Jimmy John's management handled online order and delivery service error horrible

The term freaky fast is gone for Jimmy Johns... very disappointed on how management handled my online order with delivery. I placed an online order with delivery instructions on how I like my sandwich prepared, which they promote via email "delivery on your terms" on how we want our food delivered.

I specified that I wanted Jimmy peppers on the side of sandwich and when I got my delivery the peppers were inside my sandwich as well as on the side. When I called the store about the error, they didn't want to reconcile the issue because it was on online order. My receipt has the words "Can I have my jimmy peppers on the side of sandwich" printed right on there. I spent 20 mins trying to explain myself how I didn't make the error and just want want I paid for. Management says they will swap out my sandwich with a new one...2 hours later still waiting and scared to even eat the new sandwich, wonder if it was tampered with. Never again will I eat Jimmy Johns after this situation!

Jimmy John's rude and obnoxious driver

A driver delivered an order here, minutes later a lady from another business near by came in and said that the driver said he left her order here. I advised her that we only had what we paid for. I then called the store regarding the issue and was advised that it was a mix up but not to worry, they will take care of it. Minutes later the driver came back in our business loud saying that he left an order here. I told him that we only had what we ordered, he began to get loud and say that we had his order and got louder. I sked him to leave, he said where is his order, i told him this is a business and he can not get loud because this is a counseling faculity. He would not leave until i told him that I would call the police. This is an unacceptable behavior and I video taped him being aggressive to me.

We will no longer be ordering from Jimmy Johns anymore and I will spread the word to everyone else.

Jimmy John's employee payroll

I worked for only 3-4 days. I did quit quite soon and I didn't even show up on the 4th day. I only left a voicemail before my shift and decided not to show up. I'll admit that was very unprofessional of me. But that is still not a good reason to dodge out of giving me my paycheck. I should've gotten at least around 70 dollars worth of work time. I was told to give the store my tax info and I delivered. I came back 3 times to receive my paycheck. I was told the second time that there was an error with my address so I updated it on my employee application. Went back the third time and there was still a supposed error with my address. I didn't live in any dorms, I lived in an off campus housing complex at the time. I say this because the worker at the desk told me by the off chance that I possibly lived in a dorm I would have to write the dorm info on my application as well. I never came back there again. Why was there an error with a certified Wisconsin address? I got the number of an assistant manager, but the general manager was the one taking care of the book keeping and they flat out refused to give me her phone number or any other way of contacting her.
I'm only posting this out in the open because I hear that I am not the only one who has been duped out of a paycheck.

Jimmy John's I am complaining about the sandwich made for me

I went in to order a sandwich at the Jimmy John's off of Scottsdale and Indian school before I had work. I ordered A number four with no cheese because I am deathly allergic to dairy products. Just to verify the number four does not come with cheese. And I told the employee no cheese on my sandwich and he was like OK I got it. So I get the sandwich, take a couple bites and realize it has cheese on it and then the next minute I know I am in the hospital with an IV in my arm. All I want to know is, is somebody going to pay my hospital bill because I don't have $1200 for the mistake made by Jimmy John's employee.

Liar. If you were deathly allergic you wouldn't eat anything from a restaurant without looking inside the sandwich. Pay your own bills loser

