Facebook Black coffee I tune subscription

I am a prospecting organo gold distributor who forwarded a complain to the organogold CEO/chairman Mr. shane about a request confirming if an amount which was debited from my master card account on 10 march, 2015 was in relation to the payment i should make as a distributor with alert details from bank; FBN/COFFEE CUP SOFTWARE/[protected]/GA/US after making such request, i got a reply suggesting i use an i tune to subscribe for an organo product audio, which i tried but could not see any link to help me with the subscription, so i decieded to copy the address website from my email into my browser to access this webpage which lead me to this complaint section, and i would need assistance to help me follow up so i cpuld make the necessary confirmation and subscription over your desk or a link sent to assist, me, thanks.

Facebook Flooring

75% of installed product from Lumber Liquidators is Defective!
• July 31, 2014; we bought hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Mississauga (Ontario, Canada) the brand is ( Golden Teak Acacia Hardwood 3/4'”), Order # [protected], with 30-year warranty, we based our decision to purchase the hardwood on certain samples at retail store showroom, which we examined before committing ourselves to the purchase.

• After acclimated the product at our house for more than 5 months and used a moisture barrier, which they are selling to keep our warranty valid. We also followed all manufacturer regulations and recommendations.
Unfortunately, during installation and reached of 85% of the process, we noticed there were some defecates mostly at the ends of the boards, which is more than the expected 5% range that our invoice mentioned when we bout the flooring.

• Jan 2015; We informed LL about the flooring issue and filled disclosure forms, the store manager came out to the site to view the floor and he requested to get everything on hold, acknowledged there was a defect (in this patch) of product, and the arrangements were made to ship samples and box of unopened material to the head office in Virginia, USA for inspection.

• LL’s acts of fraudulent concealment, using improper warranty tactics and commissioning sham inspection from INSPECT SOLUTIONS to our flooring in response to complaints in order to "mislead consumers into believing that the defect could be traced to shoddy installation, " and to exonerate Lumber Liquidators from any responsibility.

• LL markets and warrants that the Product is durable and further markets and warrants that the Product has a thirty (30) year warranty. LL provided a reasonable expectation to consumers and the industry that the Product would have a usable lifetime of at least thirty (30) years. The Product’s various modes of failure potentially cause damage to other building components and render the Product susceptible to premature failure.

• LL did not honor its warranty and denial our claim. It's amazing to us that a company is so adamant about taking no responsibility for such a poor product (75% defect) which is marketed to be "durable" with 30 years warranty, but it seems there is no quality control had been done at all for this product before wrapping and delivery.

• We had to hire 3rd party independent inspector licensed by National Wood and Flooring Association ( NWFA), he mentioned the mill actually attempted to fuse cracks with glue and then fill them with putty, the manufacturer did this intentionally.His conclusion is (Manufacturing Defects).

• LL has been notified of its breach of written warranties and has failed to adequately cure those breaches. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant’s breaches of its written warranties, engaged in unlawful business practices in that Defendant represented, through its advertising, warranties and other express representations that the Product had characteristics it did not actually have. We are requiring LL to compensation for financial losses associated with the purchase of the flooring. These losses include:
• Installation costs
• Removal costs
• Loss of use
• Diminished property value
• Remediation costs

One thing you can try is to log in but do it as I forgot my password and hopefully they have not changed the email address and security questions as well. This site actually does nothing to help anyone other than give you a place to post a complaint and the users of the site offer advice. Sometimes the companies will see a complaint and respond to you, (sometimes).

Also contact Facebook through their contact us option and tell them what happened. They will tell you what your options are, the worst case would be that you will lose the old account and have to start over.

Please understand that competition will make false accusations like this daily. Ana's parrots is nothing but friendly, birds are amazing and very heathy! People who have negative things to say are just jealous of the way Ana has her birds well taken care of. Shame on you competitors who are just jealous!

Charlene Lewis is not her real name. This is a nutcase that goes around bashing her competition; if you can call her competition to any breeder. She is a small breeder that has had no luck with her handful of greys. She complains about every breeder within 100 miles of her own aviary under different names. She did sell a bunch of her breeder birds to a breeder in Ohio and they all had psittacosis which is basically Chlamydia. This is why her own birds are not breeding. Rather than treat them with dicloxacillin, she, "Charlene Lewis", would rather have her own birds feel as if they have the flu and bashes other breeders. I don't understand why someone would do what "Charlene" is doing, but I guess finding a good hobby is a hard thing to do.

