non-delivery of item
I ordered some gifts from judaicawebstore.com for hanukkah 2015 needless to say, I never received them. This company is so unethical they provided false delivery information to paypal. Do not order anything from this company. I've ordered numerous things from israel and never had a problem!
have not seen my order yet, it's been almost a month
I've placed my order on 10/10/2012. Have not seen it yet, it's been almost a month. Paid with pay pal and the website is showing that there is still money due even though they said that they shipped the item and provided me with the tracking number which is not very informative, just tells me that some item left Israel on 10/28/2012! THIS IS A TRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
i had the same problem, i received the item after 1 month, but i sent it back, and they don't want to give me the refund, my money back, they are keep lying me that they didn't receive the item back, but after 2 months they told me that someone else from the office receive the item back and put my money back on paypal, but i didn't got anything back, and they are keep lying me for 26 dolars!

I have ordered a bracelet, but I got it after 1 month, instead of 7-14 days, and the quality is very very poor, it doesn't look like in the picture at all and has some defects... I intend to return it back, I hope that i'll get my money back.
I ordered a red string bracelet and had to return it for a different size I followed their instructions and paid for tracking. According to the tracking it was received at their sorting center in Tel Aviv in 3 days by air. Ben verified that it was their sorting center but even though 2 months had gone by he said he never received it. I have written to several different people and they are all ignoring my emails. Now it has been going on 3 months. I wish I knew how who to complain to that would do some good. Do NOT order from them and if you have to return anything, DONT. I see other people lost more than $100, I guess I should be happy I only lost $32.00 plus the money for shipping it back. Guess I will just find all the places to complain that I can and hope that eventually they mess up so bad that they go out of business.

THEY ARE SO CHEAP! WHAT KIND OF STORE IS THIS, WHI STEEL FROM THE PEOPLE? DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I would not buy anything from this store. I ordered a menorah (around $179) in March 2010 as a gift. It arrived in Australia in May and the box was damaged and broken, with the menorah sticking out. I took photo's before opening the box because I suspected the poor packaging had risked the safety of the menorah - which was confirmed once unpacked. It was not just bent but the paint had been scraped off. I spoke to Carolin customer service who told me to send it back via airmail and that once she received it she would refund me the postage and send me the new menorah. I did this, and they resent (it took some time while they waited to receive the faulty one) me a menorah which was also damaged - this time a manufacturing fault - where the varnish had not dried properly and had large drips all over. Again I sent Carol pictures and she told me to post it back. I said she hadn't refunded me for the first postage ($68) and she said she would refund me both amounts on receipt of the second menorah. By now I didn't argue because my friend's bat-mitzvah present was months late and I just wanted it to be done quickly. Carol told me she would send the menorah immediately this time, and not wait to receive the faulty one back. She also said because the airmail was so expensive I should send it back by sea and she would refund me for all postage ($113) once it had arrived. Well it is now a year and several emails and calls (at my cost) to Israel have been ignored. Last I heard in January that Carol was still looking into it. It is now June. I sent a letter to customer service a week ago which has gone ignored. Quite frankly I am disgusted. Firstly they trusted me to send the faulty goods back and I trusted them to refund the postage. Besides bad service, inconvenience of giving a very belated gift, I have had to chase up money owed - there has been no effort to ensure I am a happy lifelong customer. I am now going to share this story online with as many people as I can.

I ordered a t-shirt with Israel 75th independence day sign.
I purchased the item on line about a week ago.
I need to return this necklace and need directions on how to return it.
I tried JWG and they knew nothing and could not not help.
Very disappointed.
The current price is $206.10 but I was charged $333.97! Not happy.
The necklace is thinner and smaller then the picture also.
Please help ASAP.

I ordered a star of David necklace order number [protected] on march 23, 2019. I have not received yet
I am really dissapointed, I ordered 2 tallit kosher per around USD 90 each one and I paied an extra cost for a express delivery (2-4 Biz. days) because I needed urgently, but my products never arrived.
I already canceled PO and requested refund but they dont respond.
I would not recommend to buy anything here.

HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE! Very strange to see these complaints like this, I've been shopping there for years and have never had a problem. Everything I've ordered arrived in perfect condition in a reasonable amount of time. My sister had a problem with a broken Seder plate bowl (one that detaches from the plate) and they sent her a new one. They've gone above and beyond to make me a lifelong customer, which is why I'm even bothering to make this post.
IGNORE THESE COMPLAINTS! I have been a customer of Judaicawebstore.com for a long time and have never had a problem. It's sad to see the reputation of Judaicawebstore.com hurt by these. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them and always recommend them to friends & family looking for Judaica or Jewish themed gifts. Of the dozen or more times I ordered with them, one time I had something arrive damaged in shipment and it was no problem at all to exchange it. All my emails were answered in time and it didn't take long to get my new candlesticks.
I wish I would have seen reviews about this site before I made my purchase. I placed an order 10 days ago. I paid extra for expedited shipping since my order was a gift. My order has not yet shipped. I have sent three emails to their customer service address and so far they have all been ignored. I have started proceedings with my bank to reverse the charges they took out of my account, which they took when my order was placed, not when it shipped. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Do not do business with them.
Thank you for sharing your story about this company. We too had an awful experience with them and will not shop there any more. We ordered a Kiddush cup (24k gold plated inside the cup) and a hand-made Kippah. It took nearly two months to receive. During that time, several emails from us inquiring about the order were ignored. Finally, they responded saying the cup was out of stock and that they would substitute another cup of the same design only with silver inside. When the package arrived, the cup's silver plating on the inside was flaking away. The Kippah was poorly made and falling apart. We are not happy with this company and will not do business with them at this time.
