Katukina Rapé Shamanic Rapé Snuffpolice investigations, 2016 psychoactives act, death threats against court witnesses, police raids, criminalization of ayahuasca

M Jan 10, 2019 Review updated:

Police investigations and death threats from customers and friends of katukina. Katukina sells shamanic snuff, aka known as shamanic rapé from plymouth in the united kingdom. They have been referred to the police in the united kingdom regarding supplying psychoactives in violation of the 2016 act. They pretended they were not but the texts of legal documents explain that all novel highs as well as substances intended to alter conscious are prohibited. The penalty is 7 years in prison.

Katukina represent a large ayahuasca community troubled by legal cases, bans and criminalization of their work in the courts. They are friends with iceers, an organization that will help unethical people, if the cause is on the line. Iceers were involved in encouraging nasty abuse toward someone wrongly scapegoated for a police raid.

Customers of katukina opened up an ayahuasca centre in defiance of the law and started trafficking in lsd and marijuana. When they were raided, they and others in the plant medicine community threatened to murder a witness that only got involved after being threatened with murder and violence.

He was not the police informant but foresaw the raid, and the subsequent fires that were the karma of threatening to murder him. The plant medicine people using the shamanic snuff or rapé turned on a shaman and threatened to break his legs, put him in a wheelchair and in essence saying talk to the police and we will kill you.

Each time the plant medicine people snorting katukina rapé they turned against him he had visions of fires destroying retreat centres in the ayahuasca scene in portugal.

The plant medicine community claimed he was making up prophecies to make fear, and was sick, evil, twisted, deranged, a (censor), a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor).

Several friends of the céu do cruzeiro de luz were brought before portuguese criminal court and served with an injunction prohibiting death threats, mockery, criminal harassment and witness tampering.

The police in 2018 started raiding ayahuasca retreats in portugal investigating children being given ayahuasca, cannabis farms, drug dealing, impersonation of officials, people hiding from the police and investigating the sale of ayahuasca outside of ceremony.

Simultaneously adrian freedman's eternal heart centre was closed down facing investigations into tax evasion, giving substances to babies and children, witness harassment and importing substances in ways to avoid police detection.

The authorities took an interest in frmally banning ayahuaca in portugal and reversing the appeals from the céu do cruzeiro de luz seeking permission to use the substance. They were denied several times, when they were involved in threatening a court witness with murder, the public ministry got involved and took a dim view of their work.

Also the santo daime church in haarleem was criminalized in 2018. It was in part due to a group of people from the netherlands church that believed threatening police witnesses with murder, or mocking them as sick and evil, or threatening to finish them off, or to malign them is of an evil mind, was wise.

Personal use of marijuana is tolerated in portugal, but santo daime church members opening ayahuasca centres and growing many kilos of it, whilst dealing in lsd and other substances, and then making fun of the witness to criminal court, is not.

But the history of the santo daime church is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities on the other,

In what will probably go down as the biggest disaster in the santo daime church since the inception of the movement in brazil, the santo daime in portugal, assisted by santo daime people in the netherlands decided to blame the spiritual guru for the police raid and proceeded to make threats to murder, with others lending support.

The support for threats of violence against the spiritual guru was extensive and involved numerous retreat centres as well as importers of the santo daime church. Representatives of the santo daime church claimed he was a rapist, an arsonist, a child abuser, a pedophile evil, sick, twisted and the like.

The police took the cannabis away and posted on their website about the police raid. Representatives of the santo daime church tried to lie and malign the one threatened with murder as a sick and evil liar, threatening to smear him online if he talked to court as a witness.

He was threatened with serious injury, violence and murder.

The tribunal made an injunction against those responsible for the witness harassment, process number of the criminal tribunal is 1544.18.3t9 gmr tribunal oliveira do hospital, portugal.

The police also got involved and filed complaints with the prosecution and the tribunal for witness harassment conducted by members of the santo daime church headed by adrian freedman.

Adrian freedman was served with particulars of claim for criminal harassment, a cease and desist order prohibiting further incitement of violence or mockery, as well as prohibiting circulation of private data and was told never to return to portugal.

He thought that finding people to mock a witness as a peodophile was funny, but life taught him a lesson, by way of the state banning his santo daime and renewing their efforts to outlaw the activities of the santo daime church.

The history of the santo daime is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities.

The adf showed no interest in correcting statements that implied a police witness was undermining the sanctity of the ayahuasca movement in portugal, which encouraged people to post disgusting abuse.

As a result the one threatened with murder and violence explained the problems to the public prosecutors in the netherlands.

The criminal court of appeal in early 2018 in a landmark ruling after 21 years of tolerance, ruled against the santo daime after the church pre-emptively started a war with the netherlands state in 2016, which they lost also.

