I wanted to buy a Van from them. The agent Harris told me to pay a deposit and then he will start the ball rolling. Every time he says I missed the auction and request more money. I told him it's about time I shall call it quits. He said he will everything to refund. I called several times and emails no joy. When I blasted someone then they sent me a refund form. I filled in everything and sent to him. No more answers. They always say someone will call but no one ever does. These people are compulsive liars and they need to be put through the Japan Minster for there doggy dealing and exposed to the world. Thanks, Manoj.

Finally got my van, sales person Daniel ask for more money to get better van, paid the higher price for a van,
It arrived in New Zealand only to fail compliance for large amount of rust in underbody,
I haven't the money to fix, very upset and not sure what I can do,
Please don't buy of these wankers they are lies and will try to cheat you out of more money,

I am Mr. Rameshlall Cheeneebash from Mauritius. I make a deposit of US $ 1000. to Mr. Brian Oscar the Manager of Jin Ji Dosha for auction in June 2 2017. In his mail of 21/06/2017 he persuaded me to make payment Tomorrow. I intended to purchase a car make Toyota Aqua model GGs. They were taking so long to find me the car and finally I bought a car from another company in Japan. According to the law in Mauritius I cannot import another car before 5 yrs. I have explained my problem to the company and according to Mr. Jason Fernandez he was ready to refund me .On 28/06/2018 Mr. Jason Fernandez send me a mail asking me my Bank details and copy of my ID card to make the refund. On 02/07/2018 I send him all the details and he certified having received same. Though I send several mails to Mr. Jason Fernandez and even to the Manager Brian Oscar on the 10/10/2018 I have not received any reply yet. I am very disappointed to see such big company from Japan not caring to refund such a tiny sum of US $1000. of my well earned money. I wish to point out that I am a retired officer of the Government of Mauritius.Hoping you take my complaint into consideration and will hear from you very soon.

I ordered a Toyota Dyna truck from Jin Jidosha Company, Japan in January 2018. I paid USD9, 500 on 14 January 2018. I struggled to get the truck delivered while the company proffered one story after another. I had to lodge a complaint with the Japanese Embassy in Harare some time in May 2018 and hardly a week later they started offering me alternative trucks. I then accepted a 3 ton Mitsubishi truck that they had sent me a couple of photos. But when they sent me the specifications, I indicated to them that the truck was too small for my requirements and was not in line with my order and their Proforma Invoice. They were adamant and I succumbed to the 'half a loaf is better than nothing' saying ! To tone me down, they sent an Altezza together with the truck BUT I still feel cheated because what I ordered is not what I got ! The truck is hardly bigger than a 1 ton truck ! I have now since ordered another 3 ton truck from the UK ! Within 1 week, I already have shipping bookings it ! That's business! I don't advise anyone to buy anything from Jin Jidosha, unless one is prepared to lose money unnecessarily ! These are crooks, carrying fictitious English names and changing the names and business titles at will to confuse clientele! Plse be warned !

My name is Alice Wanyoro from Kenya, l bought a car Honda stream from jin Jidosha Japan. The car was shipped from Japan on 19/11/2017 and arrived in Kenya on 16/11/2017. My complaint is jin Jidosha company is yet to forward original documents for the car to date I have been making follow up but they don't respond. The customer care representative told me they lost the original Bill of lading and were looking for it .Now its one month since and no responses .

I have deposited 1300NZD as the deposit to import a car. They have shown a car and take the deposit promising its in their stock and will ship the car once the deposit is been done. But actually, they didn't have any car and once I made a call from the different number they attend my call and asked me to wait a week. They promised me they will either get the same car from an auction or will process the refund. But nothing happened or they even didn't call me. They got many names, like DEXTER D-SOUZA, NICK, ROSS. Their intention is clearly to cheat you. Go with them only if you want to lose your money. You can see some positive reviews, am pretty sure it's their own people.
