JustFly Covid refund

I booked a flight with PAL for April 2020 via Justfly but I had to cancel because of COVID. I went through the process of cancellation on their website. I kept checking the status of my refund and it kept saying processed but it has been more than 6 months. I have not received my refund yet. I try to call customer service but every time I couldn't get a hold of someone. I just need my refund. Anyone who knows how to get ahold of anyone from Justfly? Thanks!

JustFly Cancelling the booking

I booked a ticket for India for 14th of Dec coming back on 7th of Jan to see my ailing father, he have been fighting with cancer since last 4 months and due to Covid, no body can fly. On 28th of Nov, his condition deteriorated and changed my ticket from 14th of Dec to 3rd of Dec until 31st, I paid almost 1150.00 on original booking and then Justfly charge me another $ 1400.00plus for the change in date. Some 1200.00 plus due change in fare while there site was showing difference for $ 800.00 if you search the same flight which they changing to and $ 200.00 for handling fees. So, I end up paying almost $ 2600.00. Today, British Airlines send me few emails to fill the personal health information and clarify that I can't fly on on OCI Travel Document to India, it have been changed recently, I need a Special emergency visa. So, I can't fly. I approached Justly for the refund and they are saying I am not eligible. On the phone they are directing me back to the website and no one is listening.

JustFly Booking agent

JustFly cheated us. My husband is sick and they won't refund us flight to Phoenix and charge fees for travel insurance and did not pay for the travel insurance. WE WANT A REFUND. This place should not be in business.
We need to cancel and not reschedule due to my husband is sick and is a transplant patient and has no immune system. COVID is really bad and his heart doctor said he cannot fly.

JustFly Refund

Went to the air port for my fly on the date and time I have on my ticket and no one there, and no fly to any where in that date I have my ticket for,
I had a ticket back on sep, 05, 2020 and they changed to sep, 03, 2020
Without notified me and only for one fly not for all connections, and till now did not get my refund yet. And its so hard to get an touch with some one to help you or any customer service whats ever.

JustFly Booking ref no. [protected]

I booked a flight with Air France through justly.com, paid and received confirmation.

Air France unilaterally cancelled my flight due to COVID-19 restrictions. Air France asked that I get my refund or travel voucher through justfly. Justfly said I was not qualified for a refund

The flight was cancelled by Air France and not by me. I paid to justfly, and I hereby demand a refund to the credit card that I used to pay or the flight or a travel voucher for future travels without any prejudice.

If there is a 0 star, I would give justfly a zero star. This company is scam. My flight was cancelled due to COVID 19 from IST to IAD by turkish airlines and I was charged $400.00 fee for two tickets by JUSTFLY when I asked them to cancelled since the flight was already cancelled by TK. After reviewing the website what I understood so far this company make more money in scam than selling tickets. Never ever buy ticket from justfly. You have to pay a heavy price. Just filed complaints against JUSTFLY with US Department of Transportation and Federal Trade Commission with the evidences.

JustFly Airline tickets cancel because of covid

We booked 10 one way tickets with Justfly for the 4th of July holiday. All flights were cancelled because of covid flying into Canada. We were told we would get some money back plus travel miles to use. NEVER have heard back.
You can't get ahold of them.
Spend $2500. never got a penny back or miles.

JustFly No refund when flight cancelled and unethical behavior

I booked four adult tickets for a flight from Seattle, Washington USA to Cairns, QLD Australia on 12/29/2019 for 09/06/2020. Booking reference [protected]. My flight was cancelled.

Even though I didn't cancel the airline did, JustFly is not refunding my money. They insisted that I take a credit for a future flight (which I didn't want to do) and pay $35 per person for processing to even get the credit. This credit also has to be used by 12/28/2020.

I expressed my frustration that there is no way I can know if I can even re-book by 12/28/2020, since I would be re-booking for next year around the same time of my original booking which is why I wanted to be refunded instead. Also that its not my fault that the airline cancelled the flight.

I should not be punished and lose my $3, 587.40 + $140 when I'm not the one who cancelled the flight or putting restrictions on travel.