Unsurprisingly katukina also landed themselves in trouble, incurring a police investigation, in response to supplying nasty people with substances, sometimes in violation of court bans. Friends of katukina, people supplied with iboga and ayahuasca, tried luring the witness into remote country to be 'dealt with' under the guise of reconciliation. When that did not work, they threatened to appear on the doorstep and make violence, or murder.

The tribunal made an injunction against those responsible for the witness harassment, process number of the criminal tribunal is 1544.18.3t9 gmr tribunal oliveira do hospital, portugal.

Police reports were filed with devon and cornwall police about the trafficking in shamanic rapé, a potentially banned psychoactive substance. Their directors were named in police reports and the problems around witness mockery and harassment from their loyal customer base explained in depth.

Now katukina are known to the police for trafficking in substances as well as exporting and importing substances into the united kingdom, under the false name of world teas. Very rarely do they ship tea, but often they ship psychedelics and psychoactives, flouting laws in defiance, the usual defence is to play poor me when the dawn raids come.

A criminal court ruled differently and made findings of witness harassment, death threats, threats to murder and criminal defamation, injuncting the offenders responsible. Paul hayman of katukina supplied many of the snuffs used in bad ayahuasca works.

Friends of katukina snorting the snuff turned nasty, malicious and made death threats whilst on police bail, threatened a witness into being quiet under threat of nasties and others in the ayahuasca movement claimed to be able to murder the shaman.

Each time they turned against the shaman he had visions of fires destroying retreat centres in the ayahuasca scene in portugal. Several brothers and sisters tried to defame the shaman as a criminal, as an evil-doer, a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted) and a (redacted) and claimed he was making up prophecies of fire, but fires burned down their homes and retreat centres.

The eternal heart group and representatives of the santo daime church headed by one senior called adrian freedman, turned on the shaman labelling him sick, evil, (censor), a peodophile, a (censor), a (censor), a (censor) and would be killed, murdered, hurt, sent to hospital and was threatened with being finished off.

Suffice to say, the fires that came again and again, were the acts from god, finishing off the mockers and giving them the karmic lessons that come from criminal hubris.

The santo daime centres appear to burn down as a karmic reaction in response to guru's grounded in the astral power, being threatened with murder, violence and death.

The santo daime in the netherlands lost their battle to get legalization for ayahuasca and katukina incurred a police investigation for supplying the snuff, as well as doing business with people that collectively made many attempts to blame someone for a police raid,. Make trouble for their families and then intimidate them with nasties.

Customers of katukina routinely be nasty to a court witness believing it will spare their ayahuasca from being banned but it has been banned and now katukina are under police investigation.

A strike off application was been made by Adrian Freedman, the partner of Noriko Moonbird Takahashi, to dissolve his religious organization known as the Eternal Heart Centre Ltd from the Companies House register in the United Kingdom. Registered Company 06258193.

Eternal Heart was a cover name to pretend to the authorities the organization was about love, but it was a mask for a psuedo-criminal substance trafficking operation, organizing substance retreats illegally, in multiple countries. The role of the organization was to organize and import Santo Daime in multiple countries, often without legal permission.

As per Charlotte Walsh's ADF website, which admits to the absence of permission

The UDV attempted to gain recognition as a Religious Collective in Portugal but was denied 3 times by the Portuguese Religious Liberty Commission (CLR). In 2014, a branch of Santo Daime in Portugal, the Céu do Cruzeiro de Luz, created the association Comunidade Daimista de Portugal (CDP). This association, in addition to its ecological objectives, aims for recognition as a formal religious institution in Portugal, however the Portuguese government has denied the CDP a few times, including in 2012.

    Santo Daime

A branch of the Santo Daime, Céu de Cruzeiro de Luz, has been fighting for recognition as a formal religious institution in Portugal for many years. In 2004, the church applied for recognition in the RNPC National Registry of Collective – Religious, Non-Catholic Persons. After years of waiting, it gained the status of a civil association – though not an official religion. In 2011, the church applied for recognition as a religion as well as for authorization to use its sacrament in its ceremonies, but was denied.

The case that the Santo Daime was refused permission is beyond dispute and thus they were operating illegally in Portugal, despite the fact that the leader was investigated in the UK by the Serious Crimes police for importing substances and fraudulently evading duty on imported Santo Daime.

Once members of the Santo Daime threatened the witness with murder and the Data Commissioner forced them to turn over the data, they filed for dissolution. They had to close down their operations.

Eternal Heart implies Eternal Love which in spiritual terms equates to God's Love, the foundation of all reality.

They claimed to be of love but the truth is that defiled God's Love in many ways, stuck their fingers up at the Holy Doctrine of Mestre Irineu, they labelled a Shaman established in Ayahuasca as sick, evil, twisted and a peodophile, were involved in threatening to murder him, and by so doing, debased their own Santo Daime practice.

