Jimmy Jazz my new sim

Today i go to Jazz franchise near kohat committee to open new they told me that its cost is Rs:200 i told them them that every where Jazz sim are free Anyhow i paid Rs:200 then i give them my CNIC to register it when i came home it was not regestired
So i got angry & broked my SIM
I request u to take strick action on this franchise

Jimmy Jazz the manager

This manager Lambie or whatever they call her is soooo damn rude, I can't take it anymore every time I come in this store she's being rude to me or the next person. Don't know how she got the job. Caught her smoking weed outside on her lunch break I'm guessing because she came back in the business after getting high. She be smelling like weed a lot. This lady curse at her employees and make them feel like [censored]. I have talk to a few of the workers Because of her attitude. This is beyond sad. They won't do anything about this woman who continuously gets complaints. Please further this. She's been rude for to long

Jimmy Jazz recent purchase

I ordered some shoes for my son (black nike huarache run size 6.5) and they sent me womens shoes size 6.5 (which are too small obviously). I went to the store to exchange them and i was instructed that they cannot take returns or exchanges in store. I followed the ridiculous return instructions only to find out they no longer have my son's shoes for the same price. So...not only do I not have shoes for him but I also have to pay $6.95 to return shoes that I don't even get to keep! So they send the wrong thing and I have to pay for it...great customer service Jimmy Jazz! Actually it's terrible and I will never buy online from them again! Worst return process I have ever encountered!

I walked into the store located at Cross Creek Mall, in Fayetteville NC; the staff were standing in the front of the store cursing and talking to one another. No one acknowledged me, I just walked out. I went in to purchase my son a pair of sneakers, some jeans and spray ground backpack. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything due to the bad business.

Jimmy Jazz theft

My returned items were sent back to the warehouse signed for by rene on may 30, 2018 however all items were not giving a refund for I have been dealing with the issue for 4 days now. I have spoken with fedex the total weight of the package sent out to the warehouse equals the weight of the items ship to you.  someone purposely did not log in the sock dart se shoes and refund the purchase price of $59.95  I need to speak with someone asap about the matter for a fraud/theft complaint! I will never purchase from them again!

Jimmy Jazz customer service when ordering

I tried to order shoes online I had issues I called the customer service number to get help the first girl told me what to do when I hung up I tried again it didn't work I called back the second lady hung up on me. I called to speak to a manager who helped me order and said she would email me the order number and order stuff I never received it so I called back two days later my email and while order was wrong. The lady I spoke with fixed it. My husband and I both both coach sports and ordered from here to see if we can start getting this through here easier obviously not and I will never order again this was the first and worse experience I have ever had. Not professional messed up not only once but several times I will be sure to let other coaches know the experience we had. It wasn't a complicated order it was one pair of shoes to see how your product was now I'm afraid to find out.

I went to Jimmy Jazz at Gastonia, NC in the Mall. I asked man to check not size of Michael Jordan shoes. He speaking which I don't understand. He should have write piece of paper or use phone to communicate because I'm hearing impaired. He did not doing his job. He could have help me out to find basketball shoes for my son. He say Don't have that size and walk away. Thanks

Jimmy Jazz poor in-store customer service

My sons and I visited the Jimmy Jazz store in the Greenville Mall located in Greenville, NC on 4/1/17. We waited a long time in line for service. There were 2 sales associates on the floor, 2 more and a manager behind the counter. No one offered an explanation as to why we weren't being helped. Once we finally did get help, they charged my debit card twice during the transaction. I saw the charges about 30 minutes later when I checked my account online. The sales associates and manager insisted they didn't make a mistake and that I needed to call my bank - on a Saturday. I asked for another manager. She was called on the phone and although she did not speak to me, the manager in front of me insisted she said the same thing. I then asked for a corporate number, the store number and the manager's name. That was a complete waste of time because they don't even have weekend customer service hours. I searched their site and found no way to register a complaint. The money is back in my account now, no thanks to the Jimmy Jazz staff.

