طلبت من جولى شيك الطلب بتاريخ ١٥ أبريل حتى اليوم ٣ مايو فى مرحلة التجهيز هل هذا يعقل؟ وفى الٱخير يعتذرون ولا يسلمون الطلب الحجة الظروف الراهنة ،فى الظروف الراهنة تم فرض ١٠ ريال إتاوة على. رسوم الشحن أين كانت الظروف وقتها؟

I did note receive and all and they put on the tracking fail to deliver Due to customer not answering the call and I've never ever received a call from them and the biggest problem is they don't reply my emails and they don't have a contact number Big scammers!

I have ordered Huawei Bluetooth Headphones as mentioned above in subject line on 7th of April for which the estimated shipping time was 8th-9th April 2020. But I haven't received my order yet. Please arrange to deliver asap.

I don't want to say anything, Jollychic have to change delivery partner at the movement which delivery partner Jollychic is working Asbaq totally [censored],
How dare they are disconnecting line, All the time no answer as above mention i have total 4 shipment non is delivery till now.
Last 6 days i am calling Asbaq only 2 time they answer my call and just [censored] promise your shipment will be deliver tomorrow.
I my life first time i saw this type of [censored] shipping company which is Asbaq.

I have never spoken to the courier and yet I saw in the tracking that I rescheduled the delivery. How did that happened? Please check into this matter. I tried calling [protected] but it just ended without even a ring on the other line. They should've provided a working line. How can I follow up the delivery now? I need those and there's another pending delivery.

I ordered from jollychic maybe a month ago and still it hasn't arrived even tho it's shipped and is at riyadh at the moment why is no one contacting me?

Petrus Household Ice Cream Machine Full Automatic 2L Capacity. Last update is dated 08/03/2020. Estimated time of arrival: 15-16 Mars 2020. Shipping method: Absaq. Logistics NO: [protected]. There no information at all !

If my experience is anything to go by, DON'T BUY ANYTHING from JollyChic, based in Dubai. At best they are utterly incompetent and at worst, plain dishonest.

I ordered a top and a dress from them on the 29th of November 2019. Both items proved to be too big and I began the process of obtaining a refund. I managed to get a returns number and paid to send the garments back via the Royal Mail tracked service. Nothing happened. I emailed JollyChic. They said they had not received the goods. It transpired that the post office in Dubai was unable to deliver my package as there was no one there to receive it. (What kind of company has no staff manning its office?) A note had been left for JollyChic to pick up the package from the local depot. They couldn't manage to do that either, so the parcel was turned around and sent all the way back to me. It is now February 2020. To send the goods back again I would be required to pay again - meaning I'd be picking up another bill for JollyChic's negligence. So, I am still awaiting my refund let alone the most basic customer service.

Hopeless. I will donate the garments to charity. Meanwhile, take my advice, buy locally if you can, but if you must shop for clothes abroad, DON'T TRUST JOLLYCHIC whatever you do: they are useless and effectively, have stolen my money. I trust they will think that the £45 they have extracted from me will be worth the damage to their reputation - assuming they have a reputation they'd want to keep.

I want to complain about my parcels, they told me 5th times already that they will deliver my order but I just wait for nothing... And they will said my place is not there work place? Its been 5 times already... And my 2nd parcel is same problem... They also contact me that they will deliver but no one deliver... Its very disappointing, how I wish I can just cancel my 2 parcels

I want to complain one of your delivery man here in madinah ksa just today incident january 1-2020 at 6:22 pm he called me for my shipment logistic number 5102281390 when he reach my address and I said him to come up because im in the duty and cant go down he said I can not go up its not allow for him why? This is so disappointed why this delivery man like this we the customer need to adjust for hi he is the only one who can not come up... And now I saw in my apps to track my ship and he wrote sshipment delivery failed due to customer requested to change the delivery time? Which did not!. i have ordered 3D projector & some clothes in jollychic. but they sent wrongly without 3D option, and they agreed and advised me to sent back those wrong shipment to dubai jollychic warehouse. when i'm trying to send shipping cost is nearly 33KWD, same time i have confirmed with jollychic customer care and they agree pay back those amounts. so approx. 10 days before i sent shipment and submitted those invoices through servises@jollychic.com. they refund only 6KWD for shipping cost, still my remaining amount 27KWD is pending. so till date there is no response from jollychic. Please help me to solve this issue.

I was made the order in jollychic 5 items and 1 item received the other 4 items will receive after 30 days, and once I open there is a mobile cover which are completely damage. And I try to return but the application not accept due to time duration.

I have a very very worst experiance with jollychic after the first 2 deliveries I am thinking about make more orders but after this order, I will never use and also tell to my friends don't use it because there service worst service. Also the product quality not good as they put in pictures.

I have already got my order and the product has been sent. But, since I was not at home when the delivery guy called, he was not ready to cross the road and deliver it to my house. I have been trying to call him back and he is not responding well. Now the status of my order shows that the order is cancelled because the customer has provided wrong address, which is not true. Please do the needful. Am waiting for my products which is already paid.

And the customer service dont answer my calls and after an hour he answered it and I ask my parcel and the driver said that he cant deliver it due to my location cant see, and I change and driver said call the office and I called the office many times and the operator answered after an hour and he said that they send my parcel in the wear house due to they cant see my location 2x, and if that case I need to pick up my items to their main office, and I only recieved a call from the driver only once yesterday. So how come its 2x. So please do something about it I need my items other than that I will cancelled it and we will never other from you due to bad services.

It's been long over due and my order has not been delivered to me by Asbaq express. The number provided on Jollychic to contact them does not work. And Asbaq express has not contacted me and I have no way to contact them. I'm very disappointed in JollyChic for using horrible company. I've been waiting for so long and my order has not been delivered! I will not be buying from Jollychic again unless they change their delivering company.

Dear all the courier guy called for the first shipment and Informed him to come after 5 he came Last week and I collected.
Again I received another shipment he called me last Thursday it was weekend I told him to come on Sunday as I was busy, on Sunday he called me I told him to come after 5 as I was at work And again his card machine is not working and I don't have cash then he told me he will finish his shift at 2 pm and he can come at my work, as you mentioned you have payment card I asked him he said no then i told him to wait as I don't have cash after 5 pm he starts to call me at 5:38 and he said in Rude it's 5:38 and I late at this time I didn't leave my work for some reason at my work and he start to fight with me that he waited for me for 5 hours and why he will late, as he was rude and he push me I asked him to cancel the shipment and again he said the company told me don't until the customer take the shipment I asked him again to cancel it and he start to send me messages and he send me in WhatsApp the adujstic from allah and why I told him I will report this to the company he said yes and asked them why I wait for 5 hours this not professional at all, I cancel the shipment because of his way I collected the first one and this not my first time I always order from jolley chick but now I need to shipment to Handel to some one else or you can cancel it as I request I block his number I can send you a screenshot for his WhatsApp chat