In this case they manifested a curse of prohibition for the Santo Daime, a lesson in healing their egos, humbled by circumstance, in the experience of loss and suffering, maybe then can find healing and atonement for hubris, for arrogance, hatred, evil, maliciousness and plain bad respect.

The one threatened with murder by a representative of the Santo Daime Church was always in favour of freedom of religion and indeed freedom for the Santo Daime, when balanced with moral responsibility. He was a key advocate for legalization of the responsible use of Ayahuasca and Santo Daime. but then they turned on him, did not heed the prophecies and manifested the karma of misfortune and prohibition that his prophecies were designed to avoid.

They, the Santo Daime people in Portugal and representatives of the Church in the Netherlands, also made serious mistakes in conduct, in public, for the authorities, police and the Courts to see, including threatening to murder police witnesses, trafficking in illegal substances at publically advertised retreat centres, disrespect to society, malicious abuse, irresponsible behaviour, blaming others, dishonesty, hubris and a lack of integrity, and the debacle will no doubt bring very bad luck to the Santo Daime.

Recommendations were made to AVOID the scandal, the response from one of the key members of the Santo Daime Church was that he would be murdered, killed or sent to hospital.

Others in the Santo Daime Church decided to say that he was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored). The one threatened with murder offered peace terms, as well as suggestions to spare their practice from prohibition, but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored) or labelled as a (censor) of (censor).

When given an opportunity to sign an undertaking agreeing not to commit further acts of violence against the witness, one of the key supervisors of the Santo Daime Church in Europe claimed he would be murdered and the police would not be able to do anything about it.

Others in the Church before several Court hearings tried to threaten him to not speak to the Court under threat of being defamed as sick and evil. In fact, it was implied that many in the Church would make blogs claiming the witness was sick and evil, encouraging a judge to make findings of witness harassment.

In ancient Greek, Hubris referred to actions that shamed and humiliated the victim for the pleasure or gratification of the abuser.

In this case people in the Santo Daime snorted up shamanic snuff, poked fun at a Shaman claiming he would be murdered, killed, was a (censor), should fear for his life, was mentally deranged, sick, evil and the like.

Even operators of spiritual retreat centres got involved, helping people to spout abuse at him, or giving the silent approval for people to poke fun at him, saying he was a (censor), a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and would flounder in hell for eternity, and murdered before the police could help.

It was a very bad mistake that was compounded again and again until God intervened and sent the fires.

They derived pleasure from abuse and mockery of the Shaman grounded in the astral power, the karmic reactions were devastating. It was a manifestation of nemesis that follows from hubris.

In ancient Greek religion, Nemesis was the goddess who enacted retribution against those who succumb to hubris (arrogance before the gods).100 people were killed in the fires and many homes and retreat centres burnt to the ground, as prophecized. The families brought dishonour and disgrace to all within the Santo Daime, they invoked a karmic curse of prohibition for the Santo Daime. They disgraced themselves in front of the world and are a manifestation of all that is bad in the Santo Daime.

They wanted fame and fortune for Ayahuasca, but the act of threatening to kill the Shaman, and a police witness threatened with murder as well, and then labelling him sick and evil, goes beyond any notion of comprehensibility.

They called him stupid, a plank-head, an idiot, a (censor) and a (censor) but made a series of mistakes that defy common sense. They also made those mistakes in public, they showed the authorities that a public Ayahuasca centre has no qualms about mocking Court witnesses, or threatening to kill people, and then lying about it or slurring them as sick and evil to deflect away their own moral rottenness.

They are in essence making a statement saying we can do what we like, break the laws of the country, threaten to murder people and blame other people for our problems.

This shows spiritual immaturity and ignorance, for all to see, and it bodes bad for the Santo Daime.

The response from various representatives of the Santo Daime Church is that they have been disadvantaged and had their Ayahuasca practice debased and as a result, believe a Shaman should be murdered or put in a wheelchair, or scaoegoated for a police raid, or his family should expect problems related to serious violence.

Many people in Portugal lent assistance to the behaviour and there is much proof, many of them ran spiritual retreat centres touting themselves as being of high integrity and wisdom, or vessels of pure honesty and truth, then the fires of 2017 taught them lessons in humility and put a stop to their work.

Clearly all this is most unfortunate for the Santo Daime Church.

The truth is that all the appalling behaviour from the Santo Daime brothers and sisters in Portugal and the Netherlands is clear for all the authorities to see and they are all the architects of their own downfall and demise, they are disadvantaged by their own karma and contempt for the laws of Portugal.

Many people gave blessing and support to those who threatened to murder him it was because too much Ayahuasca and cannabis destroyed their awareness and moral sensitivities, and made them behave irresponsibly.

