Worst hair salon. I paid £15 to get my 5 year old daughter's hair cut however they have literally butchered my poor girl's hair. On 22nd July, a male hairdresser cut my daughter's hair, it was very noticeable left side was cut shorter than the right. I asked a couple of times if he was sure the hair cut was alright, he said it was straight. I came home and Iiterally every person I showed my daughter's hair to said her hair was not straight and looks like someone amateur cut her hair. I contacted the branch and explained the issue to give them another chance to rectify it, spoke to manager Holly, who asked me to go back so they can correct it. I explained it's very difficult for me to go all the way to Lakeside with my two other kids who are both under 2, however I will go in again and let them fix her hair. So I took my daughter back again on 5th August, the manager seemed nice but she has done an even worse job by giving her a jaggered hair cut, it looks like a kid had cut her hair. I'm in absolute shock as to how a professional hair dressers can do this. My daughter was so well behaved whilst getting her hair cut. I stood next to my daughter to make sure she didn't move her head. It's unbelievable what they have done to my daughter's hair. I paid £15 and took two trips to the Lakeside branch to get this awful hair cut. I could have cut it better myself.

I went to just cuts in Launceston city centre today- a Lady named Michelle cut my hair, I went in to have the top of my hair layered and my fringe, I sat down and told this to Michelle, she than said do I want to take this much off the ends ( an inch if that) I said yes that's fine, keeping in mind my hair is very long it reaches the bottom of my back., when she had finished she showed me in the mirror - I got up and said it feels really short and she just smiled at me - I payed for the hair cut and left- my hair looks awful and I may as well have a Bob that's how much hair she took off - :(, during the hair cut I told her how long it took me to grow my hair - I feel like she did not listen to anything I said and just did what she thought needed to be done to my hair- I will never go back here again- which is a shame because I had my hair cut 1 year prior to this and the lady that cut it than did exactly what I asked for. - feeling ripped off and so upset with my hair.
