Katlego Global Logistics — poor customer service and business ethics
I have been calling, emailing and messaging Katlego for them to deliver my study material but all they say is we will call you back and yet no one ever calls. It has been 2 months now since I have been waiting for my study material to be delivered but Noone seems to know where my books are. I have to start writing my exams in 2 weeks time and yet I have not yet received my study material and there is no communication from Katlego, not even an apology for the inconvenience.
If you can not hold your end of the deal, please just drop the UNISA contract as it is proving to be too big for you to handle. It's better than making us fail our exams because of your incompetence.