Documented members of the Santo Daime Church made threats to murder whilst on bail for trafficking substances, they were helped by many others also of the Santo Daime which explains why the Santo Daime Church is filled with the karma of black stones, and the karma of renewed prohibition for its work in multiple countries.

In what can be described as a monumental disaster in the plant medicine community a shaman threatened with murder and violence saw in visions fires burning down retreat centres involved in snorting Katukina Rape in Ayahuasca ceremonies.

In what seems like a X Files case, the fires only go to the places involved in being nasty to the Shaman. They all decided to poke fun and laughing at him, making peurile jokes and claiming he was making prophecies of fire to make fear, but then the fires came and destroyed their homes and retreat centres.

They snorted Katukina Rape, supplied in large amounts by Katukina, drank Ayahuasca and smoked weed, sometimes with alcohol and then consecrated the intentions to be nasty to a Shaman grounded in the astral power.

Fires aside, the Court came down heavily on the offenders,

Court Reference Number is 1544.18.3T9 GMR Tribunal Oliveira do Hospital.

Injunction for Criminal Harassment and Witness Mockery, Threats to Murder, Trafficking in Substances, LSD, Marijuana, Ayahuasca.

The fire curse appears an unstoppable Act of God, it might be it is the curse of the Gods for the plant medicine people poking fun at shamans with special powers, or just extremely unlucky coincidence.

But each time they were nasty or not repentant for their misdeeds, he foresaw another fire, and another, and another..

Adrian Freedman lost his battle with the authorities to procure freedom for his Santo Daime. It started in 2010 with Encontro 2010, a business that was started by Mr Freedman for large scale Santo Daime works involving hundreds of people in the United Kingdom. At that time, some members of the Church boasted about how they could insert people in Customs and Excise undercover to wave through vast amounts of Santo Daime substance.

When Adrian Freedman attempted to order enough Santo Daime from Brazil for 600 people for one week of works, Customs and Excise impounded the substance, made raids on various houses in Totnes, taking away vast quantities of Santo Daime tea that was never returned to the group. He was brought before Court, and the prosecution said in a letter that they did not accept that the DMT in the Santo Daime fell outside of prohibition. He was told explicitly that further attempts to import the substance would result in prosecution. After almost 2 years on bail, with an anklet and subjected to other severe restrictions, no charges was brought, but it ended the Santo Daime in the United Kingdom.

To quote his own words from a site, citing fair use:-

However the situation is far from over, as the Prosecution also wrote in their letter that It is not accepted that the N-Dimethyltrptamie (DMT) found in the tea falls outside prohibition imposed by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. In other words they still maintain that ayahuasca is illegal and so fresh attempts to import it could result in arrest or prosecution. Quite where this leaves us in terms of next steps is difficult to say, at least until after the next court hearing, but both Adrian and (removed) are committed to continuing this battle until the use of the Daime as a sacrament is given the legal recognition it deserves.

It would be honest opinion to say continuing the battle means continuing to import the substance, illegally, an intention reflected in his very own words.

Soon after, in 2012 the Portuguse authorities specifically denied permission for the use of Santo Daime substance in ceremonies, the Church in Portugal tried three times to get legalization, but failed. They were told no.

But in 2013 and 2014, Adrian Freedman with the help of Monte Mariposa Retreat Centre run by Andy Pears from the UK, along with Miguel Abreu, as well as Gravito Retreat Centre, run by Miguel Humblet and Shobha Brennan, hosted ceremonies without legal permission. To compound to the problem, the gatherings became degenerate, places to smoke pot, weed, marijuana, etc, and to deal in other substances prohibited by law.

It is averred Gravito became uncomfortable with the gatherings fearing police raids as Adrian Freedman ran out of places to host the gatherings, they also had problems getting enough Santo Daime. Still on a quest to make big Santo Daime and cannabis parties in Portugal, he enlisted others to set up retreat centres that could host such events, using people willing to import Santo Daime concentrates illegally, and people willing to grow vast amounts of marijuana to be sold and shared at gatherings.

Mestre Irineu was against the use of marijuana, but Adrian Freedman's works were of his own making, by his rules, run by assistants with alcohol and substance abuse issues, grappling with mental health and respect problems, and people that believed drinking alcohol after Ayahuasca ceremony was a wise idea. The combination of ayahuasca, alcohol and cannabis makes people degenerate and makes the works not spiritual works, but illegal substance abuse parties, plain and simple.

In 2014 he was told to tidy up the act, but had no power over the group as they did not respect him, if Adrian told them not to smoke marijuana, they smoked it anyway. By the end of 2014 his quest for freedom for Santo Daime became a quest to be powerful in Portugal for large scale Santo Daime and cannabis smoking events, in a country where the first is prohibited, and the second prohibited to traffick or distribute to others. Personal use of marijuana is tolerated in Portugal, but Santo Daime Church members opening Ayahuasca centres and growing many kilos of it, whilst dealing in LSD and other substances, is not.

