JollyChic.com orders paid but not shipped

Hi all, I tried to order on Jollychich twice and actually I experienced a very very bad service: after prepayment with PayPal my orders were never processed. For more than 2 weeks I tried to contact their agents and wrote 5 complaints, but no reasonable answer was given. (Every time I received the following feedback: "we're sorry about the delay, your order will be shipped within 24h", which actually never happened.) So at the moment my order is still pending and nobody's answering me! No comment, at the moment I'm just angry and think that I'll sue them.

JollyChic.com this company cannot be trusted!

I have been arguing with them for over a month. I ordered some items, but they looked cheap, were damaged and even the colors were wrong, so I wanted to return them and get my money back. I spent hours trying to tell them that I am not paying for the return shipping. Finally, they said they would reimburse me 50% of the shipping costs. Well, better than nothing. After two months, I finally got a refund for the items, but nothing for the shipping. Then I contacted them again. When I said I was going to report them to BBB, they told they would give me a store credit. I didn’t want to ever buy anything from JollyChic again, so I asked for the refund to put onto my credit card. I was told it would take up to 14 days. But that never happened, contacted customer service again, but there was no response. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

JollyChic.com do not order

JANUARY 13, 2016 I ordered a vest from JollyChic.com. On Jan 17 I checked order status it stated Canceled Closed. When I lived chatted the per stated I did not pay for the order and I needed to pay for it and they will ship...But when I checked my credit card account it was on the statement, I then contacted the credit card company, they stated it was paid. So I disputed it to get my payment back. I didn't read about this company until after I ordered, which I ALWAYS check for complaints on any company I order from. So I agree with most of the comments. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY! DO AT YOUR ON RISK!

JollyChic.com never received my order

Order no. b2015121222054684 order status: confirmed paid/preparing dec 14, 2015 11:00:49 sucessfully paid and wait for distribution dec 12, 2015 22:05:34 the order has been submitted and wait for payment. now its over a month now and everytime i follow up with them online and over the phone i get the same answer, will ship within 24 hours, guess what i still have not received my order, and still not shipped, they are the worst company i have ever seeeeeeeen in my life. its a paid service, i dont think they waited much for me to not pay, so i paid now, where are my stuff? no one answers or i get the same answer, your order is done preparing and ready to be shipped, within 24 hours we will ship your oder. its all a lie, they just scam money

JollyChic.com this company is awful.

I purchased two sweaters from JollyChic and they were both horrible. After few wears one sweater just ripped. The other one did not fit at all, because it was extremely tiny. It was supposed to be an "oversized sweater", but it looked more like a top. There were also strange brown stains all over it as someone had used it before. When I spoke to customer service they said, "Can't you just wash it?" Well, lesson learned, never buying from JollyChic again! Please, don't waste your money and time as I did.

JollyChic.com really upset with jollychic!

Made an order on November 19th. As the shipping was 14 days I was hoping to receive my things before Christmas. Few weeks passed, but status in my account said "undistributed", so I tried contacting them. I've sent them messages many times as the live chat never worked, but there was no response. Then I tried to call them, but nobody ever answer the phone. I'm very disappointed and upset as my order never got processed. Several days ago I received an email with some apologies, and they offered me a $10 bonus, that meant nothing because it was removed from my account within days. Yesterday I checked the status of my order and it finally changed to „shipped out”. I went to the tracking site today and „shipped out „ was changed to „undistributed"! Really upset with JollyChic!

JollyChic.com service

Their service is one of the WORST ever. Buyers beware! They took my money, $1100+ worth of shopping and then never sent my items. I have messaging them via their livechat everyday and everyday they tell me they're very busy, TOO busy in fact to deal with my order. One customer service individual actaully said "I can not predict a date now" when asked when I would get my order! This company is by far the worst online shopping experience i've had.

