I hired this company to clean my home and it was the worst experience.
The owner was the one who actually cleaned my home, and for herself as an owner to do a horrible job makes me wonder. I suggest running a full background on anyone that is entering your home and would also suggest calling references and completing a full background check on the business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I as the owner am sad to say that i have had no complaints face to face when doing business with those that i have cleaned for so this is obviously a bogus post>>> Any of my clients know, that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our main PRIORITY and would of been addressed be for leaving this residence. In other words cleaning in over time to solve or resolve any issue to guarantee our work! You could definitely call any of my references to confirm this! So once again who ever this is trying to lie about myself or my company, Please find something better to do with your time!