But the history of the Santo Daime is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities. The problem was moral grounding and ethical responsibility, qualities Adrian Freedman and his people showed no interest in developing, because Santo Daime mixed with cannabis takes them away, as explained in a free ebook called Santo Daime Revealed Drugs, Lies and Fraud.

The author explains how he was threatened with murder also, explaining why the Santo Daime has spoiled itself by using marijuana in works. He explains how it messes up people's energy fields, makes them deranged and mentally unstable, sometimes causing psychosis requiring professional mental health treatment with medication.

The truth is that Adrian Freedman uses other people to do his 'dirty work' namely trafficking in the substance and growing marijuana for events, and has other people that can make trouble for people that defend themselves against threats of violence and murder. Because he got it wrong, his people got it wrong too, culminating in a police raid on a centre he denied founding, but he founded it, with his blessing, and provided the Santo Daime.

The Santo Daime in Portugal thought it was the fault of someone who foretold the troubles, Adrian Freedman's associates and friends got involved in behaviour which constitutes witness harassment for which there is no legal excuse, it also was conducted by many people and consitututed 'cultural intimidation' against the witness by the Santo Daime who was not an informant on the police raid.

But Adrian Freedman's people thought he was, labelling him a sick, evil, mentally deranged (censor) and a (censor) and several times threats to murder were made, as well as attempts to make him not go to the Tribunal as a witness to threats of murder and criminal defamation. Adrian Freedman looked the other way and blessed the behaviour, an action that spoiled him, as he learned lying oneself out of a situation or supporting witness vilification and mockery, spelt doom for his Santo Daime.

In early 2018 Adrian Freedman finally gave up on his quest to free the Santo Daime, taking down webinars where he portrayed himself as a poor me victim to the authorities, but in truth he is just a member of a criminalized substance trafficking organization that collapsed as a result of threatening people with murder and violence to advance the Santo Daime.

He brought so much woe and trouble to his family and to the family of his wife, bringing them all into dishonour and shame, he finally gave up.

His Eternal Heart business was closed down and dissolved, his associates dealt with by police and the Courts, Adrian Freedman realized after the fires that his work in Portugal was finished, and is finished.

His behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities. His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, retreat centres hosting him claimed he was a gay (censor) and a (censor) and poked fun at him claiming he was making prophecies of fire to make fear.

His life work to free the Santo Daime ended in humiliating defeat, disgrace, dishonour and losses, as everything about his Santo Daime was destroyed, culminating in a landmark ruling in Holland AGAINST the Santo Daime after 21 years of tolerance.

The main decision from the Amsterdam Court of Appeal is that the import, possession, and use of Ayahuasca leads to an unacceptable danger to public health. This means that, Santo Daime works in the Netherlands are illegal.

The Court lent toward the side of public safety and implied public safety supersedes any freedom of religion.

Adrian Freedman LOST the war for freedom of the Santo Daime, his brothers and sisters involved in making death threats and mockery of people who foresee fires, lost their homes and centres to freak wildfires, they LOST their quest to be powerful in Portugal for Ayahuasca.

Their power was taken from them by God, those who consecrated hubris in Santo Daime works, lost everything, their professional standing, their homes, their centres, their legal freedoms and some were injuncted by a criminal court.

Adrian Freedman was spoiled by his own darkness and hubris, reinforced by long standing 'Totnes Hubris'.

He drank too much Santo Daime and smoked too much marijuana, everyone else followed him, became contemptuous druggies, undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal, and ultimately, bringing a renewed curse of prohibition and intolerance for Santo Daime.

Adrian Freedman's associates and friends got involved in behaviour which constitutes witness harassment for which there is no legal excuse, it also was conducted by many people and consitututed 'cultural intimidation' against the witness by the Santo Daime who was not an informant on the police raid.

But Adrian Freedman's people thought he was, labelling him sick, evil, mentally deranged and other obscenities and several times threats to murder were made, as well as attempts to make him not go to the Tribunal as a witness to threats of murder and criminal defamation.

People in the Santo Daime threatened the life of a police witness that only got involved with the authorities after he was threatened with violence and murder, and defamed as sick and evil.

Katukina's role was to supply various substances to those involved in nasties, threats of violence and other bad behaviours, when they were told, they continued to supply the substances in defiance of the law.

The police in the United Kingdom started an investigation into the activities of Katukina after their friends got involved in threatening people with violence and murder whilst snorting the powders up their noses.

Katukina is run by Paul Hayman of Plymouth.

