My experience with J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has been a mix of positives and negatives. The customer service was responsive, but the delivery of the products took longer than expected. The quality of the products was decent, but there were some minor issues with accuracy. Overall, an average experience.

I filed a 2290 for the year 2023 thru jj keller. I got a 2290 for the year 2022. I dont even have a active authority or the truck is not even registered to me yet. Then im told by a jj keller rep I am on my own call the irs to fix problem. I paid this fee 2 hours ago and I got back the wrong year. I need 2023. I like to have you correct this. I could of filed thru the irs web site for free.

Took driving class in Powell Wy. There instructor Kenin J. Discrimination agent woman was so obvious. Bulling them until they quit class. Christi G. Who was supposed to be running the class. No where to be found. Also she kept firing instructor's that didn't discriminate and kept Kevin J. who did discriminate. Women Don't take this class you'll be wasting your time. Go train in Billings they don't discriminate.

JJ Keller and associates harass the hell out of me on a weekly basis it seems. They cannot take no for an answer, the first time you purchase a product form them they have your name and your number and you are screwed, they will call and call and call. they attempt to use fear to sell their product, "How can you possibly comply without our product?" "What are you using to ensure compliance?" Honestly, I've forgotten more than JJ Keller ever knew about anything. If you are competent in compliance and safety, you do not need one of JJ keller's product, get the osha books, 1910, 1926, get the FMSCA manual, go to the osha website, use google, go to the FMSCA website, there is nothing that JJ Keller can offer you that a savy type person can't find for free. JJ Keller is for the lowest common denominator in our society, they actually cheapen safety and compliance by attempting to make people dependent on their information that is freely available on the internet or within publications that you can purchase that are a fraction of the cost of a JJ keller program. They do have some good DOT forms, but seriously, make copies of the forms and kiss JJ keller goodbye. They will just call you non stop, if you ask them to stop, they will lie and say they will but another person will be calling you within the week. Shame on you JJ Keller, using fear to hock your basically worthless product.

In November of 2018 we called that company and we explained them that we are a delivery service company and that we are looking into how to track our trucks. We were told that with their ELD devices and their services we will be able to track our trucks, usage of the trucks, manage drivers and so on ...BUT after we purchased almost 20 devices, paid for the installation and did the whole setup on the computer and spend all together in the amount of over $7000.00, tracking of the trucks was not working and it is not even posible with this device to track your vehicles. We called and complained and they have the nerve to try to sell us yet another device to accomplish what their device could not do, a GPS location for which we would have to establish the service agreement with yet another company. ABSURD! We called and complained and try to cancel the deal and they just played dumb and keep charging us for monthly services which we never even used. Even after numerous calls to cancel the services they were still charging us. Now finally after more than 6 months of complaining we got the cancelation email and credit for only one month of services. We are now stuck with the loss of $7K and useless devices from JJ Keller. STAY AWAY! We will seek court help