I was referred here by friends and co-workers, Upon arrival at the shop, I was greeted, Front sales lady was nice. I looked around, pretty old place, back shop had trash everywhere, but didn't think too much of it. I ordered a dozen of glazed and a cup of coffee. As I was approaching the coffee area. I saw 2 large roaches on the counter! I was so speechless. I literally left and threw my donuts in the trash. I can't believe people that are buying donuts here didn't know about what's crawling in the shop! By the way, the restroom was dirty and disgusting! I found cigarettes buds and ashes everywhere!

awww really?! then you must of been the guest that made that mess. Didn't your parents teach you how to clean up after yourself? Your definitely one of those trolls that lives under the bridge. Always trying to cause trouble. You parents must of been drunk when you were conceived cause you can't even write a complete sentence.

At least a six year old knows what's clean and what's dirty. Your firing back because your probably the owners. Trust me, I never worked for you, but if I ever did, I wouldn't want to work in unsanitary shop. I also smelled cigarette all over the shop as I entered. I won't be surprised if you, sales lady or the baker smokes. Your bathroom had cigarette buds in the toilet! Shop is disgusting especially when I saw 2 little crawlers on the counter by the coffee area, but I'm pretty sure your already aware of roaches in the shop and have not done nothing about it. Your putting your customers at health risk. Imagine adults/ children eating your donuts and they are not aware of what's crawling behind the counter. Don't get mad, It's a health issue! Just clean your dirty shop and there probably be no future complaints!

I do not know who this yo -yo is that is using my name saying I beat up people.. I find it odd that someone would go to that length to write a fake story. That has nothing to with the complaint.

You don't know how to read, she deserved to be beat up. I made a small mistake in my post though. I was 18 when I beat her up. She was always pestering me, asking me to drive her places spying on me and my boyfriend. I was in and out of foster homes since I was 16 since my parents did not know how to discipline me. Frankly when they kicked me out three years ago I threatened to emincipate them. That is a big word for you get daddy to look it up after you lick his sausage. I could care less what you think of me and you only appear tough on line little boy. If I had to I would hit my younger sister again because she deserves it. My older brother who is now 27 even turned against me.You are like my family, a bunch of losers. Okay so you do use complete sentences, I just had to say something to make you look bad, and yeah I took your advice little boy see I have capital letters.

I am not six and i already told you that I do not work for this company. Why do you keep stocking me? Just so you know I don't live with my parents. They kicked me out of the house three years ago when I beat up my 13 year old sister. I was 17 at the time My 13 year old sister deserved it. I was put into a foster home because they favor my sister over me. Yeah I may have dropped out of school soon after I was placed in a foster home but school is not my thing. Before you do say I cannot support myself. I get food stamps from the government every month to help feed myself. You think you are tough Ruth and Kevin but you are not. I have been to jail because the cop that arrested me was rude and I told him off. He lied and said that I was drink. So don't call me little girl, because if I found out where you lived I would beat you and you would be crying to mommy little boy. I am on the processing of disowning my family because they favor my sister.

I am not the guest that made the mess, apparently you don't know how to read I am male, I have stated this several times in my other reviews where I asked your parents to explain things to you. I am not a troll, you really must be six years old if you think because I am calling your for your immature behavior that I am a troll. You are also blind if you do not see complete sentences, you must be crazy also if you are seeing things that are not there. Look at your sentences little girl. You do not always start sentences with capital letters. This is taught in first grade. Then again you are still in the first grade. Hopefully you will learn this by the end of the school year, if not you will have to repeat the year.

Get mommy and daddy, tell them you are visiting this site, Have them click on my name okay. Have them see that this is not the only company I am defending. Have them explain to you that I am also standing up for foolish reviews that were written to various companies. If the mommy and daddy of the little girl is reading this because she took my advice you can find out what I have posted on this site by simply clicking on my username and seeing that I not only defend this donut joint but many other business. Please even for a six year old your daughter seems dense and slow, read all the big words to her very slowly and make sure she understands what they mean, The words more than two letters are hard for her to understand so explain what they mean so she understands that just because a person tells the person posting a review that they are wrong does not mean they work for the company. I have a complaint about this service. I started to fill out the order and discontinued because I knew once I read that I would be committed to a monthly order fee and I didn't want to do that. I received a phone call from a Heather Hermandez stating that you would send the product for the shipping fee of $2.95 and once I had tried the product I had up to 14 days to contact you to cancel the automated order that would go out after 30 days. I received my "free trial" on
12-06-14. I tried it and my face has been itching to the point I can't stand it. I called today to cancel and make arrangements to send product back and was told it has been over 14 days since I ordered and that I agreed to purchase and because you tried to take money from my account for a free trial and it did not go through (which was not authorized) that I not only can't return the product, but can't cancel until an amount is deducted from my bank account before I can cancel an order which was suppose to be just a free trial. I haven't even had a the trial in my possession for 14 days only 10 and I am allergic to it! And you want me to pay for it? The girl was very rude I don't do well with rude either. I was not going to follow through with order, I never finished the form, YOU guys CALLED ME to get me to try it. I signed nothing giving you authorization to submit for payment of anything other than the $2.95 for the original shipping for the free trial. I would like to have this matter taken care of immediately, you do not have my authorization to try and take money from my account and there will be a block on it for you. I would like to here from the head of customer services to contact me and assure me this matter is taken care of.