Jimmy Jazz customer service

I ordered a Nike online for $39.99. When I received the confirmation, it showed that I had 3 shoes. I immediately sent an email about the discrepency. On Monday morning, I called to confirm that received my email and to correct my order. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to return them at cost to me. Since I only ordered 1 shoe, I do not believe it is my issue and I should not pay to return the extra shoes. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who was no help. I told him I would reject the order and he said "that's fine, but you will receive a refund less your shipping charge". There was no trying to help since their site is the issue and always has error messages. I will not be ordering from them again. Buyer beware!

Jimmy Jazz they haven't cancelled my order, but the rep promised to

I ordered shoes from the website www.JimmyJazz.com. But on the same day I decided to cancel the order, ‘coz I found a lot of complaints about this company. I called to the customer services, but the agent told me that he could cancel it tomorrow. I agreed, but on the next day I received the confirmation from the seller that my order was shipped. WTF? I again called to the customer services, but the agent told me that now it was impossible to cancel the order, and he hasn’t explained why they haven’t cancelled it before. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

I have purchase 3 pairs of shoes but did not receive confirmation email. I sent up to 7 emails asking to provide me with shipping details or confirmation email, but no one answered my questions. Tracking info is not provided. Online tracking does not work.
Poor service. NO customer support. I guess they check emails but ignore them.

Jimmy Jazz manager bad customer service

I went to Jimmy Jazz on Steinway Street in Astoria Queens. I tried to exchange or receive a store credit for a pair of short that I purchased in Harlem Jimmy Jazz store. So then the store manager Emmanuel A. told me that I was unable to exchange or give me a store credit for the pair of short. I would have to go back to the store I purchased the short from. The receipt did not say anything about me having to go back to that location where I brought them from. I also explained to him that the Harlem location was to far and that I only have a seven day grave period to exchange the short and that I live in Astoria Queens. He replied he cannot exchange or give me a store credit because he not allow by his District Manager to return items from another location. He was also nasty. And rude about it and Emmanuel also said he doesn't care if I call customer service. I was very disappointed with the customer service of this manager. He was very unprofessional. I just didn't seem to understand that if I just purchased the short at Jimmy Jazz the day before why I wasn't allow to exchange or receive store credit If i had a seven day grace per

Jimmy Jazz poor quality and customer service

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE. I ordered a pair of Nike tennis shoes. After wearing twice, the NIKE logo started coming off. Jimmy Jazz refused to replace or refund, saying that was normal wear and tear and I should take it up with Nike. After wearing twice? I will never do business with them again and I encourage everyone to avoid them like the plague.

I have been shopping from jimmy jazz . com since the beginning of this year (2011). It is so hard to speak to someone live but they take your money right away and take a week sometimes more just to ship it. I have had 2 problems with my husbands order first he wears a size 12 the sent him one shoe size 12 and the other shoe size 13. I emailed them and they said they were going to send me a label and free shipping on my next order. Guess what i never received it. Second i just received my order today my husband shoes is a size 13 but they put them and a size 12 box. I finally got a hold of someone cause on the phone i had to push i wanted to order. The women put me on hold for 15 and said she will send me a free label through my eamil. I also asked her about myorder since april which i have been emailing them. She said well that will have to go through my manager he is not here. I gave her my number for him to call. NO EMAIL FOR SHIPMENT TO GO BACK AND NO PHONE CALL. THIS COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER.

I placed an order on their website on 2/11/13 for a dress on sale. I paid extra to have it expedited for my birthday in a few days. They deducted the money from my account immediately, but a few hours later I got an email from them saying they had to cancel my order because the item is out of stock, and I should get my money back in 2-3 days. How could you possibly do business like this? You have an item on your website that CLEARLY stated it was in stock, you take my money, now all of a sudden you don't have it? How hard is it to keep up with inventory and have the proper information on your site? I usually don't shop online, but I work late and don't have much time to get to the store and this is what happens. I will never do business with this shady company again.

