Will never use them again.
I am frustrated. I ordered a ring as a present for my sister. And when I got it I changed my mind regarding its look and how it was made.
Absolutely terrible quality and cheap metal. Not silver at all.
I looked nothing like the photo on the website. Needless to say, the price was pretty for this piece of junk.
Of course, I understood that this reason wouldn't be serious enough to ask for a refund, so I just kept this terrible ring to myself and bought another one at the nearest jewelry store for a normal price
So I really doubt I will ever use this website again.

Be very careful ordering rings. You should be sure that you provide them the right size. The resizing is not for free, you should understand. And it's not cheap.
They don't stand behind their products and offer low-quality jewelry, and if something goes wrong, they will blame you. Moreover, the jewelry looks cheap, as it costs ten dollars.
You decide. But I don't recommend you to buy anything from them.

Defective product
I have ordered a ring from this online store and when I received it stone fell out! I just took the ring out of the package and that happened. I was extremely disappointed because it was a present for my girlfriend.
The same day I contacted Jewlr and sent them a picture. Instead of helping me they started blaming me and told that it was I who was responsible for that. They sold me a defective ring and they decided that it was much easier to blame me. Well, that tells a lot about Jewlr! I will not order from them again and will post this feedback everywhere!
I hope I'll get a refund. I will report Jewlr for fraud and if necessary will hire a lawyer. Thank you for reading this.

Wrong size ring
I bought a ring from www.jewlr.com and when it arrived I was actually satisfied with its quality, it was very well made. But unfortunately I received the wrong size and it was way to big. When I contacted Jewlr they said that I have to send it back at my own expense. I shipped the ring back and asked for a refund. I am very disappointed because it was a present for a family member and I had no time to wait for another one. I cancelled my order and later got my money back. This experience showed me how unprofessional this company is, I will not buy again.
Very bad experience with Jewlr
I have ordered a pair of rings from Jewlr website. The order was very expensive. I made custom rings, picked white gold, ruby stones and paid some extra for the engravings. That was a birthday present for my girlfriend.
When my order finally arrived first thing I noticed that my name was written with a mistake. Then I noticed that stones were not real even thought I picked genuine stones. I contacted customer service and asked them to redo everything but they asked for extra money. I refused to pay and demanded a refund, they replied nothing. What a waste of money. Lesson learned, will never order anything from Jewlr again!
Very disappointed
I'm very disappointed with Jewlr website. I have ordered a ring from this place and I'm sure I picked the right size, but the one I received was very small. I wanted to get an exchange, but I could not get in contact with someone from Jewlr. I tried to call and email, but there was no response and I have no idea how to get a replacement. I really like the ring, it's beautiful but I can't wear it because it is extremely small!
Total junk!
I've purchased a mothers ring for my wife from www.jewlr.com and when I opened the box I saw that the ring was a pure junk! It looked nothing like pictures and was made from cheap metal! I even went to a real jeweler and was told that ring was 100% fake! Emailed customer service several times and asked for a refund, but they basically called me a liar and refused to help! Terrible customer service and awful products, o not waste your money here!
Company charged me for free gift
I bought personalized necklace for my daughter from the website www.jewlr.com. I got all info about my order as well as the seller promised to provide free gift for me. After several days I noticed that they charged my account twice and I thought that it was mistake, but they took money for the gift, which they offered me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money for everything. Please post your comments about this company.
A scratch has appeared on the ring above the O. Ring still has tag on.
