After seeing an impressive ad on facebook for this vacuum, I ordered three of them for myself and my two sons' families. We have received only one of the three and it is a cheap knock off of a working vacuum. The advertisement showed it moving effortlessly from hard surface to carpet. It does not move on carpet at all, regardless of thickness. It does not pick up most of the sample debris that I put out as a trial.
I would very much like to return this piece of junk for a full refund but am unable to find any contact information for the company other than the provided ship from address.
There was no packing slip included. The only information included was the very limited instructions which required a magnifying glass to read.
I have dad a terrible experience with same seller. Also uses name Trendy Pack as seller with PenPal. Defective oxygen type machine purchased, received defective, nowhere to plug it to electric. Amidst assistance thru PayPal - however, company trying to make me pay to ship.to Moraocco on my dime. Though It shipped from JIN TAI in California. I suggest you use PayPal as they can assist with seller ripoffs when they are hard to locate as he is. Good luck!
So did you ever get a phone # or return label or anything? I bought this vacuum based on their "representation of this product" ... what a joke this thing is! I pulled up a chair to watch this vacuum do absolutely Nothing! From a Plywood floor to bathroom carpet mat to super smooth Bamboo hardwood flooring...Still had to get out the broom and dustpan to clean up!
How do I return this P.O.S...?
I received some items that I ordered on bestsellII.com from this same address. The items were damaged and there was a granular film inside the packaging that was suspicious. I can not find a return address either - however, plan to alert the public on facebook.