JollyChic.com this company is stealing from people

I purchased four items from JollyChic to get free shipping. Two months passed and I received only two items. But the quality was the poorest I've ever seen! It was nothing like the pictures on their website. Items were made out of cheap material and the workmanship was just horrible. Also the sizes for both items were completely wrong. The items were so awful that I could use them only as rags. I have lost over $200 on this whole order. The other two items never arrived. This company is stealing from people and they keep doing it! And no one does anything to shut them down. I believe all positives reviews shown anywhere are fake! Buyers beware!

JollyChic.com my return payment

hi I ordered a coat from jolly chic at an excellent price when it arrived I tried it on but it was too small! so I filed a return with them and it was accepted but I had to take it to the post office to send back to them I don't think there was an option for them to collect the parcel from me to take back anyway the post office charged me £17.20 to return the coat! i'm sorry but this is unreasonable and i'm very annoyed! I would never have ordered the coat in the first place if I had known that this is the amount they would be charging to send it back! I would like something to be done about this asap please!

JollyChic.com purchased clothing

I purchased for dresses from JollyChic a few weeks back. I ordered all size 4 dresses and received size 8's. When I started a return/refund I was told that they excepted the return but that I had to pay to ship the product back to the company. Only to find out that I had to ship the package to China and it was going to cost me $95. My original order was only worth $70. The quality was poor, customer service is nonexistent, and I can't get a response from them to get my refund. This company is a scam and what ever you do, do not order off of their website!

JollyChic.com wrong size lousy service, not recommended!

I made a large order to benefit express delivery and to perform it I had to send countless emails when I got terrible service wrong answers Chat and Email. It took almost a week before sending the order. When I got the order, I discovered that all the clothes sizes were huge and not close to what I ordered. Also ordered a necklace and it came broken. Just the thought of correspondence with them again on returning the products tiring me. Not recommended to order in general, it is better to pay more and receive good service and good quality products and your correct size!

JollyChic.com order paid and not received yet

I placed an order on 27th of november and paid through credit card, as per their policy shipping should be within maximum of 5 days, now we are in the 10th day and still my order in preparation process. The big issue that I am trying to reach them in customer service but all their free tolls are not working or no answer. I tried also to mail them many times but no reply from them. JollyChic.com customer service & ordering

I have made several orders with jollychic. I love the clothes and happy with the quality (most of the time) for the price. On two orders items were duplicated. When I ordered there was one one but after billing and conformation the item would be duplicated. The first time I thought it was my error so didn't do anything. However the second time it happened I knew it wasn't my error as I triple checked everything before putting through. When I contacted customer care I was asked to provide more information over and over again. Then when I had provided the information on several occasions they just stopped replying to me! I've had bad customer service before but to have a customer have to constantly contact and then get the run around is atrocious. As I said I love the clothes but I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very shady behaviour!

JollyChic.com website is a mess! cannot get an order in. they never come back with an answers

I have tried repeatedly to order. The shopping cart keeps changing prices on me and they are not accurate! i cannot even look at my shopping cart or move on to purchasing. I had someone else sign in for me and it kept wiping out the credit card and no longer offered the 30% off for 1st time buyer that it did moments before. I am done trying to work with them. I think they are a scam. Somebody should check on this and shut them down! carolyn

JollyChic.com never received product and they lie about it!

Horrible business. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment. They lie. I was supposed to get my shipment one week ago. However it still hasn't arrived. I Contacted the carrier DHL and they haven't even received the package for shipment. When I talked to jolly chic, they said it was stuck in customs. How can it be stuck in customs when it hasn't even shipped yet? I am very mad at myself for not checking this Chinese company out more.

JollyChic.com several clothes ordered from jollychic, b2015091704126720

I ordered clothes from jollychic. I received the package very soon. All the clothes were either broken or very bad quality, far from the quality shown and described on the webpage. I have attached few pictures below here. I made complain and returned the broken items, I had to pay postal fees of more than 35euros. Still I havent received refund of the case. I have asked it from customer services several times but no proper response. I have also contacted now my lawyer to make a case against jollychic. It is absolutely wrong to make customer pay of returning broken items.