JustFly has also been emailing me about COVID-19 travel waivers and refunding my tickets since July. But their site has never worked when I tried to look into just refunding my tickets. It would appear to have except my information but it never send me a confirmation email. I called to inquire about the travel waivers and was told that it should be working, just try again. But it never worked, so I have just held onto to them hoping that everything really won't need to be changed.
JustFly customer service has been very unhelpful, unresponsive, and as of 8/31 was just down right sketchy. When I called yesterday, every time I told the representative that I was calling to get a refund because the flight was cancelled, they would hang up the phone. This happened three times then when I called the third time the phone message was "We're sorry you're calling after business hours, please call again". It was 8:32 to 8:45 in the morning and I was just talking to people! I called back at least 32 times in a 15 minutes but I didn't get through, like they flagged my number and added me to block call list. When I did get through I got sent to an apparent new automated system that they didn't have the first 36 times of calling that day or the previous 6 times on other dates.

Please, I would just like to be refunded.

JustFly Refund not received

I booked a trip on 02/28/20 with justfly for my wife and I and our three children. The trip was from columbus, oh to asmara, eritrea. Because of covid-19, we heard that you have to quarantine for two weeks once we get to our destination, so we attempted to cancel our flight but couldn't since it was non refundable. However, as time progressed flights were cancelled and we were informed that our flight is changed from may 31 to june 03. It was a problem as it was that we had to quarantine for two weeks once we get to our destination and two weeks once we come back home preventing us from going back to work or school right away. The flight that it was changed to wasn't even to our destination. My original flight was to depart from columbus, oh on may 31 fly to toronto, then to addis ababa, ethiopia from there, finally arriving in asmara, eritrea on june 02. Return flight departing on june 22nd from asmara>addis ababa>chicago>columbus oh on june 23rd. What they changed it to doesn't even make sense. Departure june 03 from toronto (I don't know how we're expected to get there), arriving at addis ababa for a layover of 1167 hours (that equals to 50 days and our entire vacation time minus the flight time). Then flying from there on june 22, to chicago and that is the final destination. Our return flight stayed the same even though we're neither going to be in asmara nor are there any flights from asmara. We have been trying to get our money back for couple of months now. Between justfly and ethiopian airlines, we have been getting a run around trying to get our money. We request a refund.

JustFly No refund for cancelled booking

On June 23, 2019, I booked a flight (U8MOGV)
from Houston, Texas (IAH) to London (LGW) in the amount of $1016.18. On 4/18/2020, I was given the option of a full refund & completed the form. With no response from JustFly, I sent an email on 22 July 2020 and received a reply stating the refund was being processed. As of today (1 August 2020), there is no response from the company which has had my money for 13 months.

JustFly Refund of paid seat assignment

I booked a flight from Washington DC to Zurich, Switzerland. it was cancelled by Swiss Air. I got a refund of everythign EXCEPT the $180.00 for seat assignment. Swiss Air states they have refunded that to Just Fly but I cannot seem to get it out of them! They have me $31.70 (?).

JustFly Cancellation/exchange

Due to having the symptoms of Covid19, I called the justfly agency to cancel my trip and get credit for future flights. I was told by Justfly customer service that I have to pay $75 cancelation fee as it is their policy. So, for getting credit on me and my husband ticket, we had to pay $150.
They should be able to wave it during covid 19 epidemic. Unfortunately, I was told they can't.
Never will deal with Justfly again.

JustFly Not getting any refund for flights being cancelled

I booked flights via justfly.com on 2/27/2020 to go to France in June 2020. Early June, I was advised that my flight was cancelled and I needed to modify it, but they required me to pay additional fees to change the flights that they cancelled. I changed my flights (outbound due 06/23/2020 and inbound 07/14/2020 to outbound 07/23/2020 and inbound 08/12/2020 as they confirmed it will be fine to fly on those dates. End of June, they sent an email to require to cancel my booking as the flight was cancelled. I tried to speak to them to ask for a full refund, but they do no longer answer the phone and only send emails to require to cancel flights. I have no options. They chose pre selected options (refund for outbound and travel credit for inbound). I didn't receive any email confirmation regarding the refund for the outbound trip which is worth more than $2,000. Besides their policy stipulates that I will not get a refund before 18 weeks, but I need the refund now. I booked all flights together (inbound and outbound) and I want a refund for my return too, not a travel credit. In the email confirmation I received or on my account (online), it says that the travel credit is only valid until 02/2021, but when I called westjet, the airline company, they said the travel credit is valid until December 2021 and on the justfly website, it says "February 2022). Having said this, I cannot reach justfly anymore, no way to communicate with them. I am making a claim to get a full refund as soon as possible. I do not wish a travel credit and I have no idea where my money is. Thank you. Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.

