inferior quality
The product I received was inferior in quality and size was not the right one. I wanted to buy cotton shirts. But the 5pack shirts were of synthetic made. I want to return the same and want my hard earned money Rd.1000 back at the earliest. I had a faith on online purchase that the items showed and the item send are of the same category. But alas! I think that I have entered myself to a hidden den of fatal and dangerous animal.
Will you solve my problem or not? I want a compact decision from your end otherwise it would be assumed that yours is a fraudulent one.

I am from bankura district 722101, placed a order to jovial mart on 12/12/2015 payment made by debit card with rs 598/ for 2 pcs. jeans pant.but till date no shipping or no message from the companies end.The companies phone numbers is switch off.The companies says in to there online wall when they send the product they will confirm the customer via mail, but till no mail is came from companies end.So that i would request that please arrange to ship my order as early as possible or refund my paid amount into my bank account.thanking you