JollyChic.com shipment process (where is my order???)

I placed an order on the site 10/2/15 when completing the order it states that it will take 3-5 days for shipping. They also, provided me a order number with tracking number on 10/6/15. For me to find out that the order has not been shipped. They just started the paperwork for shipping the order... Why would you send a customer a tracking number unless the order has shipped. I found this out through DHL... NOT JOLLYCHIC.COM... I then tried to contact jollychic through the customer service number that is on the site to find out that no one will answer that number! Terrible customer service, so I went to the chat box I started chatting with a KERRY... who is very unprofessional, he/she tells me that I need to give them 3-5days after my money is received, they received my money 7 days ago... What the hell he/she talking about? Then he/she goes on to tell me 3-5days for preparing and 5-15days for shipping...NO WHERE ON THERE SITE DOES IT SAY 3-5 DAYS FOR PREPARING AN ORDER AND AN ADDITIONAL 5-15 DAYS FOR SHIPPING! NOT TO MENTION IT ALSO, DOES NOT STATE ON THERE THAT THE ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY! I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THIS SITE AGAIN AND I WILL CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THIS IS REALY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...

The company sent me some of my order and when I complained that I hadn't had the complete order, they sent it again. They also took the payment again . I can see in my PayPal account that I have had 6 payments taken from my account, to add insult to injury that expect me to pay to return the extra items. As a compromise I have said that I will keep the two...

JollyChic.com order experience & time

I ordered a jacket off the website jolly chic on the 11/8/2015.
My order number was M2015081205345576.
I emailed the customer care team on number occasions ( 21/8/15, 24/8/15 28/8/15 &29/8/15 & 30/8/15) . With every response I found my questions weren't being answered but rather avoided or the same answers given again as if it was hassle to respond to a paying customer. The Communication skills of your customer care team are shoddy at best.
My questions were in relation to the delivery address as i was moving address at the end of August, I presumed that my delivery would have arrived long before that considering the delivery charge and the fact that in a email i received yesterday i was informed that on the 20/8/15 my package arrived at the destination airport. 10 days later still no sign of the package and now if my package ever arrives i wont be in the house to collect it.
This is by far one of the worst on line shopping experiences ive had. They take the money from your account that day and from then on they don't care.

JollyChic.com awful quality and wrong sizes

I placed an order with JollyChic.com at the end of June 2015. The items on the pictures looked great and I made sure to pick the right sizes, believe me. First of all it took more than a week for Jollychic to put the order together, then it was sitting at their warehouse waiting for pick up for another week. I ordered most of the items (if not all of them) for my vacation trip, so went on vacation before the order arrived of course because it took forever for it to arrive. Once I got back: 1. The Items were not wearable, meaning the quality was so bad that I would never wear anything like that even for free. 2. Once I got back from my vacation and took a look at my order, it was past 7day return deadline- so now I am stuck with this garbage! Some items are mismatched - the top is Medium and the skirt is a size 0 (2-piece set so to speak). The quality of the material was worse than some cheap underwear and it was supposed to be a nice skirt with a top that looked very nice on the picture. Jollychic copies (probably illegally) pictures from other websites and then have the items created in someone's closet. They don't care about the quality of the material or the product in general. Do not order through this site, it's a scam.

I have recently had a similar experience to an earlier comment.
I placed an order for items in excess of £80.00. Items were for my holiday but arrived late after I had gone. The items are of the poorest quality and un wearable. The funniest thing is the sizing. I should have been a little more suspicious when the size guide charts stated that a UK 14 was an XXL in the manufacturers size chart. The items are actually an XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL. I could get in to them 10 times over. I have emailed the customer services who have not bothered to reply and looking at all the feedback do not think I will pursue. I will write this off as a very bad and stupid mistake, but will endeavour to ensure all my friends and family get a warning about Jolly chick. So if you are thinking of buying from them, think again and don't do it.