Jimmy John's unacceptable treatment by staff

On 11/4/19 at approximately 8:40 pm, I entered the Jimmy John's from the hotel entrance because I did not want to go back to my room. Upon entering I asked to use the bathroom and the Black lady with the dreads informed me the bathroom was for paying customers. So, I proceeded to buy something and then went to the bathroom. As I was entering the lady with the dreads said the bathroom is closed. Then upon entering the bathroom one of the other employees came and knocked on the door with a hard object screaming thr bathroom is closed. Now, while I am in the bathroom I am not sure whether to call the police or not. These are employees that suppose to be representing Jimmy John's establishment. The conduct of the employees was totally unacceptable. This led me to believe I would never enter this restaurant ever again. I never felt so humiliated to use the bathroom. First, I could have been told when I entered that the bathroom was closed. They took my money and not once did they say the bathroom is closed. These employees that were present did not in any way conduct themselves in the manner of a Jimmy John's employee. This complaint will be Cc to the Corporate office. This Jimmy John's is located on the corner of Pratt and? It is connected to the hotel and convention center. The description of the employees was a black female with dreads in hair about 5'5 with a very disrespectful demeanor who should not be a part of this organization. The cashier was a thin black man who wore glasses and from hearing his voice at the cash register, he was the one who continuously banged on the door with a metallic object. The time was between 8:40 - 9:00 pm. I asked that this complaint be heard by the appropriate authorities and that I receive a personal apology in concern of Jimmy John's I'll treatment towards customers. I am a faithful Jimmy John's customer that would never enter a Jimmy John's facility ever again.. Thank you..

Jimmy John's poor customer services

On October 16, about 11:45 am I placed an order with the Jimmy Johns Store #401 located at 6969 North Port Washington Rd, Glendale, Wisconsin. I ordered a #4 with a drink and pickle to be delivered to 6680 N. Teutonia Ave. I waited approximately 40 minutes for my order to be delivered but it did not come. I called about 3:30 pm and spoke to a female supervisor to inform that I did not receive my order. She checked with the previous supervisor who told her that someone from my work location called to cancel my order so that supervisor voided my order, Order ID 59. I informed her that I did not call to cancel my order and I did not receive a cancellation receipt. The female supervisor emailed the receipt after I told her I did not receive a cancellation receipt. I then told the female supervisor that I would pick up the order. I go to Jimmy Johns to pick up my order, which was not ready. I was surprised that my order was not ready and said, "It's not ready!" The female supervisor said it would take minutes to make the order, but I did not have time to wait, not even a minute. I expected to walk in the store to pick up my order.
I am upset that the supervisor would listen to and cancel an order from an unknown person who did not place the order other than me, and that my order was not ready when I went to pick it up. I also feel that the female supervisor acted as if she did not care. Her response, "Oh, well." Both supervisors made me feel as though it was my fault that the order was cancelled and that it was not ready. That type of customer service is unacceptable. Both supervisors should have gone out of their way to accommodate me as a customer, especially since they dropped the ball.

Jimmy John's password reset on app.

Ive had the app for several years now. Several months ago I tried to order and the password I've always had wasn't accepted. I attempted to use the password reset. The link you emailed me wouldn't load. I was so angry over that I refused to order from you for months. Tonight I decided to make an order and guess what? Same exact drill. You've lost me and anyone I talk to but you might want to fix that app. It's pretty sad when you have decent food but you piss the customers off so bad when they attempt to order that they don't want to deal with you. You would think that thing would've been fixed in all this time.

Jimmy John's killing elephants for sport!

Really, and you thought letting the world know that killing innocent animals like an elephant is okay. My company nor my self will ever order from jimmy johns. On a weekly basis my company would spend over 200.00 a week on your food. Never again! I will pass the word to others to make sure I can single handedly stop people from ordering from an elephant killer.

Jimmy John's cleanliness and service

Jimmy Johns is the worst place I have ever worked at. It isn't just the place I love it until we had a change in management. This location only is unsanitary, in the ways that people, including the GM vape and smoke weed(dab pen) in the back of the store. They are discriminatory. They also make female workers take out the trash late at night where it is not well lit and all the way down at the other end of the building. my friend and I almost got attacked once if I didn't have my car to get out of there it would've ended up bad. We texted the closing manager explaining what happened and why we left, he told us prior to taking out the trash we could go after doing that, and all he said was u still should've taken out the trash cuz now I have to go down there. Like wth. Also, all they do is talk crap about their employees and spread peoples personal information around the store. It honestly is the worst experience I have ever had. And that is thanks to the new GM Josh Guiliani.

Jimmy John's my sandwich

Up until today I have never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy Johns. I don't know if there was a new worker today or what but I ordered the wheat grain sub roll but when I got home I realized it was the original bread. That woulda have been fine if there was enough turkey on the sub to taste it. There's more bread than anything. Again, I have a feeling there may have been a new worker but I still wish there was enough meat on this sandwich to enjoy it.

