Dangerous driver
I would like to lodge a complaint against your reckless/ road bully driver. On Sunday night my husband me was driving back to our home via north south highway. Our car was having radiator issues and driving slow with double signal. The driver who was driving VDS 760 at the back was honking us from the back and I started to video it. Hope your drivers are ethical enough on the road by respecting the other drivers. Unsure if you are recruiting trained drivers. Hope to here from you before I post it in social media. Thanks

I am complaining a j&t rider named John David Trinidad. I received a text message from shopee about my parcel to be delivered today (June 5,2022) But as time goes by I have not received any call, text and my parcel from him. I tried to text him to ask if what time he will deliver my parcel but he did’nt reply. I checked my shopee account about the status of my parcel but the status said that the buyer is unreachable. I file this complaint because this is not the first time this has happened but this is a second time already.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to bring to your notice my grievance regarding the delivery of Magic Glow Blanket, which was ordered on June 03, 2022 Upon the delivery, I discovered that the product was damaged I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service number but no response. This is not expected from J&T express and your poor customer service, and as a customer, I feel terrible because of this response. The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods I receive must be of satisfactory quality, and for the reasons stated above, they are not. I have attached pictures for your convenience as well. Therefore I require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the Magic glow blanket which is not a blanket but a solid plastic piece to be collected or that you wish me to return this and reimburse me for the cost of returning the blanket.

J&T lost my parcel!!!!!!
Terrible service from J&T! I ordered things from shopee and was shipped out by the seller on 23/5/2022.Since 25/5/2022 at J&T Port Klang CDC 611 (311),the delivery status was unsucessful delivery : cuaca buruk! And it has been more 1 week since 25/5/2022 and no delivery attempts was made! And only yesterday 2/6/2022,my order was cancelled in shopee because J&T lost my parcel ! what type of service is this? Why took so long to state that your irresponsible workers lost my parcel? I had to wait for more than a week to be informed on this? WORST delivery service ever!

The above website of seller, the parcel arrived my house and i told the rider that i open first before i paid, the rider told to me its prohibit to open before him, because i am busy at that time i consider to pay him and his gone, a minute i open the parcel and appeared before me the wrong order two set of black tray and two 1liter mineral water. and i call the rider a.s.a.p. and told to him the wrong order and he answer to call the seller , and i call the not responsive seller. and i research that the seller of COD is fill up the V.I.P. form to J&T Express so therefore they know very well the seller, they can manage to get back my money.

I ordered my things in shopee on 23-05-2022 and until now its not delivered to my location. This is not first time facing a terrible experience with J&T service. I am really frustrating as I have wasted my car petrol and my time just to do a self pick up as i got fed-up with their service. Spent thousand of ringgit for the things in the parcel, really concern if its damage cause by the weather nor environment. Helpless agent in J&T at self collection area just get my details and mention will call if parcel found and until now no calls. Its not funny at all as they not understand the urgency and even the delivery date over the due date. previously they lost my parcel and no any proper guidance or phone call until i noticed that. I order the item since 30/4/2022 and seller posted it the next day. I thought the parcel will arrived at least a week after it posted. But the the parcel status is closed by exception since 12/5/2022. I asked the seller but she haven't inform anything and it's been a month that's why I'm writing this complaint. It haven't move from Transit Centre HQ in Perak if I'm not mistaken. Please take action with your service. This is my first time so I don't know how to claim damage or anything because the sender said she will do but no update till now!

Until today, no movement, it is always in of this stupid Old Town cdc and then Shah Alam, then routing code wrong. This is not the 1st time I had problem with this idiotic centre.
1 question to the board, are you people just sitting there and enjoying comfort while we sender are tracking the parcel. If you cannot deliver, you might as well return the parcel and pay for the damages.
Package on hold
J&T is getting very ridiculous. I have a package sent out by seller on 18 May 2022. The package was on hold from 19 May until today (30 May 2022). I have been trying to contact J&T customer service via phone, email, FB post, FB messenger and to no avail, no-one is of help. I managed to get in touch with the customer service via their hotline, all they could do is apologise and said that the package should be delivered in 3 days time, this was on 26 May 2022!
I can accept if the package is delayed by 2-3 days but 10 days on hold is unacceptable! We paid for the delivery charges. Why is this happening over and over again? I have tried every possible means to get in touch with them but somehow this is not even possible.
I really need help to get them to just deliver the package ASAP.
