KBL Solicitors solicitor

I visited this morning 17/05/19 around 11 am, the receptionist, a very very old woman, I told her that From one of your solicitor (I told her the name of solicitor) replied my email that he had posted earlier this week some important documents to me which I till today have not received, I requested her to check with the dispatch section, when did they post it, she Rudely replied "NO", I then asked her if I can wait to see the concern solicitor, again she Rudely replied, No, and then said to me, okay, Means, you go out of office.

KBL is a good Law firm but if clients get this kind of insulting attitude from your member of staff, it's not acceptable.

I will never recommend anyone, on the contrary I will ask people not to contact KBL.

KBL Solicitors solicitor

Absolutely shocking tactics used by their family law department. Intimidation, bullying and downright lies used...even telling me midway through a conversation that I was being recorded. Now backtracking telling me they never record conversations & not to ring the offices again?!? Truly wish she had so had proof of the nasty piece of work she is. Will be reporting to Law Society. Doesn't give option of zero star but not even worth that!
