Still owes a grand
We won two(2) court cases both based on HER lack of professionalism. (She also wanted to sue the judge.) she owes us $1000.00. You can bet if she won she would expect payment, but since she lost she's bailing out. She is unethical, teaching a form of treatment which is illegal for her to even practice in Oregon. She's a liar, that's how we won each court case. (See public transcripts). And she continues to hold herself above the law regularly breaking disclosure and HIPAA laws as she burns her way through people. She will steal your time, your money, and anything not tied down. She's no one to trust with anything.

God Bless Jill Brantley LMT. there are others who know the truth about what happened with Ears 2 R Health, others who were there when you made your apprenticeship agreement, and think it's rather sad and twisted that you are imagining how often "the woman" changes her underwear. There's no such thing as Bad Publicity. Jill Brantley LMT is hurting people she doesn't even know, whom she's never met, by her lies against this company. THE PROGRAM WORKS just because Jill Brantley LMT wasn't allowed to control, and therefore didn't agree with, the way the apprenticeship program works, doesn't negate the success that thousands of people have experienced, nor the results being seen by people who actually completed their apprenticeship and received their certification. God Bless Jill Brantley LMT, it's going to be tragic when you reap the consequences from the lies you've told about this program and the people you've hurt with your lies.

The communication below is typical of Kate; hystrionic and blaming. In this last she goes further by breaking professional confidentiality. Truth is that the court made its decision based on emaills sent to us by Kate. She continues to deny culpability and responsibility. Therefore, anything she disagrees with she ignores. Does that bode well for you as a patient, probably not. There are many professional, licensed acupuncturists who can provide you treatment, I suggest you find one. If you google auricular therapy they'll pop right up. To Kate, pay me what you owe me according to the courts of Oregon. For once, show some ethics and personal accountability.

The complaint made by gemdancer is full of lies. If you believe this woman you are being hurt by someone who is malicious and vindictive. SHE sought out my services, SHE wrote me a check on the spot, SHE broke the contract! I held her check for more than the three days allowed by federal consumer law. She lied in Court, lied straight to the judge's face, and when I saw her afterward she acknowledged that I didn't owe her a thing. She lives with one man and is married to someone else, she is about 150 pounds overweight, and wants to make me responsible for her own bad karma! get a life, gemdancer!

Kate was found guilty by a court of law based on emails she sent to us. Go ahead. Deal with a woman who rants and doesn't pay her legal debts. It's been two years and she continues to deny her responsiblities even though the court has found against her twice. And she calls herself a minister. Amazaing...

We fired Kate for unprofessionalism, showing up late, not keeping her word regarding the email she sent us stating we would recieve a full refund if not happy with her work. Obviously she lied. Kate English hides her business behind a ministry, but still charges fees. She is habitually late, self focused, and unprofessional. She does not keep her commitments whether time focused or financially focused. She has no license for what she does. Although she states she's a reflexologist, she is acting outside the law regarding her profession. The law states reflexologists use the thumbs or other objects to replace the pressure of the thumbs on an acupressure point. Ms. English uses electricity. Electricity is allowed to be used if you are a licensed acupuncturist or chiropractor. Ms. English sells her trainings as being for family only, in which case electricity can be used, however, she publicizes her 'certified' reflexologists as serving their communities. They are not reflexologists according to the Oregon state law, they are auricular therapists practicing outside the Oregon statutes. We took her to court and won. You can, too.
