This morning i have called in to inquire about non-service with regards to receiving emails, as from yesterday (Monday 03 Dec 2018) after 10h00 the morning

I have called in yesterday, as well, and was assisted in a good manner, but this morning when i called in i was quite disturbed by one of your call center workers, named Londeka, if i have heard correctly, at 7.48

She was so unprofessional, i needed to ask a few times if she could hear me, as she was just quiet on the other side,
I've asked her about service, and was told that they are still busy with problem, but the manner was disgusting to say the least, I would appreciate, if this call can be traced, and listen too

To much of arrogance, and i am running a business from home, depending on having access to receiving and sending emails,

So i don't know what was send to me yesterday, that's why i have asked her to assist with retrieving

Hope I can be assisted with retrieving yesterday's emails, (03 Dec 2018) from 10h00