AWFUL THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY first I placed a order for the wrong size shoes I ordered a number one and a size 2 but I needed 2 size 2s they sent the confirmation to my email within 30min when I realized what I did I called them o mine you it is 6:30pm when I ordered them so I call to see if they can just send 2 size 2 shoes so I don't have to return them or cancel and reorder them this is what this lying a## customer service is going to tell me "O WE CANT EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED" lady bye I jus had place the damn order so you mean to tell me someone has went to the P.O. within 45min and its going on 7:30 usps isn't still picking up orders and delivering them but ok let's go with your so them I say well I'll just returned them to my local store this lady is going to tell me I CANT RETURN THEM TO THE STORE BC THEY WERE PURCHASED ONLINE that is the second red flag either their not legit or fake or something it not right about these people bc never have I heard no mess like that as long as I have my receipt it should not be a problem but I tell you one thing my kids shoes better be authentic this a awful online company i don't know how the store is and i will never find out bc they will never get my hard earned money again I just hope the store is better then the online SHOP AT YOUR ON RISK!

I was on there site almost two weeks and tried to place an order. The shoes I wanted to order they made a mistake and listed the wrong price and would not honor there mistake. I've been trying to contact someone in there corporate office and both the numbers they have listed are disconnected. Every time I called about this issue I spoke with the same two managers who were very rude and disrespectful they said they could not honor that price bc there system made an error, but they offered me a 10% discount. WOW really all I wanted was to order the shoes at the price they presented. I have been doing business with them since they first opened but they just lost a LOYAL customer because they aren't a LOYAL company

I placed an order with this company on March 23rd. The website says that it takes 1-3 business days to process the order, yet when I contacted them 5 days later (via LiveChat) I got the run around on when this would be shipped and had to rephrase my question at least 4 times before I got an answer from the representative. She said that it would be shipped by 8am the following morning. I was a little irritated that it was taking so long just to leave their warehouse but decided to let it slide. 2 days later I received an email saying that one of the items that I had ordered was unavailable and that I would be receiving a credit for this item (which I still have not received) about 10 minutes later I finally received my tracking number which gave me the impression that since they weren't able to supply all the items that I had ordered they shipped it then as quickly as possible to prevent me being able to cancel the order. I FINALLY receive my order on April 8th and the jacket that I had ordered was damaged. GREAT! I contacted them again via LiveChat and was told that they could give me 10% off or I could return the item and hope that they had another one available. I told her that I would keep the item if I could receive more of a credit than that, but that 10% was not enough for me to keep a white sleeved jacket that had spots up and down both arms. She said that if I sent pictures then I would receive 10% plus a refund on my shipping amount. I decided to settle for that rather than deal with returning the item. I emailed pictures of the marks on the jacket and was told that someone would contact me about this within 20 minutes of receiving the pictures. (Shocker... no one called) I called today April 9th and was told that the last person that I had spoken with was not in today (which seems to be a common answer with them judging by reviews) and was told that I could only receive 10% and $5 off my shipping since not everything in the package was damaged. I tried to be patient with the customer service rep, I have worked for an online company before so didn't want to be rude, but after she raised her voice at me on the phone I told her to go ahead and send me the shipping label since I would most definitely be returning the item... and I think it goes without saying that I WILL NOT EVER order from this company again.

I wish my son checked for complaints / reviews before purchasing from this company. It's been several days since ordering and they haven't even shipped our items out yet. I've called numerous times and no one answers. The system continue to take you right back the main options over and over. Very unprofessional service, never again ordering from these folks. NEVER!

Works there THEY NEVER ANSWER THE STORE PHONE BUT TEXT AND TALK ON THEIR PHONE WHILE THEY ARE HELPING YOU...WTF?
I have to call to Racine Wisconsin store just to see if the numbers are legit THEY ANSWER ONE THE 3 ring!
PLEASE CLOSE ALL YOUR CHICAGO STORES OR GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAT WANTS TO WORK CAUSE YOUR CHICAGO STORES SUCK ###!