Facebook account disabled

I was a facebook user for 3+ years. Added friends that knew me with no problems. Added suitable content with no problems. Always gave credit to other works posted that were not mine. Never friended someone i did not know. Always joined groups by request only. Suddenly without warning, my account was disabled by them, no email, no explanation. Good thing i did not place all my eggs in this basket, as that would have really sucked. Good things there are other social media sites that protect your privacy better than them (These folks want your personal info to re - enable your account.) i did not need to release my personal info when i signed up with you 3 years ago, so please tell me why are you asking for it now ! Can't appeal as i don't know what rules i broke. Looking forward to a reply from facebook which i probably won't get.

There are no clean words that can describe my disdain for these folks right now.

I still have received no answer from facebook. I will not submit personal information to them for reasons referenced in this complaint

Facebook Faulty Shoes

Good Day,

I bought a pair of peep toe heels from Via Uno Pavilion branch, Westville, Durban on 06/11. I bought the shoes for a gala dinner I was attending but when I tried the shoes on at home I noticed that one of the shoes opening by the toes was very much smaller than the other! Very upset at this stage as I did not have time to drive all the way back to Pavilion shopping centre so bought another pair locally instead which I had to make do with them instead! I returned to the shop yesterday (16/11) to get my money back for these poorly matching shoes, only to be told it's not possible as they were on sale and exchanges have to be done within 7 days! How is it my fault that these shoes are made wrong? Nobody can wear them like that! The shop assistant phoned the owner while I was there and the owner refused to speak to me! What rubbish! I paid R440.00 for shoes I cannot wear and can't get my money back for!

One guy chatted me in fb named KELVIN ASHLEY, just for few days weve met. He told me that he will sent me a gift thru world express connect .and then as the date mention that it will arrived here in dubai. I received a msg. That this mr. Ched got my parcel but i have to pay a 290$ as a penalty for the money found inside the parcel . Luckily after the day he sents me a picture of his gifts together with the receipt. I searched on google and i found this complaint site and discover theyre. evil habits. This man has a open page on Face book. He is using the name John Tony lives in London is a contractor and is scamming women out of money via Western Union. I have had 3 of his FB pages closed down. Names used Joe Tonny, Joe Tony, John Tony.

Email addresses [protected]@yahoo.com [protected]@yahoo.com [protected]@yahoo.com He steals other peoples photos and says they are him. He uses Whatsapp messenger Yahoo messenger Face book Dating sites IM sites if you look up his name he's on 69 sites. He took me for $500 sent Western Union. Then wanted $6000 sent to Malaysia stating he was there on a job.
I have several email messages from him wanting to marry me and claims of love. I have the Western Union transaction he claims he didn't get.

In Suncity Gym, Surat in all 4 branches all staff is useless, they dont have good dietician also.

In gym staff's wife and other family members come utilize the gym and other amenities at free of cost and their family members se too much slangs in gym Which is not a part f professionalism.

In gym Mr.Kunal who sits in Adajan branch flirts in working hours with other girls and entertain them in Gym and misbehaves with customers.

Gym don't have any facility for parking or to drop your shoes even.
No Cleanliness, No facility, No professionalism, No way of talking.

THEY WILL BE ONLY NICE TILL YOU PAY AFTER IT THEY WILL LEAVE YOU .

Have not received child support in 4.5 years from this dead beat father of three residing in broward county florida that owns his own business with new wife Linda Blanda Nonemaker and step daughter. They can pay $2600.00 month mortgage but not take care of his children... How do you think he's going to do your job if he won't take care of his blood.. Facebook Fraud, scam

Laura Smith of Cobblestone Cloth in Hamilton, Ontario ripped me off.

The only people who purchase her cloth diaper and clothing items are people who already know her and feel bad for her because she's poor and too uneducated to find a real career.

Her "business" facebook likes are all from people she knows and she practically begged them to like her page on facebook.

I made the mistake of liking her page and placing an order after a friend told me to try Cobblestone and Cloth. Worst mistake I've ever made!