Adrian Freedman's attempt at plausible deniability backfired as the ICO forced his group to turn over data incriminating them in the running of Santo Daime ceremonies without legal permission.

He did not want to turn over the data but he had to under threat of a Court case and heavy fines.

With his blessing, his core associates and facilitators, some on bail for dealing and trafficking in substances, made threats to murder, threats of violence, poking fun at a shaman claiming he was mentally deranged and a (censor) but then fires burnt down their ayahuasca retreat centres.

Adrian and his clan wanted the authorities to believe he was a sick and evil liar, but a Portuguese Court did not buy into that story, handing down a Criminal Court Injunction on some involved.

Adrian Freedman's friends in the Santo Daime were punished by a Criminal Court for witness harassment, threats to murder police witnesses, trafficking in substances, and mockery.

The latter stemmed from many in Adrian's so called Eternal Heart group, and the theme was that a transformational author was a mentally deranged and sick individual lying about the existence of Santo Daime retreats where people smoked lots of weed. The police found weed at the house of his friends, it was weed to sell at Santo Daime events.

Adrian Freedman also thought the shaman was a police snitch and supported his people to label him sick, evil, deranged and a liar, necessitating a Criminal Court to intervene and injunct the mockers.

In one case he found a member of the Ceu do Cruzeiro de Luz in Portugal to be nasty, a representative impersonated a Private Investigator, threatened to close his bank account, implied the witness was being 'watched' (breach of privacy) and then insulted him as a homosexual peodophile.

The behaviour was sanctioned by Adrian Freedman and carried out by associates and friends of Katukina.

They snorted the powders, drank ayahuasca and poked fun at the Shaman claiming he was a (censor) and a (censor) but then the fires came and burnt their retreat centres.

In another instance it was claimed the Shaman would be murdered before the police could help, have his legs broken, or be put in a wheelchair, so he went to the police.

The truth is many of his people are mentally deranged caused by years of smoking weed with Santo Daime which destroys peoples mental functions, rendering them nothing more than regressed juvenile delinquents.

It was a behaviour Adrian Freedman promoted, as he encouraged people to smoke weed with Santo Daime, something that has a history of making people deranged.

But the Courts dealt with some of them harshly, Adrian Freedman was ruined by the behaviour of his people and of course, he lost the freedom for the Santo Daime.

He learnt that helping people to mock shamans as mentally sick evil liars did nothing to spare his Daime from persecution. He was told as such, the response was that the shaman was a homosexual peodophile and would be murdered before the police could help.

The matter became so embarassing he had to take down videos where he played the poor me victim at the hands of the authorities that time and time again, rule against the Santo Daime. It is because they claim religion as a veil for being a conglomerate of druggies, drug dealers, substance traffickers and (censor) with serious morality issues.

Adrian Freedman's dream to secure freedom for the Santo Daime ended in humiliating defeat as the Court of Appeal in the Netherlands ruled against the freedom for Santo Daime.

That ruling makes the importation and distribution of Ayahuasca, or Santo Daime, a criminal offence.

Some of his people were punished by Criminal Court for labelling people mentally sick, evil and deranged, and his Eternal Heart Centre is now closed, and his work seeking freedom for the Daime became so untenable in the face of the behaviour of his people, he had to stop and accept defeat.

His people poked fun at the shaman he was a loser but life taught them a lesson in humiliating defeat to purify their overgrown egos in need of humility.

That came about by the Criminal Court in the Netherlands ruling against Santo Daime, in essence, criminalizing them and making the trafficking in Ayahuasca, a criminal offence, punishable by criminal law.

Several close friends of Adrian Freedman were arrested for dealing in substances and with his blessing went on to post that the Court witness was full of (censor), would be murdered, could expect violence, was sick, evil, mental and would have blogs made about him stating he was of a sick and evil mind.

Adrian Freedman also has a police record for substance trafficking, repeat offending and sticking his fingers up at the law, and associating with people that can be nasty to those assisting police in their inquiries into drug dealing.

Adrian Freedman was served with Particulars of Claim for criminal harassment, a cease and desist order prohibiting further incitement of violence or mockery, as well as prohibiting circulation of private data and was told never to return to Portugal.

He thought that finding people to mock a witness as a homosexual peodophile was funny, but life taught him a lesson, by way of the State banning his Santo Daime and renewing their efforts to outlaw the activities of The Santo Daime Church.

He drank too much Santo Daime and smoked too much marijuana, everyone else followed him, became contemptuous druggies, undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal, and ultimately, bringing a renewed curse of prohibition and intolerance for Santo Daime as explained here:-

The Eternal Heart Centre was served with Particulars of Claim and a Cease and Desist Order, it then filed for dissolution facing investigations by police, HMRC and other bodies for shady activities involving substances, substances and children, and financial irregularities to do with taking black money, not declared for tax in Portugal.