JustFly Failed to notify us of cancelled flight - no refund

We booked a flight with JustFly for our family to fly home from Key West on Wednesday, July 24th, but the carrier, Silver Airways, cancelled the flight early in the month. JustFly never notified us, and in fact was sending us updates to check in and confirming our flight home the day before. Our family, along with 5 other people were standing in the airport trying to check in when we found out we had no flight. Had to pay for an additional nights stay, over $3000 in new plane tickets, a cancelled 2nd flight, lost days of work, and food and drinks for another 24 hours. They still will not refund our money and keep saying it is Silver Airways that has to approve it, but JustFly failed and never told us. We have contacted them now over 10 times and I have the email from Silver Airways stating they are not paid if they do not fly, so there is nothing to approve.

JustFly Refund

I contacted them within the 72 hours before my flight which I have records to confirm! I spoke to someone and they said they would issue a full refund. I never recieved it! I called them today and was told that I had to pay them 85.00 to give me my refund! I told them to take it out of the refund and they said they couldnt! Customer service is crap! They should ahve their business license revoked and shut down!

JustFly Refund of airline tickets

I purchased round trip tickets from SFO to AGP on Jan 8 2020. My flights were cancelled due to Coronavirus. The airline I booked on is not currently flying and told me to contact Justfly for travel credits or a refund. Justfly told me that I was not eligible for either one. I was told by the Airline (Norweigan) that I could fly at a later date (early next year) but they were not 100% sure they would actually be flying. So, they said to contact the booking agent Justfly to ask for future travel credits or a refund. Oh, I also bought travel/flight/trip insurance. I did this and both were rejected. At this point I am ready to call my CC Company and ask for a refund ( as Justfly is not available either by live chat (which they don't have) or e-mail or by phone (have called several times. JustFly Cancelled flight

I purchased 2 roundtrip tickets on united airlines (05/08/20 -05/17/20) through justfly.com. Due to covid-19, united airlines cancelled the flights and per their emails, refund was issued to travel agency (justfly). After several conversations with agent from justfly, they are not willing to pass along refund from united to me. An electronic travel credit was initially offered, but had to be used by nov 5, 2020 for the same travel itinerary (flight route ont-sfo-sin). Since I am not able to travel to singapore before the nov 5th deadline, I did not accept the travel credit (which came with a rebooking fee charge per ticket from justfly).

Hello I I'm contacting you because I have a complaint to follow:
My name is Eduardo Avila Gil and the complaint I have is regarding to a phone call that I just had on May 8th around midnight after i completed my
fly reservation on jusfly.com
When I was googling to find a one way fly ticket from Las vegas. NV. to Fort Lauderdale FL, justfly site came up with a fly that I was interested in and I click on it, then, the site offered me alternative dates with better deals and I selected one, I followed the steps and when I submitted the payment and got the confirmation number. the site gave me the option to see the itinerary and its when I realized that the departure point was Detroit Michigan and not Las Vegas Nevada that, that was was I was looking for. Within the next 5 minutes I was calling justfly to explain them the mistake I just made and that I just needed to modify my departure point to Las Vegas.

Representative Angel, answer the call and explained that they will charge me $75 in order to do that or to cancel my reservation to which I replied that it was very unconsidered and more like a deceptive accion in a case of a modification within 5 minutes. (you can verify this information with the time of purchase and your phone records).

No need to express how upset and disappointed, this interaction made me feel, specially when I explained Angel that they still were going to sell me a fly ticket because I needed, That it was just a matter of changing the departure point and also I express to Angel how this charges would negatively affect my current financial circumstances due to been unemployed from COVID19.

Wish she ignored and repeated that they needed to charge me the $75 for this changes. At this point I decided to ask Angel to please let me speak to her supervisor to which she reply that there is not supervisor available. Then I asked Angel for her information because I needed to file a complaint and she told me all she could give me was her first name (Angel) no last name and not agent number available either.

In my opinion I have done all the efforts that its required to modify my reservation and still $75 have been charged to my credit card.

I need assistant getting those $75 refunded to me

JustFly Unethical business practice

I had to reschedule my flight because of the Covid 19 situation. The airline, JAL had no fare change, as I contacted them before I contacted JustFly. I confirmed the new flight information with JAL, and actually confirmed seat assignments, but was told I needed to rebook through JustFly. After explaining my situation to 2 different people, I was informed that there was going to be a fare increase. I asked for supervisor, and was hung up on. I called back, explained again the situation, referencing both the JAL website, and emails, and the JustFly website and emails stating no fare increase...but was again told there was a fare increase. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor so I could forward the JustFly email to them. I was again hung up on.
I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I in any way recommend them to anyone I cared about! Unethical...at the very least!
