Kaspersky labs has taken over my email address, computers, printers are phone. Everything i do is connected to their service. They have become the unknown user and deny me access to change anything on my computer and they have my printers to where i can't change my password with out them seeing and knowing . Now i have avast a cyber security company. They can't change anything either. So i'm screwed

Unauthorized credit card charges
I had Kaspersky coverage on a Dell computer which I no longer have. In June or July I received a Discover card statement saying they paid your company $84.79 for services. I immediately emailed your company stating I was cancelling your computer services. So I thought things were taken care of. But now I received a Discover card statement indicating they paid your company
$184.43 for something that was unauthorized and I don't know what this is for. I want my money refunded. What is going on? I cancelled your services so I should not be receiving bills. Please reply.

Kaspersky total security
My application is not working: it does not permit safe browsing on banking or shopping websites because of a certificate problem. This has lead to a cascade of problems. I have connected several times with technicians who were not able to help. One of the solutions suggested via email I think had even worse outcomes. I have tried reinstalling without success. On my last connections with technicians I waited for 20 minutes while 'my file was being checked' and after this time it was obvious that the person was doing no checking whatsoever. I would like a refund for the remainder of my subscription because the application doesn't work and the technicians are not remotely interested in solving the probelms

Haven't used their service in two years. Yet. Was charged a week ago for auto renewal. Went to website to cancel, can't without a password. Which I have no record of. I disputed charge with CC company but Kaspersky stated charge was valid according to their terms of service. Hmm. I guess taking advantage of a customer's lack of oversight and forcing an unwanted and unused product is now considered a legitimate service.
Desired outcome: Just drop my charge. And dont charge me ever again. I dont want or use your damn product

I was charged $183.59 on my credit card on 12/2/22. I did not approve this charge and did not want the service. (payment t# 390264)
I did not receive this service and would like a refund of $183.59.
I have contacted my banking services to record a dispute.
I do have Kaspersky security on my computer now, but only want it on a yearly basis when I can afford it more easily.

Kapersky ref #[protected] 9/5-6/22 (9-5 evening 9-6 afternoon) Paid extra for help and tech support to assist with downloading your total software package. Referred to the wrong phone number by your customer service rep. so I called back and received the same agent (Rini) She denied giving me the wrong number and said write it down. I did and called new number but couldn't get through to a live person. Not happy with their Crappy Customer Service and no Tech support or follow up email. Kaspersky Total Security
I stopped using this product last year after Russia started their war. I removed my payment information and deleted my account. Today, August 27th, 2022, they fraudulently charged my bank $99.99, even though I have no account with them. I can’t contact them about my account to dispute the charge, because I HAVE NO account. Since I have no account, they should not have my credit card information. The charge is fraudulent and criminal.
I have notified my bank and now have to jump through the hoops to get a new card and change everything over to it.
Desired outcome: I will work with my bank to get my money refunded. I’d like Kaspersky Labs investigated for fraud and theft.

I have tried for two years to cancel my subscription! I have been all over your website and it asks for all these passwords that I never set up and it continues to charge my credit card every year. It is slowing my computer down to a crawl. Please help me to cancel!

Last month (January), I purchased a renewal subscription for Kapersky Lab. This morning I received my bank account statement which showed two bills for Kapersky.
One amount was for £39.99 on the 25th of January which I expected, but there was also another charge of £19.99 from a company called Puteaux which was taken out on the 10th of January. £59.88 is a lot of money and I would not have renewed at all, had I have known that this would happen.
By what right, does a French company charge me 50% for purchasing a product from one of their clients ?

Fraudulent over charges to my CCD account
I signed up for a simple VPN account with a small annual payment. They started charging exorbitant amounts to my credit card account.

What they do is routinely make additional charges and increase the amounts as they go. I am unable to contact anyone at Kaspersky by phone. Nowhere in my online account is there a record of what features I signed up for, or any of the transactions charged by Kaspersky. I am left with only my Bank of America credit card charges to reflect these transactions.
Desired outcome: I desire a full refund of the $254.34 of excess charges.
License renewal online - payment debited from my account - license not renewed
on 25-Nov-2021, I made an online payment of Rs 849.15 thru netbanking from my ICICI bank account for the renewal of Kaspersky Internet Security license. On January 6, 2022 at 6:50 AM, I turned on my computer to check my checking account. I found a unauthorized charge of $67.99 on my checking account. I did not authorized this payment. Kaspersky anti-virus subscription
I keep receiving Kaspersky popups but since they are in Russian, not English, I can't disable them. My requests to Kaspersky for a copy of the popup screen in English so I can delete them permanently have gone unanswered. The company does not appear to have a useful complaint or customer service venue. This might seem like a minor problem, but it's annoying, constant and another reason I cancelled Kaspersky--which is in itself malware.