Jimmy John's customer service

On May 12, 2019 My husband and I went into the Bountiful, Utah Jimmy Johns. We ordered two foot long sandwiches to go. We asked for bacon added to one of those sandwiches. When we got home, I realized the bacon wasn't added. I checked our receipt and found we were indeed charged for the bacon and decided to call the store. They apologized and asked my husband to go back in for a refund. When he went in the girl who prepared my sandwich argued that the bacon was there.
First, the fact that she argued she could have made a mistake was rude and unprofessional. Second, being accused of driving back to the store to falsely accuse her just to be refunded $4 was an absolute outrage.
My husband asked to speak to a manager and was informed there wasn't one onsite. Another employee asked him to write his phone number on my receipt and sssured him management would call him discuss this matter.
Needless to say, he never received a call.
He has more important things to do than to fight for $4, which I feel was the tactic here.

I am taking the time to write this complaint not for the money, but the principle.
Your customers should be treated with respect.
Employees, no matter the job, should be held accountable for the way they represent the company they work for.

I can honestly say, I am not willing to recommend nor go into another Jimmy Johns simply because of the way this situation was handled.

I would add a picture of my receipt but the store kept it, with my husband's phone number on it.

I think you are lying. Do you want to know why. You are calling an employee a "girl" when she is clearly over 18. Calling her a girl when she is grown up is a lie. If you are lying about that maybe you ate the bacon before returning the sandwich to get your refund.girl Telling you the truth is not rude. Stop calling her a girl when itis you who is acting like a child.

Jimmy John's foreign object in tuna sandwich

On April 24, 2019, I order a large catering platter from Jimmy Johns located at 495 South Main St., Las Vegas NV for the Nevada Department of Taxation offices located at 555 E. Washington, Las Vegas NV. We refrigerated the sandwich balance overnight and this morning several of us indulged. Upon taking the third bite of my tuna sandwich, I bit down on what I suspected to be an egg shell ( considering it was tuna salad) however, to my surprise, it was a staple. Thankfully, I bit down slowing and felt it before swallowing it. We have since disposed of the sandwich balance. How did a staple get into the tuna is my question and their process requires evaluation and correction. This could have been a situation that caused severe injury. I expect a response for this as this is extremely unacceptable.

Jimmy John's store jj1933

I called the to see why my delivery was taking so long. Usually my food comes really fast. The female who answered was RUDE when I asked questions and then she hung up on me. I called back and asked for her manager. A female manager came on and she answered the phone "yeah"? I then asked who was above her and a very nice young man came on. I am a 53 year old woman who worked as a retail manager for years and those two females would be instantly fired!

Jimmy John's employee high on off time

One of your employees in your Billings chain gets high and gives minors alcohol and pot. Hey are a danger to the road I believe that they get high on the way to work and after. I also know that they are a delivery man that does not split tips. He comes home with 150 dollars in tips a day. His name is Gaven Sledge. He shares pot and alcohol with other employees this should be changed. I recommend doing a random drug test.

Jimmy John's my unwich order

I walked in and ordered a Turkey Unwich with cheese, tomato, onions, and mayo. I got my order, walked out, got in my car, went back to work. Unwrapped it and the unwich was all over the place. Just fell out and lettuce in pieces and it's just not wrapped. It's a mess. I can not pick it up to bite it. I have to pick it up in pieces and the lettuce wrap was in a few pieces and not the freshest pieces of lettuce. I'm overall disappointed.

Jimmy John's roast beef sub

My company orders a lot of food from this location. I ordered a roast beef sub with extra pickle. The sandwich was delivered with 5 pickles on it. I called the store and askeds where are the extra pickles I was told there normal is 4 pickles. on a regular sub and they added one more pickle to fill teh sandwich. Come on pickles are not that expensive that you could not put a few more on for a client that orders food very very often.

