So I ordered a jacket a week before black Friday with the discount. I have used my voucher I recieved as a gift. The jacket so far has been shipped and returned 5 times and courier never contacted me. I filed a complain with the customer service on Egypt and I hear the jacket " sure you will receive it, it's just a rush for black Friday" until now after 4 weeks of delivery set date no yet and size is out of stock.
I am really disappointed on such companies they open and advertise for things they can nt fullfil. And from a customer service stand point they have 0 respect to their customers.

J'ai acheté deux articles de jumia en meme temps, ils mont fait paye deux fois pour la livraison.
Et le dexieme article je nai pas reçu larticle que jai commande. Quand jai appele, trois de leurs agents mont reccroche au nez et la quatrieme elle ma dit vous rendez larticle que vous avez reçu et apres on va bous rembourser, ils me punissent pour leur faute . Je considere ça une insulte .

I order 75ah GBM gel solar battery since 19th September, but still up to know my order have not deliver yet. I am beggining to regret from buying from Jumia. I need my order or my refund please.

I ordered some kitchen appliances for 95000Ksh yesterday, order nr. [protected] and it was submit first and then cancelled. Until now I couldn´t find what´s happened with that order, it was paid by debit card. Nobody contact me and also it´s not possible to get any information what´s happened with that order?...So am disappointed with Jumia online shop and also with a care of customers. Please escalate this matter to higher management as Jumia egypt steal like millions from Sellers and partners without any right or legal basis for that

They let the sellers put their product and then start selling and they keep holding seller fund for like 3 months before they release it and before these months ended, and before transfer the fund, They obligate that there penalty charges applied on seller for selling fake product during the 3 months, take into consideration that during this 3 months, Nothing showing on jumia seller portal claiming that there is fake product or something wrong with some product and many of these product was approved by the concerned team at the begging and was accepted for being selling and customer are highly stratified from these, Products it self it's not a copy or something that even near to original one

Please someone from higher management have to check that and find a solution for stealing peoples only everyday and put them into trap

You can even investigate  more with many complaints that it's opened for penalty that is applied without any right or  real evidence

I had ordered 6 torches order no [protected] from Jumia.
When the torches arrived I did not know that they do not use AA batteries on my return form I said that the batteries wobble and the torches are not value for money.I returned them in their original packaging and acquired other torches from jumia.they will not refund me for the 1st purchase.
I have called customer care and they will not review and yet I have other torches that are working fine. Where am I to take 6 torches that use a batteries that are not readily available.

I ordered a lot of items like 4 sofa beds, cat tree and 13 tableau, they deleted my orders without any explication. I will never order to them again. It's not serious and this makes me very angry. And then most of them has no English knowledges, they close you on phone when you speak English. I am very disappointed.

Apologies for being anonymous but this is the only way I could reach you with this information.

We got our breakdown for payment for June and yet our payments have been coming in bits since then but our concern is how the payment has been done.Some of us got full payment when some of us got Half payment from Jumia then half from Clinton our Hub manager. This is after I asked why my payment was less and was told to lay low, I will receive the balance from the manager which I did partially. My concern is I do not know how legit this payment is since even the stops in my breakdown do not match the ones I recorded separately.

Some of the DA's were told to send back part of their money to Clinton the reason they gave was some were overpaid and some underpaid they were balancing the pay. How true is this yet the money came from Jumia?

We are operating without contracts. What happens if a DA runs with packages?
After the Jumia anniversary some of us were told to give back our lines yet others are still working because they are connected with the leadership.

We are not allowed to answer our monthly survey openly because we have DA's called to Kaka house because of telling the truth which does not suit Anthony Gitobu. He has intimidated us in meetings and most of us are afraid. We have a suggestion box but it is empty because no one will dare write it because the people causing problems are the ones with the key.

Favoritism in the Hub; some DA's especially the new ones are untouchable and favoured by going to easy locations with many stops.

Anthony has threatened DA's in meetings with delisting DA's who highlight critical issues and we don't have a representative because everyone is afraid.

We hope that you will carry out an independent investigation as Jumia will lose a lot.

The product delivered to me on the 17th of March 2021 Brazilian Curl Hair 6bundle for full hair fix, and what I ordered for on the 11th of March 2021 was a wig, but a weavon was delivered to me instead.

I bought a nexus chess freezer through jumia two month ago but the freezer stopped working . Since I don't have the seller number I have to contact jumia on this. The second one is about my refund. Jumia suppose to refund me the total amount of four thousand naira plus on what I ordered for and unfortunately the goods wasn't delivered to me and I was called from jumia that the money will be reverse back into my account but I didn't receive any payment. Jumia offered a free sponsored ads for sellers worth 5000 cfa in Senegal, after activation they started to take away 25, 000 cfa from my account directly from my sales. I contacted their support and after verification, they said they were at fault that they will refund my money. They never did even after a month, now when I try to contact them they ignore me. Jumia is really scamming sellers.