I had to wait nearly three months for my item to arrive and it fell apart within a week. Laura has no idea how to properly sew. She is not a professional seamstress. From what I've been told, Laura is just a ###ic pothead looking to make a quick buck so she can sit on her fat a* all day while Manny supports her - and just barely seeing as he earns only minimum wage.

I requested a refund and Laura said she would issue one but I haven't seen it yet! I'm sure she doesn't have the money to refund. She apparently quickly blows all of her money on weed and liquor so she can sit in her backyard of her trashy house every day smoking weed and neglecting her child. A close friend of the Smith family said that Laura and Manny are always borrowing money and that Laura refuses to get a job.

The entire Smith family has a horrible reputation as being scam artists, incest and psychotic. Google it, you'll find out so much about her family line. I wish I had never made the mistake of going with Laura Smith of Cobblestone Cloth. If you want to purchase quality cloth diapers from talented individuals, check out etsy. Laura Smith will only rip you off as she has a HUGE history of doing so.

Story time!

So in 2008 I was a Twitter user. I followed my friends, family, and a few Canadian celebs like KENNY Hotz. What Canadian doesn't watch KENNY VS. Spenny right? KENNY posted a lot of questionable content. I looked past most of it. One day he posted something that was totally awful. Racist, SEXist, vulgar, and disgusting. I tweeted a reply to him that I disagreed with his stance and I felt he was taking things too far. Shortly thereafter I received a mouthful from a girl who called me all sorts of awful things including an ugly ###, a jealous ###, a stupid ###, a feminist ###, a fat whale... You get the picture.

Can you guess who that girl was? It was Laura! @Dangerousfrank She was going by the name "Laura M. Smith" on Twitter in those days. Laura and her friend @Hottpepperr teamed up against me, harassing me, calling me names, threatening me. @Hottpepperr only tweeted at me a few times but Laura's attack went on for days. She came across as a very disturbed individual mentally. I actually deleted my Twitter account because of her. I haven't used Twitter since because of this. She's a very mean and hateful person.

Hello Little Joys is Laura Michelle Smith Hamilton’s (infamous cyberstalker and design thief) latest attempt to conduct business. All of her photos are stolen. All of her designs are stolen. She has no real portfolio and is currently using a fake name and fake location to conduct “business” with as seen on her instagram and etsy account.

Previous instances of theft and criminal harassment have been documented extensively on the web and can be seen by googling Laura Smith Hamilton. Laura went by Cobblestone Cloth, Canada Cloth Diaper Clinic, the Indigo Fledgling and Elle Designs in the past.

Hello Little Joys consists of stolen merchandise, purchased from Aliexpress for $2 and resold for $20. The items are not handmade. They are garbage and will fall apart within minutes of using. If you request a refund, Laura will ignore you then defame you online when you post the truth about her scammy business and thieving ways.

Beware of this woman!

AWI was sold to The Bottled Wealth. There is no connection to AWI's past and history other than the fact that The Bottled Wealth is doing everything it can to support investors of AWI. They are contacting them and making arrangements to buy their wines personally. or to find a buyer for their wines. The only scam being run here is unhappy clients from AWI trying to hold the new owners The Bottled Wealth Holdings responsible for the past. My advice to anyone doing business with The Bottled Wealth Holdings is to trust them, work closely with your broker, or find a new broker to take care of your account. All investments have risk. I believe that wine is a safe investment if purchased at the right price, and sold at the right time. The Bottled Wealth Holdings are very keen to look after those who have had problems in the past and give them options and solutions.

The reason for this is they are also profiting from the increase in value of the wine stored. A business purchasing wine will always prefer wine that is from the gov. warehouse, and will pay current market value or higher just for the security and safety of knowing the wine they bought will be enjoyable for consuming, or suitable for investment. If they make a promise to you, they will keep it. I buy and sell wine and they are not forcing anyone to do anything they do not want to. If you do not like what you buy, it was you that bought the wine. I love to buy and sell wine. China is a great market for this. You need your wine sold? I will help you, they help me. The Bottled Wealth Holdings has become a target online by fake profiles from fake people who only wish to discredit their name.

Well been a week and all i got was a call for 50% and a missed call
(which according t the broker is a gd deal). Sigh. Back to calling and
visiting them AGAIN...

7years victim, I think WINEGU is drunk, drinking too much wine or plain stupid. He talk like he is the staff of AWI but denied it. If AWI is no more in business why he bother to defend AWI when it had been taken over by TBW. We all know AWI RCB is still alive as their storage contract with CWT is under AWI.

So WINEGU is just lying openly, and how can we trust such a person with our wine sale. In order for everyone to know the truth, I have created a new complaint on TBW.