Jimmy John's Incompetence and no communication

Two nights ago, I ordered Jimmy John's right around 11:15 PM to my apartment. I ordered from a store on University (about 2 miles from my apartment). The tracker online almost immediately said that it was out for delivery, so after 30 minutes I decided to call the store and see where my order was. They told me that the store on archer road was closer to my address and so they sent the order over there and that it should be out for delivery by now.
After another 20 minutes, I decided to call the other store. When I called and inquired about the status of my order, the manager said that they voided my payment because it was from another store and so they were waiting for another form of payment. I asked him why he did not inform of my of this, to which he replied, "That's why I called you!" I of course informed him that I was literally the one that called them and I had been waiting for 50 minutes for my order. He claimed to have called me before, but he did not. I then pay for my order and wait.
Another 30 minutes goes by and I still do not have my food. I call the store back again and ask where my food is. They told me it left the store 25 minutes ago and to hold on a second while they call the driver. Then they tell me the driver got lost and can't find it.
Now I am on the phone with the driver as he explains that the GPS is totally off and there are no buildings anywhere near him. Keep in mind that no one has ever had a problem getting to my apartment with a GPS. I ask him where he is and when he tells me he's at the intersection of 6th and Depot, I say "Well great! Do you see that brick building literally 50 feet next to you?" To which he says, "No, there is no building and you must have given me the wrong address."
Finally, I decide to walk to the intersection. I reach the end of my brick buildings and see this man standing 50 feet away from me. I give him a wave and point to the massive apartment building he is standing next to. He replies with "Nah man, I don't think that's brick."
Wow, what an experience I had with Jimmy John's that night as I finally got to eat my sandwich at 1 in the morning.
I am a very regular customer of Jimmy John's eating there twice a week and have never dealt with this kind of thing. Not to mention, the entire time the manager and employees acted like it was my fault. I hope there is something that can be done to make up for this experience.

Jimmy John's working in dangerous conditions

Tomorrow 1/30/19 is supposed to be below-20 degrees. I called in asking if Jimmy John's were to be open. They said corporate spoke about it already and said yes. How do you expect the drivers to be forced to be out in these situations? Or even the in shops. Since no one will be going into the store... they'll expect their delivery? I was outside for already an hour and my body could not take the weather. Jimmy John's should be closed for the day. I am very upset that we have to work like this.

Jimmy John's customer service

I ordered a day before for 13 sandwiches to be deliverred to the VA and added 2 more the next day and cancelled 1, then later again cancelled another 1 because 2 called in in our office. First they sounded irritated and felt that more after the front desk manager called to cancel the 2nd one ( as written above) and hang up on her. When the sandwiches came I asked if I can pay with a credit card and he said I could call the store and pay over the phone with it And so I did and asked for an email for the receipt that they charged me that much so I have something in writing. The manager said that he will not since I should've prepared for the cash since it was ordered ahead of time. That was very irritating and rude. The delivery guy was nice but the staff answering your phone is not. We are not ordering from them anymore. This is a very bad experience and should always be nice to customers. We were polite when we called and it is not our fault that your system doesn't allow to just add or delete orders just like that so they shouldn't put it on us.

My sister and my girlfriend had issues with each other, but they both worked at Jimmy johns in Terre haute. The one on Wabash. To avoid this problem, my girlfriend worked night shift because she doesn't want conflict. My sister would come in almost every time she knew my girlfriend was working and basically stalked her. There's been charges filed against her because of this. Saturday night on December 1st of 2018, my sister, Paige dunning, went to Jimmy johns because she ordered a pickup and stalked my girlfriend like she always does, but this night she keyed my and my girlfriends car. While it was on Jimmy johns property. She admitted to doing so, claiming she can do whatever the f*** she wants. I went into Jimmy johns the following day to speak to the owner, Ryan or Samuel, Whichever name he prefers, in hopes to find a solution to everything that was going on. Instead of resolving the conflict, he put my girlfriend and sister to work on days together and then when my girlfriend told him that Paige was still continuing to harass and threaten her, he fired her. This is unreasonably fair and I'm going to take legal action against him if there isn't something done about her.
