this company/ies take 67-88 out of youre bank for membership simply for browsing for loans. its a liberty and a CON AND YOURE BANK WILL NOT STOP THE PAYMENT.SO PLEASE CANCEL YOURE BANK CARD AND NEVER GIVE YOURE BANK DETAILS ONLINE AGAIN.its a scam and trying to get a refund is hell and i got told i wont by email/they are crooks and do not know why they have not been stopped /closed down. please email me and we ned to sort this out [protected]@live.com
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They are really big crooks of the money taking world that we live in. They also change there company number to fit where works for them. They did me over a while ago but now I'm out to do them over so if anyone would like to come forward and explain there situation of what happened in greater detail it would be much appreciated. These kind of companies should not be alowed to be doing business. It's not fair they always prey on the ones who can't afford it.
You are entitled to a refund from bank a d allowed to a withdraw permission for them to take money from your card. If bank refuses then ask to talk to someone higher. Also attach you local mp e.mail to any e.mails sent. Mp job is to look into your complaint.
Crooks, they done me as well. Do not waist your time, get in touch with FSA.
they conned me a couple of days ago, i thought i was getting my loan when it said just a few more details and ..bang, theyd got me, and not only did they take their fee they then helped themselves again! two fees adding up to 130 odd quid!tried everything to get in touch and get my money back, went to fca followed their advice ..nothing, surely taking two fees from the same bank account is illegal?went to bank aand they were useless all i got was sorry, sorry. its legal and they cant stop payments..feel like going to police coz they are nothing but crooks
