Fraudulent company of conmen
STAY AWAY from this company. They took my money (approx 20k) and refuse to deliver my vehicle or issue a refund. Their sales staff, steven/stephen was extremely condescending and not transparent nor responsive throughout the entire process. Never once has that fellow been transparent about the state of the vehicle that i am purchasing. Will take whatever legal action i can.

KA Sagamino Trade employee Steven Takakura lied to me that he left the company in 2019 Feb. Asked me to wire money for car payment to his s new company. He hasn't paid back my $15, 380. 00 neither has he shipped the car to Kenya. I informed Kazuhiro his manager of Mobile phone +81 90-9130-5456 and he blocked my contact details on whatsapp. Mind you I had been buying cars from them. His employee is a conman and he's protecting him. I will use full force of the law till I recover my money. Steven Nabe aka Takakura of KA Sagamino, mobile No. +81 90-3325-3743 is a conman. He must be arrested and charged for fraud.

We were in conversations with them in regards to purchasing a vehicle. They sent us a pro forma invoice And we immediately wired them the funds. Three weeks have now gone by and we have not received any paperwork or any proof that the car has been sold to us or had its process started to be sent to us. They then messaged us randomly telling us that they are shutting the business down in Japan and refunding us our money. They have been telling us that for two weeks now and every time we talk to them they give us an excuse on why they have not sent the money yet. I need this rectified immediately or we will take full force action and we immediately wired them the funds. Three weeks have now gone by and we have not received any paperwork or any proof that the car has been sold to us or had its process started to be sent to us. I am Phoebe from Kenya, just need to alert my fellow dealers of this fraud and scam company. the vehicle s posted in their website are underpriced to entice customers.
Clearly what they display are photos only.
After you pay for the unit, count 60days of taking you rounds and abusive sales men.
They will use your money to find a reck of a vehicle and export it to you with no communication.
You will be lucky to receive a unit with a different chassis no. Different colour and a unit of the last auction grade.
I received my unit after 120days of despair and depression.
My fellow countrymen, if you don't want to suffer ka sagamino, should not be on your list of suppliers.
