Last week, I placed an order with 35% off then right after that I received an email with 40% off coupon. I felt right away scammed and I had no idea Julep doesn’t allow to cancel, edit or change after the order was placed. If I knew I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. So I emailed customer service to cancel my order so I can re-order to get a 40% off.

A few hours later I got this generic response stating Julep can’t do anything once the order is placed and I can return after I receive the package. That seemed so uneconomical and unnecessary so I called out this is the most unhelpful customer service I’ve ever received. And THEN, three days later I received an email back from a Customer Experience Specialist named JAKIRA, calling me KAREN with the same information the previous customer specialist said and told me to have a beautiful day. If you can’t provide a decent customer service, don’t mock/insult a customer and be passive aggressive with your words.

35% discount displayed and accounted for at checkout disappeared in order confirmation.

Requested either the order be canceled or that the difference be refunded. I was told neither were possible.

Looks like I'll need to return for a refund upon receipt of the order. What a waste of time and effort. I had no intention of buying this until I saw the great discount.

So disappointed... Poor experiences are so rare, but this has sure been one.

You people cheated me out of more than $20 and wouldn't make it right. Shame on you. Hoping this complaint keeps this from happening to someone else.

August 21, 2022 I placed an order for 5 eyeshadow sticks and 1 lipstick for a total of $69.42. Tracking information said it was delivered August 28. I never received the package. I reached out to customer service. They said they don't offer refunds on stolen packages but they could send a one time replacement. I never said the package was stolen. I said I didn't receive it. I don't know what happened to the package. It could have been delivered to the wrong address. Who knows. I agreed to the replacement. One of the items was out of stock so I chose a different item to replace it with. Then silence. No one sent me tracking information. I have asked for it twice. No one has answered any of my emails. it is now September 9, 2022 and no further communication. Nothing. This is very frustrating. I never spend money like this on myself. this was meant to be a treat for me because I just started a new job. Not much of a treat if they take your money and never send you what you ordered.

I beg you guys not to ever use this service.
They gave me the run-around for almost four weeks. Because I changed my mind and decided not to order a box.
Before this everything was fine and their representatives were nice, but then all of a sudden all of them turned into monsters and became very rude and impolite. And one week later they stopped answering me whatsoever.
It's so childish. Looks like I hurt their gentle feelings. I am sorry, but I am just a customer who can change her opinion.
Please, stop acting like circus ponies and refund me.

I ordered several colours of nail polish from the website www.julep.com. The payment went promptly and the seller sent the confirmation email, as well as the items arrived on time. But the seller mixed the colours and sent completely different things. I called customer services, but the agent was so slow and couldn’t find my order, and later he didn’t know what to offer me. It was like nightmare. Please post your comments about this website, but I won’t recommend to deal with these people.
