Greetings.
On 8th January 2018, an amount of Kenya Shillings Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Cents Ninety Six (Kshs. 4, 975.96) was deducted from my account, debit Card Number [protected] from Equity Bank Kenya Limited and my account number [protected] without my authority. The Payment is narrated as JUSTANSWER. I hereby request for a refund of the money.
