I used to get a lot of notice from jobs.indubai.com asking to pay the fees to get job offer as my profile has been shortlisted by employer. and once I paid it never occurred. on their site, they guarantee job within six months of registering and also said it is 100% refundable within six months if not and now it is more than a year after registering I have not been shortlisted ever since! I want my money back what can I do legally?

This is to inform you that I had applied as a member at Jobs In Dubai ( https://www.jobsindubai.com/ ) on 25th May 2016.
i.e. by paying $92.00 (Canadian dollars)

Attached are the zip archives of screenshots from their website, my membership payments, & refund requests.

As per their membership details, they assure us to get us a job in 6 months.
Otherwise, the entire registration amount is refundable.

Therefore, after 6 months of no success I finally applied for a refund on 27th Nov 2016.
And they say, as per their website, that refund takes around 6 to 8 weeks.

Now its been almost 4 months and I have not recevied any refund.
Despite following up via. email and phone calls, they simple say that it is under process OR at times they DO NOT respond at all.

Hence, I kindly request you to please help me in getting my refund from them as soon as possible.

This site jobsindubai correspondence approached with a requirement against my profile competence for which they asked me to get started with process by paying them refundable registration fee which will be refunded after 6 months if they fail to arrange any job as per my profile. After completing of their unsuccessful service terms I called for refund which is not yet reverted even after more than year. Have mailed them several times and they donot correspond.
I am writing to make more and more candidates alert of this fraudulent site which is now working from all national and international portal and should be sewed and penalised of cheating people of their money and career.

As per their mail the amount of INR 4500/- was to be refunded in case they are not able place me for a job in Dubai. But its been more than an year & they have processed my refund even though I have shared my bank account no. for same many times. Every time they reply with the same mail saying there's a huge backlog & refund will be processed. But nothing has happened till date.

I am sure many from India have been scammed by this website. Request anyone applying on this website to not pay anything in advance.

"I made an account with the jobsindubai.com website in January 2015 and paid them the required fee through credit card in Kuwait. As they failed to provide me a job opening as they promised while registering, on Sept 15th 2015 I asked for a refund for which they confirmed my address and called me and said that they would make me a pay order within 6-8 weeks. On 15th Jan 2016 they replied that they had a lot of back log and would clear it on "first come first served basis". Since the promised time has elapsed with no contact from them,

Kindly help me out to take action against them, as it should not happen to anyone else in future.

Hi All,
I am a registered user of jobsindubai.com. I availed the facility in Oct, 2014 till now I have not received any single call or revert from any of the employer. When I contacted jobsindubai, they said it will be done. Jobs in dubai are fake and fraud service company. They are charging huge amount of fee 5500/- which is all waste. Please don't use jobs in dubai .
