I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM JIADI.CO.LTD CLAIMED THEY SENT. I know they never sent it and I never received it. This was/is a lie on their part and they even said it was sent.
I need a full refund for the $29.09 immediately before I take this matter much, much further. I have emailed PayPal daily. I have also emailed Jiadi. Co.Ltd. numerous times. I am not going to put up with this disregard of me. If they say they sent it, they must show me the proof. On my end I can prove I never received the item.
Please get them to refund me immediately the full $29.09 or send the item immediately to me now for me to receive next week. I have heard very bad things about this company before and will make a formal complaint and take legal action if this is not resolved immediately.
I have not done anything yet, I am trusting Jiadi.co.ltd will do one of these two things immediately and email me back within 24 hours to confirm this.
