I was approved yesterday for a Kay jewelers account. After trying to place my order I find out that there is a balance on my new Kay jewelers card but no confirmation on my order. After back and forth calls to the card account and Kay jewelers still have not been able to place my order or clear up any balances. I also find out two of the bracelets I tried to order are now out of stock. So What do I do next ?