Adrian Freedman's behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities.

His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, but the Santo Daime are the losers as God intervened and made the Dutch Courts rule against the Mother Church.

The Court of Appeal criminalized the Ayahuasca, the response was to claim poor me, several representatives of the Santo Daime Church threatened to murder someone assisting the police in their inquiries, claiming he would be murdered before the police could help.

Unsurprisingly the authorities took a dim view of their work and ruled against the Ayahuasca, setting the precedent for the authorities to clamp down on unregulated cowboy Ayahuasca enterprises created by the Church, friends of ICEERS and plant medicine people in general.

Other people face police investigations and the possibility of criminal charges for assisting offenders to hide from Criminal Court and to incite acts of threatened violence against those called to give evidence.

Not only that there are 185 police reports in the hands of the prosecutors with a mission to criminalize Ayahuasca once and for all in the Netherlands, each report contains damning evidence against the plant medicine community, ringing the death knell for freedom for Santo Daime.

As a result of the problems, the Courts ruled against Ayahuasca in 5 separate countries, saying no, no, no, no and no to Santo Daime in each case overruling against Article 9 arguments claiming freedom of religion.

An indigenous shaman in Portugal condemned the Santo Daime in the strongest terms, explaining there was no place for drunkards or drug trafficking in work with the sacred plants.

The Courts in their rulings erred on the side of public safety, no doubt also swayed by the reports that some people threatened the witness to remove under threat of being murdered.

When Courts see Ayahuasca Churches threaten police witnesses with violence and murder whilst dealing in egregrious amounts of drugs, it spells the end for freedom for Santo Daime.

A drug fuelled religious organization called Santo Daime founded by Clare Mulligan as Companies House Director, along with another drug dealer known to the UK police (Adrian Freedman) was closed down.

That was after various police investigations into drug trafficking, police raids and adverse Court rulings against the cause of Free Santo Daime. They had to close down the bank accounts of the Eternal Heart and stop trading in the face of allegations of criminality, tax fraud, threats of violence by proxies and witness harassment.

The UK High Court ruled against their friends in the United Kingdom petitioning in vain to get freedom for Santo Daime, rejecting arguments for religious freedom.

The sponsor of the lawsuit was Adrian Freedman, he lost a suit against the Secretary of State in the United Kingdom.

The Santo Daime Church also known as the UDV claimed to be able to arrange a murder. It was done by associates of the Eternal Heart Centre, now closed at Companies House. It was because Adrian Freedman and his people wanted to scapegoat someone for a big police heist of marijuana. A witness to malicious defamation, drug dealing, child abuse and threats of violence was told to expect serious violence. That person was not a police snitch but they thought he was.

The Eternal Heart Centre wanted to break the laws, deal in drugs, smoke weed and drink Santo Daime whilst picking on innocent people, blaming them for police raids and then threatening to murder them.

They had help from friends of Katukina who used shamanic snuff in Ayahuasca ceremonies.

When they consecrated the intention to murder the shaman in Ayahuasca ceremony, 18 centres were destroyed in fires.

Life taught them a lesson as the police took their weed and the Eternal Heart Centre and anors made catastrophic losses. It is averred also she helped associates to threaten to close down a bank account belonging to a witness, in response to demands for an apology it was claimed that a police witness could be murdered and the police could do nothing.

That was the beginning of many problems for Clare Mulligan who thought directing a substance trafficking organization without legal permission was wise. Clare Mulligan had to close the bank account for the Eternal Heart Centre.

Her role was to make out the witness was a sick liar, but a Criminal Court made findings of sustained malicious witness harassment from the Santo Daime Church in Portugal, with support from the UK Eternal Heart Centre implicated in telling sick lies about the witness to Court.

It was claimed that blogs would be made to ruin his work and he would be denounced as a sick, mentally deranged peodophile, sparking off a child abuse investigation in the Totnes Santo Daime.

That is because their children are made to take drugs, even babies as young as 6 months. The police found that worrying and took steps to stop it, Adrian Freedman had to stop his drug fuelled works to save his children being taken off him and being put into state care. Those that give drugs to their children can lose custody in serious cases.

Adrian Freedman and Clare Mulligan were also warned in health and safety terms of the dangers of fires as well as the dangers of using fiscales grappling with alcohol issues, the response was to incite nastiness against the one that told them to stop abusing Ayahuasca in fire country and to tidy up their acts.

When told to stop pouring Ayahuasca, representatives of their organization told a witness to police investigations to have a change of trousers ready, or expect violence, or being smeared as a sick, mentally deranged peodophile.