My Name is Christopher and I'm based in Phc.. I ordered for a Mens Polo Shirt some days ago, and the item was supposed to be delivered today Dec 1, 2020... I got a text msg saying my item will be delivered By a delivery man known as Buchi at Jumia D line branch Phc..
I called and called in the morning and the Buchi man said he will deliver the package by 5pm this evening.. I waited and waited, called again and he said 6pm.. From 6 pm when it was almost 7pm I called again he said he is on his way.. And I was like this is not proper, what kind of delivery is this.. The Buchi man started talking to me with a harsh tone and was VERY very rude to me on phone... When I hung up, the next thing I saw was a text that delivery has failed and will be rescheduled... I was so angry and really disappointed in Jumia and their delivery men.. Is this how you treat your customers?

I returned a product I ordered and an email was sent to me from jumia 2 days ago that I would get the money I paid for the product before 24 hours in my jumia wallet and up till now I have not seen anything. My Balance on jumia pay wallet is still zero naira.

Bad experience on jumia
Have had a decent purchase history with jumia. Bought 4 phones in the past 2 years without issue. Ordered a phone recently. Order number [protected]. Phone is described as dual Sim and has expandable memory. When order arrived, it has a hybrid sim slot where there is only 1 Sim slot and sim2 uses same slot as SD card which means you can not use 2 sim cards and SD card at the same time which is what I got in all my previous orders . Assuming it was an error, I requested a return and ordered a second phone. It came with the same issue. Jumia has refused to refund on either orders leaving me stuck with 2 phones I don't want. I am not really interested in a refund. All I want is a real dual Sim phone with expandable memory. They have refused to acknowledge that information provided about item was incorrect or incomplete. My purchase history should count for something at the very least

For an officially non-pornographic website, Jumia's tolerance for the voyeuristic display of MALE genitalia is quite disconcerting. The stark contrast when it comes to the preservation of FEMALE dignity is also quite interesting. In particular, transparent underwear that would otherwise reveal, or at least outline, a woman's labia/vagina has either been censored or displayed without human female model while little concern, or no such measures at all, apply for men.

The list goes on. Given these numerous instances of explicit display of male genitalia against the careful censorship of female parts, it is quite clear the gynocentric culture and double standards at Jumia. I'm sorry Jumia but it's either uncensored images for both sexes, or the same (pretense of) human dignity and censorship policies for both genitalia.

I bought a phone at jumia. But apparently the phone wasn't as good as it looked. It would restart often and would clear my data occasionally. I returned the item and waited for my refund till a week later jumia return it saying its not defective. Like how in the world.. The phone itself seems counterfeit and has fake specifications and they say its a good quality? And still I haven't received it back yet. Jumia transparency is so lame.

I was consistently abused, persecuted and antagonized jointly and serverally by different customer service representatives (Derrick and co) at jumia Ghana. Thus, anytime I called their line on [protected] to inquire about the status of items which were way past the delivery dates promised by Jumia, they sought to antagonize me. Thus, instead of assiting me, they put me on speaker and start interrogating and patronizing me on call. They insist on asking unwarranted questions before informing me that my orders that had been confirmed and both my visa and master cards charged were invalid. I was told by another male customer service when I called the same number that my order would be delivered or something and then hanged up. One Albert I believe is the one championing these abuse as he can be heard on the background. Another female is also heard contributing to my aabuse.

The international costs for jumia products of late have been outrageous. try buying a global item for 100ksh and the international cost is close to 1500 ksh. This was not there before previously the charges were reasonable. Or even when the cost is less its less by about 100 ksh... so buying a 700ksh item you get a 600 international charges cost. This is without counting shipping cost

I was on call when the delivery guy came so I couldn't check the total cost of what he brought. I asked him for the price and he said 400egp and he left but I was disappointed when I saw that it's 334egp. This kind of act made me stop buying online but I later decided to try jumia and it has never happened ones. A new guy was sent today and he did this. They should be checked and warned, not under any circumstances should a customer be cheated even if it is 1egp. Pls rectify

My parcel is in zimmerman opposite buyrite but this shop is never open most of time. Today is my last day to pick that parcel and the shop not open yet. I have called several time in your office but told the issue will be forwarded. Now, is it possible to get the contacts of the person in zimmerman? And after the end of today will my parcel be available for me to collect, if yes where? My parcel number is [protected]. My phone number [protected].
