. My mobile is [protected].
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
A complain was lodge and published on your web page by Eugene Keyser. We were not given a notice of the complain by you or worst to even reply and defend ourselves against the complain. When you do a search especially on Google the bad publicity comes up which have a bad reflection on our Company, whilst It was not even our fault and the complainant complain is malicious and you by publish it without even giving us the opportunity to put the right picture on the table. The complainant surely do not read the contract he is signing, it reflects on his intelligence! this is abolutely malicious and even complainsboard.com are walking on very thin ice. If this whole claim is not withdrawn legal steps will be taken against complainsboard.com and Eugene Keyser
The contract to install the trusses and tiles was not between Kelbrick's Roof Trusses but between the contracters: MJ Best Contracters and Lucky Masilela. It seems that the complainent can not read and or neither undertand the tender and conditions which he signed. (because of education ?)!