Two months later seven retreat centres were destroyed, 40 people were killed, all on the same day Adrian Freedman poured Santo Daime in defiance of the warning, whilst encouraging others in his group to threaten to put a police witness to drug dealing in hospital. He tried to lie but witnesses rebutted his lies, debunking his position a Court witness was a sick liar, he had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and take down websites claiming persecution and poor-me victim-hood.

Life taught Adrian Freedman, Nancy Swinnen and Clare Mulligan a tough lesson, by way of the State of Portugal in 2017 ruling that their UDV Santo Daime organization could not be formally recognized until 60 years have passed.

The State found that the UDV had misrepresented the number of ceremonies and pretended none had taken place after 2012 in Portugal. They lied in their filings to the Public Ministry so they turned around and said no to Santo Daime.

That was also why the Santo Daime threatened a police witness to be quiet under threats of violence and murder.

In 2017 the Portuguese State in no uncertain terms said no to Santo Daime, and no for a period of SIXTY (60 years). That was in the same year Santo Daime people made fun of the Shamans, threatened to murder witnesses to Court and did some nasty tea works with Santo Daime invoking deadly fires in which 114 people lost their lives.

Adrian Freedman and his friends thought mocking the Shaman as a homosexual pedophile or a sick, mentally deranged arsonist was funny, but when many of his friends centres burned down in freak wildfires killing many people, he was taught a heavy duty lesson in why stop pouring Ayahuasca means stop pouring Ayahuasca.

He thought he did not have to stop and could do what he liked, God taught him a lesson and sent fires to burn down all the centres in Santo Daime in Portugal. The Directors were warned of the dangers, their friends threatened to murder a Shaman that foresaw the fires, weeks later, many of their friends centres were burned to the ground.

When they were told mockery would not help their cause, representatives of the Santo Daime Church told the Shaman to get a change of pants ready, or a house visit would be arranged, that could include violence and murder.

The plan did not work, the authorities became aware of the problem and in 2017 issued a 60 year monatorium on freedom for Santo Daime in Portugal. In the same year the UK Courts said no to Santo Daime.

In other words no, and no for a very long time.

It would mean Adrian Freedman would have to live till the age of 117 to see freedom for UDV in Portugal.

In other words he is unlikely to live to see the fulfilment of his dream in his lifetime to free the Santo Daime sacrament from persecution, a tough punishment for a leader that prided himself on hubris.

The Eternal Heart Centre in the United Kingdom lasted just 8 years before it was forced to close. Adrian Freedman and his people had to take down many websites for Ayahuasca retreats, forcing them out of business, taking down blogs claiming unfair persecution, pushing back their movement by many decades.

He had to take down webinars where he portrayed himself as a victim to State sponsored persecution and face the truth of his decisions to deal in drugs whilst sticking his fingers up at the Courts.

Adrian Freedman also has a police record for substance trafficking, repeat offending and sticking his fingers up at the law, and associating with people that can be nasty to those assisting police in their inquiries into drug dealing.

Clare Mulligan and her other Santo Daime people were involved in trying to close down the witnesses bank account by proxy, by tracking their behaviour without official authorization.

Clare Mulligan tried to help those involved in maligning police witnesses as sick liars, but witnesses came forward to rebut the claims, soon after she had to close down the bank accounts for the Eternal Heart Centre in the face of serious allegations of tax fraud, financial impropriety and criminal behaviour made out as truth.

As a result of the problems, the Courts ruled against Ayahuasca in 5 separate countries, saying no, no, no, no and no to Santo Daime in each case overruling against Article 9 arguments claiming freedom of religion.

Not only that there are 185 police reports in the hands of the prosecutors with a mission to criminalize Ayahuasca once and for all in the Netherlands, each report contains damning evidence against the plant medicine community, ringing the death knell for freedom for Santo Daime.

The Directors were served with formal cease and desist letters prohibiting witness harassment, the response from their representatives was that the Plaintiff would be murdered, should grow up, would be sent to hospital, finished off, or smeared as a sick and mentally deranged peodophile, with the support of the Eternal Heart Centre.

The Eternal Heart Centre can arrange for people to impersonate private investigators for which Adrian Freedman later had to apologize for. He had to apologize for his people threatening to put people in wheelchairs in the name of Santo Daime.

It was done to try and make people be quiet in the face of threats of violence and murder.

In other words the so called Eternal Heart Centre was stripped of all merit and pushed into a deep space of persecution, denied freedom and recognition, criminalized by their own bad intentions, dishonesty and contempt toward the Powers that Be, to atone for threats to murder the Shaman grounded in the astral power.

Katukina was referred to the Data Commissioner for contempt of GDPR, and referred to the police for trafficking in psychoactive substances.
Suffice to say, the fires that came again and again, were the Acts from God, finishing off the mockers and giving them the karmic lessons that come from criminal hubris.

Adrian Freedman's work with Santo Daime is CLOSED.
